Bought an Engine from this place through ebay. His for sale post clearly stated engine comes as pictured. Well not only took he all the accessories off,no he sold me a completely different engine. The engine he sold me has a bend timing sprocket wheel, engine jumped timing. So with that being said he sold me knowingly a paper weight.he took the broken valve cover off to cover up the broken timing wheel since the Valve cover was new so he knew the wheel was damaged.

Stopped in randomly for a single bolt for my E92 bumper. they helped me locate a bolt that worked and told me not to worry about it. super nice guys! they have a ton of different BMW parts from all models

Talked to a worker on the phone for a dme and cas module he told me they have it and to let him know 30mins before I leave so he can double check if they have it. I texted him it would take me almost an hour and 30 minutes he says ok, I get there he goes to the back scrambling looking for it and comes back 15mins later to tell me he doesn’t have it. Horrible customer service made me waste 3 hours total of driving would not recommend these guys to anyone who is a business owner. Definitely putting a bad review on BBB as well. STEER CLEAR

I have 3 BMW’s and I have purchased so many parts over the years...they have honored everything they have ever sold me... I have gotten wrong parts ..that was my fault and have had to return them either for an exchange or refund! Guys are friendly and I trust all the parts I have received and they have all worked fantastic.. they are helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile! Great customer service!!!!I would recommend they 100%!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO GET ANY PARTS FOR YOUR BMW!! We ALWAYS go here for anything we need for any 4 of our BMWS.We have been able to update our seats to black instead of the light tan. Tan seats stain really easily, so we purchased the seats in black from Esra!, the cost was a fraction of what they are sold for at BMW. They look amazing!

I want to say that this place is a one stop shop. If you are looking for BMW parts this is where you need to come. I had the pleasure speaking to Muhammed in regards to parts that I needed. I went on a Sunday when I called them and they were suppose to be close and he made the exception of letting me in. I purchased some e90 rear quarter panel brake lights that I needed. All they offer are OEM parts. If they dont have the part you are looking for then they will direct you to where to find it. They offer great prices and if you are a returning customer then they may give you more discounts. Check them out!!!

Did not honor the 30 day warranty. They said the parts are tested (engines) but when something does wrong they wont respond. They said he would give me 50% discount if I bought another engine from them. But still didnt honor the 30days. Spoke to certified BMW mechanic who installed the engine and the mechanic confirmed that the engine was not good.
