I got into a bad wreck with my explorer about a month ago. I researched and picked out this body shop because of the great reviews. They were so great to work with! Unfortunately my Explorer was totaled but they were very nice and kept me updated and answered all questions I had! I will definitely recommend them to anyone!A special thank you to Jessica for putting up with all of my phone calls to her and being so nice and patient!:) Also, thank you to Randy for all of your help! Definitely a great place to do business with!

They do good work here. Just expect delays. I have had my cars here 3 times and they did a great job, but expect your car not to be ready for another day or two after they tell you it will be ready.

They do great work here and the actually dealership is a pleasure doing business with. The only problem is the lady in the office at the body shop. She is always rude, hatefully and just puts the brightest of people in the crappiest of moods.

Took our sons truck to get fixed and was VERY pleased with the results. We dealt with Jon and he was great to work with throughout the process. He explained everything to us and had the vehicle done when he said it would be. Front desk customer service (Dana) was very pleasant to work with as well. Would highly recommend Tindol Ford!!

We were hit by a deer, significant damage was done to our car!!! We talked to Randy, in the Body Shop, he inspected the car explaining everything that needed to be fixed and what they would do in the body shop! In our opinion. Earl Tindol Body Shop did an excellent job on all repairs needed!!! Randy kept us up to date on the progress of our repairs!!! We were very satisfied with the entire repair!!! Car looked great!!!

In recent years I would’ve gave them 5 stars. Me as well as my wife have used them numerous times for things as simple as door dings too rearend parking lot accidents. Unfortunately my wife has recently been hit head on, both insurance companies concluded that it was a total loss...but by god if Tindol Body Shop..which we independently requested at the at the crash incident didn’t make it almost impossible to get it totaled out. It took over 21k worth of “damages” to finally get it paid off. Our own insurance company couldn’t even comprehend why they were fighting it so bad. I’ve bought 5 brand new off the lot vehicles from them but I’ll never buy another. Sorry Moe. Sincerely Randy.

We have several vehicles that we have brought to ET Body Shop and they have always done an excellent job. The latest repair was a rush job as my daughter was moving just 8 days after her accident. Michelle did a fantastic job getting the parts ordered and the work started and completed in time for the move. I was back two days later with another vehicle and again Michelle to the rescue! I got the van back in no time!

Took my Ram truck into Tindol for an estimate, to repair damages resulting from someone hitting the left rear of my truck. I met with Eddie and he took care of my truck. When I picked it up, you could not even tell that it had been hit!! Excellent work done and all my dealings with Eddie and Dana, were very pleasant! Thank you, Tindol Auto Body!!

Two years ago I had to take my truck here due to getting rear ended. Recently my tailgate stopped opening. Took it by saw Eddie and he got it in and they adjusted it. Very quick service. And still covered their work after two years. Great place.

My car was placed here after a head on collision. It certainly seemed like the body shop was trying to make sure the insurance company didn’t total my car so they could get the business. Not only did I have trouble out of the associate I was dealing with but my insurance adjuster had to go over his head so they could finish looking at my car. When I went to go pick up my things I couldn’t even get all of my stuff out as they had piled car parts into the back of the car. No help from the associate then either. I will never use this body shop again and will make sure I don’t recommend them to anyone else as well. The only thing good about the experience was the nice lady named Dana that works the front desk.

I had a check engine light and a shimmy in the steering of my 2008 v6 mustang, so I took it in to get serviced. The check engine light was a thermostat issue. The replaced the thermostat in 20 or so minutes for $385. They charged $16 for an o ring! The thermostat itself was less than a hound red dollar part. That isnt even the worst of it. I have a manual transmission, and they said the shimmy was coming from the torque converter. After a little research I found out my tranny doesnt even have a torque converter. I am livid to say the least. 1/10 would not recommend

I was parked in a gravel lot in Charlotte a few weeks ago and was the unfortunate victim of a careless construction worker who decided to weedeat and sling rocks onto my car, leaving a deep dent on the side and several areas with chipped paint. Thanks to Tony Greene and Tindol Body Shop, my Challenger looks brand new again! I couldnt be more pleased and will definitely be recommending them in the future!

In short, these guys are great! All around, they are very talented people that know what theyre doing.I had a Nissan X-Terra with severe fender damage repaired with Earl Tindol back in 2010, and they did a fantastic job (especially with it being a non-Ford vehicle!). What impressed me the most was their ability to almost perfectly match a limited edition (only for a few vehicles in 2005) factory olive green paint color, which had metallic (flake) AND pearlescent qualities. The vehicle was repaired to like new condition, and they did a fine job on the cars all around polish and paint sealing to boot.I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord, which had come from the factory with what I believed to be rail dust. I had only heard about it through the grape-vine when working as a detailer for about two years, and had never seen it in person. Before I brought it back to the dealership, I wanted to have it appraised by a third party, just to be on the safe side, as the service department had already written off two problems with the new car as normal. Remembering how good a job they did on the detailing with my car 4 years ago, I decided to see if they could help me out.David, one of the body shop staff/management, talked to me about it over the phone, and offered to take a look at it the same day. I brought it by that afternoon, and showed him the problem spots that Id seen. He immediately impressed me with his attention to detail, picking out at least 10 miscellaneous trouble spots that I didnt even see before taking it by. He was able to diagnose it as rail dust, as he found a spot that was unmistakable. David told me a bit about the problem as well... its caused in transit (usually on rail cars, and hence the name) by trash and other bits of metal littering tracks that gets stuck to rail wheels for a bit, then melts under the intense heat caused by the deformation of that metal (theres a lot of pressure going on there... think penny on a train track!). So, the metal eventually melts, causing the molten metal to be flung or sprayed up almost like mud onto the cars fresh paintwork. It then rusts, and is darn hard to get rid of without chemical treatment. Not many people know this much about it, so I was super impressed!I asked if they felt comfortable doing the treatment, which they did. He also referred me on to a good detailer in town just as another option. As if that wasnt nice enough, they didnt even charge me for the time in inspecting the paintwork! Now thats darn good customer service... even before I was really a customer again. As a former very small business owner, I truly appreciate this level of service and generosity... thats what truly sets a business apart in todays world.
