I used my insurance to get towed to a different shop I had in mind. The tow driver(who is associated with this place) showed up 1.5 hrs later than the time he told me he was coming. When he arrived it was too late to get the work done at the original shop the same day which I really needed since I was out of town. The driver suggested I get it done here and he can insure it gets done the same day. 2 days later, after not hearing from the shop nor do they answer the phone, I go to the shop to see what happened. They did not even look at the truck at all. I finally got it back on the 3rd day after being promised it would be done the 1st. I drive it off the premise and get 2 miles down the road when I hearing scraping. They had the scrape plate on with 1 screw when it requires 4. To sum it up, the work of changing the radiator seems good but the failure to deliver on a promised timeline and lack of awareness to even put on my scrape plate would have me not suggest this shop to anyone.

Had my car for a while month and never called. I had to go up the at least 4-5 times to ask what was going on with my car. The guy would lie and say Ill call you tomorrow and never called. Finally, he comes back with a quote of 1000.00 dollars in repairs off the top of his head for something minor. I declined and asked for my car to be towed back to my house. They took a full week to bring me my car. After dropping in it off blocking my mailbox, I tried starting it and noticed the starter dangling and engine way overfilled with oil and parts missing. Horrible way to do business. Im guessing they were upset that I wasnt going to let them rip me off! I will never do business with them again.

My car is driving better and their prices were definitely reasonable. Will be back for sure whenever I need anything else done on either one of my vehicle. The staff is friendly and the manager really helped me out in the end. I just wish they would of communicated with me better throughout the time my car was there.

These guys are amazing. Serviced two European cars here. Honest, fast, and seriously so much more affordable than any other shops weve tried.

I would definitely recommend A1 Express. The guys are nice and they work quickly. They had my car fixed a lot quicker than any shop I called before finding A1. No car repair is convenient when it breaks down but they made it a good experience and I’m thankful for that! They were transparent on price and while they were working on my car they actually found something that could have left me stranded and broke down later. They were already working in that area so it was a quick fix and I’m so glad they found the issue. I actually got to see the problem with my own eyes when they took me back into the shop. Great work guys! I’ll definitely be back!!!

I dont like to write bad reviews about businesses but this people deserve it. Loooooooong story short, after 4 weeks with my wifes 2010 Town and Country Limited Edition Minivan in their shop, they were not able to even diagnose what the problem was, they were just changing one part after another. I ended up selling the van to them for $2,600 (a $7,000 value from KBB). I will not trust this people to even fix my 3 years old sons bicycle. Worse mechanic shop ever.

I went in for an oil change for both of my vehicles and it was definitely a great first experience at this location. The service was great, the location had super friendly/professional staff, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Horrible. They were supposed to be towing my car to another shop. The owner convinced me to have my car towed to his shop and that he would give me a deal. He said that he would call me back in 2 hours with an estimate.I called but he never called me back. The next day I called again. They said the car would be ready in two hours. I caught an Uber to the shop. They told me that I would have to pay in cash or I would be charged a 3.5% service fee. They never said anything about this previously. The ATM across the street only allows you to withdraw $200. I had to do multiple withdrawals and pay multiple fees. It was a huge inconvenience. Then, they didnt even have change. I had to wait 10 minutes while they scrambled to get change. It was a nightmare. To make matters worse, they charged more than my regular mechanic.

PLEASE DONOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Quoted me 675.00 for a oil pump and they said I needed a ecm. Which wasnt true and told me they would look at it for free but once they finished looking he said I owed him $30 dollars once i said they would not be fixing my car. It took them 3days to get back to me to tell me it was the fuel pump and ecm and it would be 675 so I decided to bring it to my machanic. My machanic changed the fuel pump and my car was running again perfectly for 175.00. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM. If you use them ask for all your parts they removed but dont trust them. They were so nice in the beginning until I said they wouldnt be fixing my car and then they started being totally rude.

Wow, used this place for the first time yesterday and WOW, what a bunch of great, honest mechanics. Had my car towed at no charge at 1 o clock, called me an hour later to let me know my alternator was bad. Ordered the part, fixed it, great price. Super fast, super honest, super place. Please give this place a try if you need vehicle repair.

I got great service from this towing company. They also towed my car to their mechanic shop A1express in Garland. My car was fixed in no time and for less than what the other mechanic shops charged me. I am grateful now I have A1express speed dial on my phone when ever my car breaks down.

I am so grateful that these guys from A1 Express Car Care saved the life of my beloved 2002 Subaru outback. It is an amazing experience that I will never forget.I have been driving this Subaru for almost 6 years and it run very well and it was on 155000 miles until suddenly one day I could not start it up and heard some weird noise coming from hood. Then I had the car towed to a nearby car shop to get it examined. After a couple of days, they concluded that the engine of the car is damaged by the broken timing belt and it would be very costly (over 4000 dollars) to fix the engine. Therefore, I decided to tow the dead Subaru back to my place and sell or donate it at a very cheap price (about 200 dollars).I felt so lucky that A1 Express Car Care came to tow my car. Hadi (the tow guy) took a look at the engine and tried a few times of start-up and he recommended me to have my car examined by their mechanic for free. He felt that my car might only had timing belt problem. So I let them have a try.Jeremy the mechanic examined the car a couple days ago and told me that he believed the engine is fine and the timing belt is the only problem. Therefore they ordered a new timing belt kit for my Subaru. This afternoon they called me that my car is completely fixed and ready to go home. I felt super excited that they saved the life of my Subaru and I drove my Subaru back home -- the car runs perfectly now. I will definitely go back to A1 Express Car Care for future car services. These guys are the best!

Very nice guys here at this shop, they were really willing to work with us on the cost and even offered to let us pay in chunks if we didn’t have it all that day. Really went above and beyond in checking all the minor details and not cutting any corners and did a great job, and were able to get our car back in just a couple days even with some fairly large jobs. Came here to get just an oil change and ended up getting the oil change and an alignment. Why? They are very nice and friendly. They didnt try to upsell me on an air filter or anything else that I didnt ask for. They also gave me a great discount rotated my tires and fixed a few cosmetic things for free. Said they had free towing. Didnt ring the door bell. Never saved my information for a contact number. My vehicle was there for 2 days and I was waiting for a phone call to tell me what they found. Turned out they didnt even look at it for 2 days. I went in that Saturday after I got off work and they said oh Ive been meaning to call i just got your number. We said fix it. No phone call telling me when it was fixed or if they found anything major. Called them again and they said oh we found something else but I couldnt call because I lost your paper work. I will never use these people again and I will tell others of my plight so they wont have to go through this trouble

Best experience ever.As a young woman who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about cars, I usually hate going to auto shops by myself because when I go in with the intention to get one thing fixed I usually come out with 5 other things that turned out to be unnecessary money spent.A1 was the first time I’ve EVER had a flawless experience at an auto shop! Great Customer Service, the guys that came to tow me were the 4th truck, the other 3 said they couldn’t tow my car cause it was too low. They came were able to tow my car quickly and safely. Said they were coming to tow my car for 6 hours and never came. I called 3 times and each time they said they were on their way. Terrible company! Missed my kids football game because of them. And they were very rude on the phone!!!

My inspection didnt pass because needing new brakes. When I pulled up to A1 they informed me all 4 were bad. I had no idea! No squeaking or anything when I braked. They were able to get me in quickly and replace all 4 at an amazing price in under an hour. Even threw in a tire rotation because I needed it. Thankful for the quick service and positive attitudes.

I would recommend anyone having car problems to come to A1 express care care. I recently had problems with my car not starting when I was on my way home from the grocery store.  I had to leave my car in the store parking lot over the weekend due to it was late and everything was already closed and the next day was Sunday.  First thing Monday morning I called Firestone to get my care from litterly across the street from there business.  The not only charged me 95 dollars for towing it less than 25 feet but they charged me 99 dollars for a diagnostics.  Then gave me a 1,294.57 quote to get my fuel pump replaced. I then Google auto repair shops near me and A1 Express care care came up. I gave him a call explaining my situation he not only went and got my car from Firestone but did not charge me for towing or a diagnostics. He also only charged me 700 dollars for my fuel pump and labor.  I suggest everyone come to A1 Express care care!!

Ill only bring my Tahoe & my sons cars here b/c I know Im going to receive exceptional customer service, better than reasonably priced repairs & if somethings still not right after a job is done, the owner will do whatever is necessary to make it right...even if that means towing you to the shop @ 3am from Timbuktu! Insurance covered towing by A1 Express Towing (same address/phone number as A1 Express Car Care). First guy that showed up was an hour later than promised. He showed up with a standard wrecker.....he was called to tow a motorcycle, which HAS to be towed on a flatbed. He called another guy to come tow us, and told us he would be there in 15-20 minutes. We unlocked the steering on the bike and asked if we could leave, since it was unlocked. The guy said we could. Then 1.5 hours later, and multiple calls to the towing company, we get a call back saying we need to help him load it because he doesnt know how to load a motorcycle.....so you own a side towing company and dont know how to appropriately tow what youre paid to tow. Ridiculous to expect someone to help you do your job. We didnt get paid to help you load, and you didnt offer a discount to the insurance company, even though you couldnt complete the job as promised.

I have used Jims numerous times in the last 15 years and they have always been fair and honest. They tell you up front the costs of the repair, are usually on the money or close to the quote. They are pretty quick and always courteous and stand behind their work.

I have being their customer for around 2 years, I always do the oil change with them using Groupon and they always respect your coupons. They are good, they have fix some more complicated failures and always have competitive prices.

Came in because my cadillac xt5 was having starter issues. The dealer wanted around 1K and out side the dealer I found a place that wanted $900 in Greenville. I found A1 express and told them about my car issue, towing to the shop was free, inspection was free, changed my fluids for free and the best part was changing my starter for only $460.I highly recommend this place and it’s officially my go to mechanic.

I have a hybrid. When things go wrong, Im terrified I cant afford to fix the problem. My auxillary (hybrid) radiator started to leak and shut down on me in the middle of a busy intersection all the way in Irving. I found this shop on Google bc it was close to where i live. They towed my car to the shop for free and diagnosed it. They were affordable and quick. It wasnt a simple fix but my car was back to me repaired in a matter of 2-3 days. Their waiting room is clean and offered refreshments, unlike most local car repair shops. I didnt feel like they were trying to rip me off or get more out of me. My car was fixed 1 1/2 months ago and it is still working perfectly. They change my oil, and when the time comes they will be the ones to change my brakes or any other maintenance. I trust them with my car and that is something very valuable to me. Im so happy they are in my neighborhood.

Do NOT recommend this place what so ever, took car to be looked at for AC repair & they gave me a quote & price on a Tuesday. I take it on a Friday afternoon & let guy know that we were there just the other day & want the AC fixed & gave our information to guy & left car there. I call them Saturday early morning & spoke to mechanic & he had NO clue that we had left car there & then informed him it was the car he just saw on Tuesday & gave him info on prices on parts & he then remembered what it needed. He mentioned he would order parts & would start working on it. Monday came, called in the morning & mentioned it needed another part & was being ordered & would be fixed. Monday afternoon & nothing. Tuesday we stop by & gave us another excuse & it was still being worked on. Wednesday comes & this guy who said he was not the main guy from shop made this big excuse that we could not take care due to main guy of shop not being there & we informed him we would be taking car fixed or not fixed & not pay no fees since it was something easy.

Came here for the first time a week ago when i purchased an oil change through Groupon. The owner, Hadi, greeted me the second I walked in the door and got my car in the bay within minutes. They discovered, after having my car up, that my drive shafts were damaged and even had me come look at them. They quoted me a price which was a little high for me to pay at the moment but when I asked if I could do a payment plan, the gentleman behind the counter talked to Hadi and they offered to let me pay half up front and the rest within a month. These guys didnt know me from Adam and didnt have to offer me anything. But it was clear that the reviews I read before coming here were true. They care more about making their customers happy and helping them out when they can. I am so glad that I came to this shop and they have definitely earned my future business.

Ive been going to Jims Car Care for over 20 years. Ive found them to be consistently honest, with fair prices and work completed in a timely manner. Theyre my first choice when seeking car repairs.

So A1 Express Car Care is also the address of A-1 Express Towing. My insurance company sent A-1 Express Towing to tow my car to a repair shop. Driver was 45 minutes late because he went to the wrong location. When they finally got my car to the repair shop, they just left the keys. The manager found them later but had no idea what vehicle they went to. When I contacted A-1 Express and asked about some type of verification, the tow truck was off that day so they didnt know anything. Glad I dont live anywhere near here. I will never use them for any services.

The previous owner of the real Jims Car Care died.The head mechanic moved to Rowlett on Grisham off of 66 (Jims widow let Oscar keep the name of Jims Car Care and not this A1 guy...should tell you something).THIS new owner told me (and apparently a bunch of other customers) all the old mechanics were going to be working for him. Wrong.The five stars is for Jims since thats how you search for and find this place.

Came here for a groupon oil change. The groupon said appoinment required so I called in and the guy said just come on in so I went in and it took them 15min to change the oil. They even filled up half a gallon of antifreeze at no charge. They didnt try to sell me anything extra and were very nice. Would definitely come back, even without the groupon.
