Mackenzie was AWESOME! She took good care of me when I needed it most and ensured my hitch needs were met. Would recommend.

This location is a Uhaul store and storage. I use this location mainly for supplies and the occasional trailer or truck rental. They work VERY hard to ensure they are well stocked with all of the supplies that Uhaul offers! Only once did I go to get medium boxes and none were there, but all other sizes were available. Even now Im packing a house and the Uhaul we went to in Charlotte didnt have enough dish packs and glass packs nor bubble wrap and that was on the 31st! Everyone knows moving happens around this time, so why didnt they stock up on that? This location, I walked in and couldnt see the check out desk the boxes were stocked so well and so high. The only reason I didnt give this location 5 stars is because they usually have just ONE person at the registers whenever I go. No matter if its weekend, during the day, just before close... just ONE person. And Uhaul checkout process is not a quick task, so expect to have a wait when you go. Avoid the weekends, they are PACKED (pun intended) with people so the wait is worse. On a positive note, Melissa (I think is her name? It starts with an M) is SUPER nice! Very helpful and always pleasant!

Do NOT rent storage units from this place. Ive rented two storage units here since 2017,and never had an issue with paying my bill on time until l was laid off because of the pandemic. Ive been back employed for a few months, and made arrangements to pay my balance due every pay day to get back current . And this has been a nightmare. TWICE they have reneged on agreements, and now I have to pay the entire amount or a settlement to get my stuff out despite making regular agreed on payments. Avoid.

Horrible experience! Broke a bolt while attempting to install a hitch, then told me that they couldnt do the install that I would have to find somebody to extract the broken bolt! Not only that, after they had broken the first bolt they were going to proceed with the install. What stopped him was that he thought he was going to break another one! That means he broke a bolt and then started another knowing well that he wasnt going to be able to replace the bolt he broke! If youve gotten anything installed here CHECK YOUR STUFF!!! If you havent, in my experience, DONT!

Three to six week order has now stretched to eight or nine weeks. I know things are not being shipped as before but a phone call for notification would be a good business move.
