I just want to relay how pleased I am by the service I received at Gastonia Collision Center. The final product was top notch, a quality repair of my front end, a spotless redo of damage caused by a head-on accident. Also, we had problems with our second vehicle on our scheduled pick-up day that made it impossible for my wife to get to their location. Several GCC employees worked out a way to get the car to my wife in the most convenient manner. They were very nice, very respectful, and very accommodating...even when they didnt have to be.

Less than impressed with the customer service as this facility. It was almost as if they really didnt want any extra business. Maybe just a Gastonia thing.
