Andy was very courteous and listened to what I wanted. He wasnt pushy and very helpful. I believe I could a good deal and the manager( i believe his name was Ken?) was very nice also. Im a repeat customer because of the customer service!

We went to find a replacement for the king size we have. The staff was very nice and had a clean store. Alot of the mattresses were brand name expensive mattresses. We worked with staff to get a good deal. Overall experience was very good and delivery is In 2 days.

My salesman was wonderful his name was Ken and associate Justin was also very helpful and friendly. Youre very knowledgeable and help me pick out the mattress that I needed. Although to charge you $100 to return the mattress and that you have to buy a $200 mattress cover in order to be able to return a mattress before 30 days did not make me happy I did buy the mattress cover and then I was told at the end of the transaction theres another $100 fee for returning the bed for a different one. The more I think about it the more upset I am getting tempted to return it all. But I will return the mattress cover because I think its ridiculous that they cost $200 and that you have to buy one to get the warranty. And I believe if it was not 4 the salesman I would cancel the whole thing.

A third person came in for a short time and also worked with us for a better deal that was more affordable at this time. Our whole experience was very good. We decided we did not need to look anywhere else and made our purchase. Our new mattress will be delivered and set up in just 2 days along with removal of our old mattress. Very happy!

I called the Geneva NY Metro Mattress on Memorial Day to take advantage of there fantastic sales,I had found what mattress and box spring I wanted online prior,The salesman was very accommodating and polite,and not pushing for sales,I placed my order and it was delivered at 9:15 am the next day!I was trilled!The delivery guys called me 30 minutes prior to the delivery to alert me that they were on there way,when they arrived at my house they removed my old bed set and gave me enough time to vaccum the many years of dust and cat toys from the area,Lol prior to bringing in my wonderfull new bed!What a great experience it was to do business with Metro mattress!I highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought the Bellington Beautyrest king size bed from Metro Mattress Geneva. After 3 months there was a 3 inch deep impression hole in it. We took pictures of the mattress and sent them to Metro Mattress warranty claim. After 3 weeks we called Metro Mattress in Geneva to find out our status of our warranty. They told us we were approved for $810 in store credit. The mattress we bought was discontinued. We thought about upgrading to a better mattress but they would not let us apply our credit to a sale item. They told us we could get the Fontane Beautyrest Mattress, they would not waive the $40 delivery fee. All sales were final, so they would not give us the money we spent on a defective mattress. Dont ever buy a mattress from here.
