I came here to Elite Auto Center & Tire because of the research that I did and saw all the wonderful reviews it had, even though I live in Addison and had to drive all the way to Garland. When I called, someone by the name of Rev answered and I told him what problems my car was having, even though they were very busy he told me to come in so they can give me a diagnostic about what was happening. He greeted me as soon as I arrived and told Freddy the mechanic to take care of it. This place gained my confidence in them, demonstrated professionalism, and good pricing to the point where I decided to do everything I needed to fix my car right then and there. Based on the experience that I had this will be the primary auto center and repair that I will be going to. Avoid this place! Took my car to get aligned and bought 2 tires from them. When I went back to pick up the car I was told that the rear alignment could not be done because the “camber and toe rear bolts seized.” I was still charged for the front and rear alignment as oppose to just the front alignment. Nothing elite about this place.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I came in for what I thought was a needed brake job, but Reb told me it was just my tires being way off balance. I got new tires and rims from another place and they left my tires way off balanced and Elite’s machine caught it. Being he saved me over $200 with his integrity, I decided to stay and get my oil changed and a much needed alignment to give him more business and still ended up being less than what he could’ve originally let me get that wasn’t actually needed. They win my loyalty hands down! It’s SO hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays especially in these tough times.

Reb was the first mechanic that I’ve ever worked with and he was the one who help me narrow down my options for my first car for me, along side with my dad of course. He has always shown me so much respect and professionalism. I now have another car and he’s the only guy I trust to work on it. Great experience here! The person in charge was honest and so kind. I’m a girl, and don’t know much about cars so mechanics always try to oversell things and rip me off. I came here for a brake repair because I thought something was wrong with my brakes due to its squeak in the morning. The owner checked out my car, explained why it’s squeaking, and told me there’s nothing wrong with it. How often do mechanics tell you there’s nothing wrong with it! I asked if i should get it cleaned and he told me no, it’s a waste of money because it won’t do anything. Also, they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic $30 fee!Such an honest place. Will come back!

I always come here to have my cars serviced. They have me in and out. They call me and let me know the diagnostic before they start on any work. Prices are reasonable and low. Very upfront and honest and its hard to find an auto repair shop nowadays thats not out to get you for everything you have and scam you out of your hard earned money. Will continue to come here. We came to this location because of the reviews found here, and we were not disappointed. Just as everyone said, they are honest and fairly priced. He isn’t trying to rip you off and rack up the charges like the dealerships do. We brought our second vehicle in the very next day for brake replacements. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I started coming here about a year and half ago. Reb is a good, honest guy and isn’t just trying to sell you things you don’t need. He can diagnose quickly and gives it to you straight. I also like that Ive never had to leave my car here overnight. He has enough knowledge and staff that so far they have been able to help me on the spot. Im now recommending my local friends to Elite.

Called the owner asking how much it cost to install new rims on my truck. Originally was charged 75$ to have my rims installed. I drove up and when he saw what I was driving he changed the price to 85$ which was weird but I was okay with it. After he saw the rims I was installing he changed the price to 120$ as the truck was already on the lift being changed he stated that the rims were different and complex....money was not an issue and was okay with paying it but it was complete fraud charging based on the looks of what you drive and the rims you have.... to make it even better they didnt even balance my tires right after the owner claimed his equipment is the best in town...will never come back as I could of just paid the same price at Discount Tire.

When I came over, talked to them of the issues, they straight away jumped on the call to their suppliers, provided me the quote and were able to take the car in straight away. They also have all the latest tools and technology to ensure that all the works are done professionally. They were also able to complete all the task on the time they had given me when the car will be ready.Most importantly, their rates are very reasonable and you will NOT be disappointed with their service. The manager (owner) Reb and his team that work here are very knowledgeable, you can actually see the work they are performing, they share the issues and explain to you whats wrong which gives you the peace of mind that we always seek, especially with what and how work is done on the car. I Needed an alignment to my 2007 Acura. When I walked In they were helpful. Did very a good job on the alignment! We’re very quick. My car rides ALOT better now! Weren’t trying to upsale me anything. Like the usual mechanics.. asked to do a full diagnostic report as well. And said everything was good. Didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic report. Definitely coming back when in need of my next service!

One day I went in for an oil change and needed two new tires. They recommended some tires to me and were honest with me about which were the best to buy. I took my car to the shop the other day to fix my timing belt and the water pump and I must say I was very impressed with the professional service that was done. It was reasonably priced and all done in a short amount of time. I definitely plan to go back for any car services Ill need.

This place is a COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!! Took my car in to get fix,my tire came off while I was driving. Long story short I was told it would cost me 2k to get fixed, and from the looks of it that sound right. Was told I need new Axel,ball joint, top and bottom control arms, and something else I cant remember. After calling around was able to find someone who would do it all for $975. Owner said he would have to at least fix axle and ball joint seeing as the tire was hanging off ok $500 for that. Get it to the new shop and 6 hours later they say I can come get my car its already fixed. To my surprise I ask them everything is done? They say all I needed was Axel and ball joint everything else was good. So this guy at elite was charging me for repairs i didnt need and to find out he over charged me for the work he did. It was only a 300$ job he charged me 500$ NEVER GO HERE

I needed a brake job on a busy Labor Day Saturday. I was very satisfied with the results and the price was reasonable. 3 weeks later, on a Sunday, I found I had a dead battery. These folks are open on Sundays which made it super convenient. The manager, Reb, explains all costs and procedures prior to installation. Im glad I found mechanics I can trust!

This place is great and very good prices with quick repair times. I took my car in for diagnostic my car was acting funny {sluggish} but no check engine light was on. This was a tricky one but their experience showed they found with their diagnostic machine that my fuel pressure was lean. { that sounds like a lot of $$$ to me cause that could be injectors @ 200 each to u name it in engine and this was a LEXUS so expected high price } Reb was able to narrow this down to be just a weak fuel pump {which would have left me stranded if it went out completely} .... which he was able to replace at very reasonable price {500} part and labor was very pleased he was honest. I know some places could have ripped me off here telling me {I needed injectors cause I didnt have a clue } but they did not try this THEY WERE HONEST I will be a long time customer many Thanks

Brake pads, rotors, and lower ball joints were replaced on my 2003 Mercedes-Benz E-320 sedan and 2014 Kia Sorento today. The staff was very courteous and professional. They are certified mechanics and they did a very prompt and outstanding job on my SUV and car. I highly recommend this company if you need any work done on your brakes, suspension, steering, or similar work.

I had my vehicle inspected there. They got me in and out pretty quick.

I had originally came here for an inspection when I was told my two front tires were going bad, another place a few months earlier told me the same thing, so I decided to go ahead and replace them so that I wouldnt have to worry about changing a tire on the side of the highway. 3 months later I have a blowout on my way home from work and had to change my tire on the side of the highway, the next morning I take it to elite auto where I find theres no warranty so i have to buy another one, they put the tire on and I head work. The very next day Im on my way to work and my right tire starts to shake as if Im going to have another blowout so i call my job and head back to elite auto to have them look and see if the tires need to be balanced or rotated since I didnt know they wont do it unless you ask. The manager comes back and said he gave me another tire because that one was bad. Im grateful for the help and i go to work. Now fast forward a week later; I woke up to a flat tire yesterday so I take the tire back to elite auto to see if it could be my rim or something causing the problem. The mechanic was really quick to tell me the tire itself was bad and even showed me the bubbles in the tire he circled in white chalk, but as soon as I told him I received the tire from them a week ago, he started whistling a different story. First he accused me of lying because he remembered me coming in for my left tire but not my right, even though i repeatedly asked them to call the manager, then they tried to say that the tire went bad within the week I had it and theres no warranty so Id have to buy another one. I have had this car over two years without buying tires and now I have 5 within 3 months, 3 of which were within a week. They can keep scamming someone else but theyre not getting anymore money from me.

The staff was very helpful. At first there was an issue with the repair but the owner RED, made sure my car got fixed as he said. He even took care of my oil change. My experience went from being frustrating to satisfied.

I was talked to crazy by the manager and i was completely embarrassed. the prices here where way to high . He told me the job would take hours to fix and thats why it was so expensive . Luckily I went right down the street and got my trucked fixed in a hour and its running great. oh and it was $200 cheaper because it didnt take hours to fix .
