Paying almost $300 to have roaches live in my storage as well i need some type of discount i didn’t have the roaches until i moved my things in the storage now there’s roaches everywhere and everyone is complaining about it. I’m just waiting to find a better location cause this one ain’t it

I enjoyed my experience at the new Linwood Cube Smart facility! I moved into one of their newer units. The manager, Chinelle (sp?), was very attentive, friendly, and helpful! I arrived unexpectedly the *day before* my reservation! She greeted me with a genuine smile and escorted me to my unit. I had an issue with my gate code and she resolved it almost before I finished explaining it! Speed and gentle service! Thats Chinelle! Thats Cube Smart!!!

Highly impressed with the facility. The ladies there made sure we had everything we needed and were great to work with.

Clean, dry and air conditioned. Many small units inside a large warehouse. The locker I reserved on-line was ready when I got there. Setting up account and renting locker was quick and easy. Reasonable rates. Very helpful staff.

Good spot, great for storage. I was advised by a friend there business model included 6 month or annual price hikes. Other than that totally recommend it.

. The manager Brittany was helping another customer as I came in and after he was done she helped me and showed me the unit I had reserved and got me set up and no time to put my things away. The site is clean and well-lit and the carts they loan out work. I was completely happy with how she dealt with me and the property. I didnt appreciate the expensive insurance thats required but thats just cost of doing business these days so Im not worried about it except for I think its overpriced.The location is convenient to where I am and has a huge parking lot that shares with a church. The security seems pretty good and they have good hours for access. I like that I got exactly the size I wanted and that it was easy to get to from the loading area. it is climate controlled so I feel pretty good about leaving my things there. The facility is in excellent condition and seems very new.

Brittany at the Gastonia location was a pleasure! Very friendly and personable. We enjoyed talking and laughing with her as we filled out the paperwork. She made sure we completely understood how to get in and out before she left us on our own. Facility is very clean and secure and the A/C is wonderful!! I was planning on only renting through the summer to house my daughters dorm room but think I’ll keep it long term for extra storage, that’s how impressed I was!

Shannel the manager was extremely helpful with the process of moving in and changing into a new unit. She always got back with me quickly with answers to any of my questions.

Wonderful staff in this location but terrible billing issues from the company.Cubesmart decided to raise my rent after 6 months due to the fact that they moved me from a smaller unit to a bigger unit due to flooding issues. I found a unit for half the price at Public Storage.

The facility is amazing and CLEAN!! Love not needing a lock ... the customer service was 100% kind .. caring and polite!! I will ups rent out the whole facility if I could!! If you need a storage unit ... please check CubeSmart out!! Great prices and even better customer service and cleanliness!!

Was really good, but the parking is a little be complicated because doesnt have to much space available.

From the time I called for reservations until I arrived at the facility, I was treated very kindly. The staff were awesome, everything explained very thoroughly, and presented in a friendly and professional manner. Very nice, clean safe self storage. I highly recommend!!

A bad customer service experience with the gentleman in the store has being rectified thank you Mr Andrew Martino (I hope I spelled it right) for reaching out to me from my previous review. It was a honor to get my experience turned around you reached out in a timely manner and handled the mistakes in away all superiors should. Think youre getting a good deal? Dont be fooled. My price increased by more than 10% after only six months in rental unit, so you may want to factor that into your budget if you decide to go with this Cubesmart. Disappointed to say the least. (Note: I changed my star rating after speaking with staff there who responded to my frustration in a very professional manner.)
