Stopped by today 9-29-2020 to put some items in my storage unit. I actually had to get a second unit as we are planning to relocate and I needed more space. Because of this I have two access codes. When neither of them worked at the first door I tried, I went to another door. When that didnt work, I happen to push the call button. As it was 6:30 p.m. oh, I did not expect any answer but I did get a reply. The friendly voice said to wait and she would be right there. Alicia Davis appeared shortly thereafter in her car with her two small children. She had been working late, and will not obligated to provide after hours took the initiative to do so. In fact she was going to assist some other people who were having issues. Then she came back to help me. When she couldnt get my codes to work, she took the time to create new codes for me so that I could access the facility. Lifestorage is fortunate have a professional, friendly, manager who is willing to go out of her way to help people. This is true customer service. The company would do well to give her some special recognition and perhaps a financial reward to keep such a person on their staff.I certainly recommend this facility and again I deeply appreciate and thank Aleisha Davis for her assistance on a rainy evening.

My experience was great. The manager is kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the costs and features of the units. He made the process smooth and comfortable for me.

Mareives was exceptional during our visit - really took it upon himself to explain the different storage sizes, locations, accessibility, and availability. Thanks for making the decision very easy for us to choose your location on Hoffman, and for the tour. More recommendations to come!

I recently moved my items to this storage and location. I spoke with Alicia on the phone prior to move in. She knew that I was on a tight time schedule and when I arrived, she had the paperwork reserved and I was in and out of there quickly. And she even took care of two customers at once.
