Tho is very knowledgeable, friendly and detailed. Unfortunately I will not be coming back because they charge a $55 fee just to use your debit or credit card to pay for your service. That’s unreal. I’ve never been charged a fee to pay for any auto motive work, especially spending as much as I did. $1350. Also they did all wheel and wheel control work but did not inform me ahead of time that they’re alignment machine was not working. Everyone knows the wheels need to be aligned after wheel work. And I didn’t mind paying for it. If they couldn’t complete the job I should’ve been made aware before they started. So after paying them over $1404 which included the card fee I had to go find another shop to pay for and alignment. I think they’re exploiting people with the credit card charge because you have no option but to pay it if your work is over $500, because you can only Zelle $500 a day. And I had no way to get to a bank because I got dropped off with being told that my car was ready. A friend of mines highly revered this place. But he wouldn’t have played with them about the extra fees or the alignment. This is my second time coming here and after this I won’t be back. The payment and lack of communication about the alignment was a huge inconvenience. Considering how far I drive out just to get serviced here.

Went here recently to have my 2006 Volvo S40 get a wheel alignment when I drove it up the street for a test drive had to bring it back twice because something wasn’t right I was told to get brand new tires which I did and also had two people look and drive my car and was told my alignment was not done properly he advised me if I had new tires put on with a balance that it would fix the issue if not he’d issue a full refund and it did not he said it was my front struts which I just had my entire front suspension brand new replaced... my dad even drove my car and he also noticed my car will not drive straight the test drove it again he held onto my steering wheel without letting it go in a straight ride and lied saying it drives perfectly straight he gave me a price on the alignment which was $50 then told me a few days later that since I have a Volvo it would be more money which I think is unfair and I’ll be seeing them in court for purposely messing up my car I kept the entire conversation where he admitted to doing so

They gave me an alignment even though they said my steering rack was bad. If my rack was bad, then I would need to replace it and then get another alignment. Very unprofessional compared to other places. Other alignment places would tell me to fix the bad suspension and steering parts before getting an alignment. Then they would show me whats wrong in person so I know theyre not scamming me. They also charged me for camber adjustment even though they did not adjust my camber. I saw the before and after sheet and the camber on both sides were literally the same. Avoid at all cost, go somewhere else to fix your car. The interior is also dirty and they dont even have water cups for customers even though they have a water dispenser. Do not go here unless you enjoy spending your money twice.

Lay and his crew are very helpful when it come to mechanic problems and thoroughly explain what is wrong with the car. He work and transform my car and make it look new again. He is very detail with body work as well as mechanic problems. Thank you!

Im here getting some tierods changed this guy was honest and told. Me that I also needed my outer and that I should go ahead and buy ( because to replace inner need to remove outer😑 all in all guy was great helping and letting me know.

Great service! Took my Volvo in for a few repairs such as brakes, alignment, etc.. They did an excellent job and I will absolutely be going back! I highly recommend this place. 👍

I had alignments done on 3 separate cars here, a lot better than the small shop on walnut that didnt adjust my camber since they didnt check behind the skid plates for the camber bolts. They are willing to fix any mistake they make if you bring the bar back in a reasonable amount of time. For example, my car still pulled to the right after the alignment. After I told the mechanic there, he sat on my car for a test drive and fixed the issue for no cost. Overall friendly staff and mechanic. They told me my lower control arm bushings were worn out a couple months back and they were correct. The mechanic there is honest about telling you whats wrong with your car and takes his time performing alignments.Edit/Update: They charged me for an alignment+caster when they specifically said my inner and outer tie rods are bad. Any good alignment tech will tell you to fix those parts before they even attempt an alignment. Especially they charged me for an alignment that doesnt do anything. Also my before and after caster was the same, so they charged for caster when they DIDNT even adjust it. I will never go back. Firestone checked out my suspension and also diagnosed similar things such as tie rods, but also managed to catch the fact I need new rack bushings. They did NOT charge me for an alignment and DID not even attempt to do one. Thats what a proper shop will do.Before I had suspension issues, my alignment was out of spec. Ever since I went here, my steering wheel has been off center when the car goes straight. They test their alignments out on very sloped roads, which isnt accurate of how a car will handle on a normal road. Go to Firestone if you need an alignment or a different shop if you need any work done.

The guys here are funny and personable. I was referred by a friend years ago and been going and referring every since.

My daughter brought in my car in for an oil change a while back and they told me her it need a new OEM air filter and brake pads. I already replaced the air filter a couple hundred miles before she came in and I have replaced the brake pads with EBC yellowstuff pads with brembo rotors 3 months prior. I highly doubt I would need a new filter and brakes when I used OEM and trusted aftermarket brands. They will upsell you if you do not seem knowable about cars. Very shady business.

Usually bring my familiess cars here. this place is trustworthy. This is one of a few place the mechanic take pride and dedication to his work. The quote he gave me was much lower than dealer for installing original OEM parts.

This place takes care of your car real well. And they do it real fast too.
