On Saturday the 14th of August there was a lot of flooding and I guess it got into the undercarriage and knocked stuff around. I pulled into a Walmart parking lot and luckily this place was literally just around the corner. It turned out to be a minor issue that resolved itself (red battery light). They said it could be the alternator but unlike some shops they didnt push me to replace it, saying that it might not be something fixed with a replacement and then I just got a new one for nothing. They were very helpful and got me back on the road quickly especially given Im wheelchair bound and this was the only car I can drive. I was willing to pay for the short diagnostic but they didnt charge me so I gave a tip instead. If it had actually been something they could fix I wouldve done it. I recommend them if youre in the area and need work done. Or if youre not in the area but need work done.Thanks, guys!

Brought my Nissan GT-R for a oil change and to check on a brake squeak. Very satisfied with the work done and amazed with pricing.

Fast affordable repairs

I started taking my vehicles here a few months ago. They were able to diagnose a problem which two other mechanic shops got wrong. They have been very easy to work with and, above all, honest. I am very satisfied with these guys and heartily recommend them.

Very trustworthy and dependable. Have all my maintenance work done there for both vehicles. Have had several minor/major jobs done. Never felt taken advantage of. Very seldom have I had to leave the vehicle more than just the one day. I do get in early. My guard is always up towards auto repair shops, however, I am comfortable with the guys at Broadway Auto.

These guys are awesome. They do not try to upsell needless work. They do a fantastic and timely job. I would highly recommend them.

Id been having some really bad luck lately, topping off with a wheel falling off of my car. Brad was a really nice guy, recommending a reputable towing service (Chubbs), and then he even managed to fit me in, even while his schedule was busy. He got me back on the road quickly, and was courteous and professional. I am now a customer for life, and I strongly recommend going to this establishment.

Brad and JC are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever encountered. I had taken my car to two other shops prior to Broadway Auto Repair, both shops tried to upsale me to spending hundreds of dollars more claiming I NEEDED to fix problems that Brad and JC said we’re nonexistent. I decided to let them handle my repairs and my car has not had any problems since. While I understand a car is a machine and all parts need to be working properly for optimal results, it’s nice to find mechanics that take the time to explain things to you rather than take advantage of you.

Over priced. Called for a quoteWas quoted $370Part was quoted over $250 (I could by the part at the retail store for $120 (super mark up)Then asked how much labor was. If I bought the part was told the labor price goes up more because Im bringing the part. I was shocked. I was referred by a friend. My friend will net be returning and I will never service my car here. Avoid!
