Made a reservation online for an inspection. When I arrived, Gavin easily located my reservation. I asked to include an oil change and wanted to check on some clanking I heard while driving. In no time inspection and oil change completed with pictures. Suggestions on things the mechanic saw that would need attention soon, also with pictures. Provided me the information the mechanic found out about the sounds, which was common for my vehicle. It didnt break my pockets either way. Even offered me a water to take with me.. WOW! Service was impeccable! Absolutely plan on returning for the other services.

Christian Brothers is a great place, if not the best to get your car serviced. They are seriously all about the customer and just making sure you’re taken care of. I swear I’m not a bot account, these guys are legit, old fashioned, great people. On numerous occasions I’ve had very small issues fixed for free that most other places would charge. Last time I was there, like always I was offered a drink and declined saying I needed to get a lift home. The guy offered one, then personally took me home. Every time I’ve dealt with CB I’ve been impressed, I really hope they continue to thrive.

I came in today only to get a reprint of my state inspection document. The service here is always incredible - this is how my coffee was presented to me! Very comfortable waiting room, very reasonably priced, and excellent service. The coffee itself isn’t really important, but it’s indicative of how they do everything.

I went to have my state inspection done. Upon entrance the foyer was absolutely beautiful. Looked like some type of office instead of a car repair shop. The gentlemen there were very friendly and helpful. Time was quick and since it was my 1st visit it was free of charge. Overall beautiful establishment with friendly staff and great timing. Will definitely return in the future.

Took my car in for replacement of the radiator fan, thermostat and cracked housing. Greeted by the most friendliest and genuine Service Writers! When my car was diagnosed by a Technician, it was confirmed that these parts needed to be replaced. Pictures were taken to verify their findings and I received a very professional, detailed email for my review and approval. Within a few minutes after receiving the email, I received a phone call from Christian Brothers to follow up, answer any questions I might have and to get authorization to do the work on my vehicle. Upon returning to pick up my car, everything went smoothly. To my surprise, my freshly washed car was brought around to the front door for me! This is Day 2 and the car is still running great! The repairs came with a 3 yr warranty, so I have no worries. I highly recommend! Thank you to Dustin, Gavyn and everyone there who made a not so fun situation like a car repair, actually very nice!

I have used CBA for a few years now for multiple vehicles. I feel they are always honest with repairs, and their pricing is much better than other places. I fully trust them, and I have had bad experiences with other automotive shops before. They are very courteous and timely with repairs and appointments. I fully recommend them!!

I brought in my BMW 325i here yesterday because my radiator was leaking coolant. I agreed to have them replace the radiator, hoses, perform a flush, and put in new coolant fluid. This morning as I turned my car on to warm it up before heading off to work, my low coolant level light came on. I checked for a leak but there wasnt one. I opened the coolant reservoir and saw it was completely dry. The certified technicians failed to let the cooling system fully fill up with coolant and top off the reservoir. Such a fundamental mistake that could have let me stranded if I had left without checking it. I had to go to the store and buy coolant, and come back and refill the reservoir. I lost an hour of paid wages, and its a shame that they charged me $52.00 for universal coolant that was not properly filled. I had initially decided to take my car here because of the great relationship the owner had with my church but instead of wasting time going and trying to get some kind of money back, I dont think I will ever take my car back to get serviced here again.

Excellent customer service but ridiculously expensive. Upcharge is a totally inadequate statement for the quote given to me of $1500 for a broken radiator. Plus all of the other little details they tried to get me to do making it over 3000 bucks. In the end I got a friends mechanic to do the job for $150 Inc parts and labor. It was nice that they offered me a cola. But not that nice.

The Christian Brothers customer service at this location in Garland is extremely extraordinary! The workers are all very friendly and respectful. They gave me preferential treatment since I hadn’t been in the facility in a very long time. Very impressed with the special treatment! The waiting area is immaculate. Definitely a pleasant experience and will return for any further needs for my car.

Can not say enough about these professionals. They treat you like royalty. From beginning to end, our advisor Reginald guided us through our interior vacuuming process, and explained how vacuums were invented. You are like family there and I cherish that. The fact that they provide free oil changes on Saturdays by providing the secret password suave blossom, keeps me a loyal customer for life. Ask for Reginald or Jorge, and ask them about car washes for life. They will know what I mean.

I have been letting Christian Brothers take care of my vehicle after NUMEROUS bad experiences with other shops. *cough* Pep Boys *cough* And I must say, their service is unmatched. They’re very professional and treat me well with regards to communication. They are as thorough as can be and I’m willing to pay for that. I trust that they have done the work that they charge me for. And I’ve never had issues with things not being fixed the first time. And though they could have repaired my 20 y/o Ford this last time, I will be bringing whatever new vehicle to them. It’s guaranteed to last longer!

OUTSTANDING Customer service!!! I only needed a state inspection but the customer service was outstanding. This was my 1st time at a Christian Brothers location and they have really impressed me! I love and appreciate good customer service! I recently broke up with a competitor, this place will be the new replacement for sure and I immediately told all my coworkers about my short but pleasant experience.

I received a free inspection and I was offered water and candy while waiting. The reception area is clean and peaceful and the inspection was done quickly and the personnel were cordial and courteous.

This is what I experienced. Depending on who you are, everyone will be treated differently. I made an appointment for 10 am. I get there and first off, I asked one of the guys moving the cars around, where I could park. As he gets out of the car he was moving, he looks over at me then my car and gave like this (are you kidding) kind of chuckle, as if I needed to be ashamed of bringing my car up there. They didnt give me a call until 30 minutes before closing, just for them to tell me that they didnt get to my car that day and that they will the next. Fast forward, 4:30pm comes and no word, so I call and no one answers and I leave a message. At 4:35 my brother calls and threaten to come up there if he cant get someone to give some kind of update on my car and they guy that answered had to call back to find out what was going on. A minute or so later, he call back and they had my car on the rack and was trying to diagnose the problems I was having, which was loss of acceleration and car over heated. Now, 6:30 comes and I get a call from them to say they are finished with my car. I had other commitments around that time, so I had to wait until that Monday to get my car. My battery cable heads, radiator ( that I provided) catalytic converter came out to be over $1600. Now, my engine light will periodically come and I am not sure why. Everything has a warranty except radiator. Some of the staff were courteous, except that one, who I will not name.

Ive gotten my electric vehicle inspected by the team for the past few years and absolutely dont want to go anywhere else. The team is fast and clean and efficient. I also appreciate their honesty about timing and scheduling (such as how they try to do their last inspection an hour before they close) quite a bit. I havent had to do any repairs for my familys vehicles with them yet, but Ill definitely rank them among the first places Ill talk to.

Super polite, took my car in for an inspection and they fit me in and had me out in not too long! Will certainly be back, they are always willing to help out. They helped with filling up my tires and taking off some old stickers that I couldnt get off the car on my own. They offered me water in the lobby too which was appreciated.

The repair work was performed during one of the worst cold spells to hit Garland. They worked on the car when they were able to safely get to the shop when I thought it would have been better to to stay at home. All the repairs are repaired, and none of the back and forth til fixed. It is fixed the first time.

All of their workers are amazing! They kept me updated everyday. Everyone was so polite and respectful. They even worked on my car after hours so I could get it before the weekend since they are closed Saturday and Sunday.

I had my yearly inspection done there First time I have ever used Christian Brothers. They were very professional and very respectful too. Office was very clean and nice not like regular places where you get auto work done. When they were finished Chris told me I was ready to go and everything checked out fine but he didn’t ask me for any payment. I asked him don’t I have to pay? Chris said no I didn’t owe anything! Just come back and see them when I needed oil changes etc. And you can bet I will! They want to do good work and satisfy their customers. Something you don’t see very much today! Im a car guy and do a lot of my own maintenance, which means Im very aware of if and when shops are dishonest or price gouging. Ive been going here for a couple years and have enjoyed every experience with them: they do good quality work at a fair price. Their pickup service the cherry on top. Solidly recommend this place.

Its a little late for this post because the car was worked on years ago. The car is still around so the same part was needed again. Its a faulty part by the dealer so the part itself was good and car worked. Just want people to know the difference between a good mechanic and bad one. Just because it works doesnt mean the work was done right. I did the part myself this weekend. There was a total of 3 screws missing that were not put back when it was put back together. That might not sound like much but the job only takes 6 screws to take the part off. Thats half the screws missing. If they cant put half the screws back I would question all the labor done.

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. Dropped my car off early to learn that the online scheduling system was acting up and they did not see my appointment in the system. This did not seem to matter as they got me right in. They kept me informed in text, email, and call format throughout the short appointment. I will be back.

Let me explain how extremely grateful I am for Christian Brothers Automotive! My car was having issues and I didn’t know what to do! I was driving home and it was running rough and it died on me once! I was so worried and I immediately knew I had to take it to get repaired. The first place that I thought of was Christian Brothers because they have always done amazing work on my cars and they are so kind and helpful! The staff, Gavyn in particular is who I worked with, was very attentive! He explained everything to me about the diagnostic testing, the cost involved, and he helped me feel less anxious about the whole situation! When it came time to get a rental car, I was glad they were able to set that up for me from there and Gavyn was even going to drive me to the rental car place! Unfortunately, the rental car place didn’t have a car available for me to rent in my price range. I had to get my daughter from school and was worrying about how I was going to do that and to my surprise Christian Brothers let me use their loaner car! What a blessing! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for that! Their customer service and dedication to their customers is absolutely amazing! They called to tell me about my repairs and I told them I had an extended warranty on my car, but I didn’t have my warranty information with me at the time. They did me another huge favor by calling the warranty companies with CarMax to locate my warranty and get it all set up! They didn’t have to do that! But they are extraordinary for going above and beyond to help me! Before the repairs started they sent me an easy to read and understand list of the repairs that needed to be done with pictures attached! Pretty cool and very appreciated! Everything was repaired and they even gave my car a wash before I came to get it! I am forever grateful to Christian Brothers for everything they have done for me! They definitely have me as a loyal customer and I know I can always trust them to be my loyal, honest, caring, thorough, Christian auto repair shop! Surprising level of service. As a first time customer I was treated to a discount and consideration that I did not expect. When offered a car wash, I expected to pay a nominal fee, but I wasn’t charged. When I received my bill for state inspection (the purpose of my visit) the cost was significantly less than what I expected to pay. I didn’t make an appointment, but I was seen promptly.

Brought my car in yesterday around noon. Had problem with automatic back widow sun shield. It was making awful noise. I needed my car back same day for a road trip next day. They were unable to fix the problem without bringing it back another day so I asked them to disconnect it to eliminate the noise. They did so and charged me nothing since they were unable to fix the problem. This was the 3rd time Ive used my neighborhood Christian Brothers. They always do an excellent job, and their customer service is second to none.

I had a power steering pump and rack and pinion installed 3 years ago and it went bad. The problem I have is the vehicle factory system lasted 12 years and the work they did only lasted 3years. They want me to give them another 1000 dollars to correct it. Ill never use them again. I dont trust them.

They did a great job with diagnostic and managing priorities based on my budget. Communication was great and in both verbal and email form so I could share with spouse. Work was done timely and within their estimate.

This location was amazing! Everyone was super polite and quick with the service. Kurt was a life saver. Needed to get my state inspection but the wait was too long for that day so he made me a quick appointment then stopped me and said someone could do it in 10-20 min. Got out of there within 30 min tops. Will continue to go there for all my car needs!! Love them.
