Definitely like this store for their excellent customer service and often times they have the most inventory for parts and fluids I need for my cars. Im always in and out fast without any issues.

Always plenty of staff willing to help. Whenever i do an online order its always pulled and ready by the time i get there. Nobody lurking in the background ignoring me while i wait at the cash registers.This is all exactly the opposite of my experience with the Avenue K store which is why I go to Garland now even though its further from me.Also note that the Garland store is their area hub so if only one Advance Auto has a part in stock its prob gonna be this store.

They have a very long journey before they can match Oriellys or autozone they just dont have the stock they need for American autos like tahoe impala etc I had terrible experience with this retailer.

This was my first time going to this location and my 2nd time going to this company. And I couldnt believe how rude was the guy that helped me. I walked out and he did not care that he was rude and was not trying to help me.Whatever he has going on in his life he shouldnt be taking to work.Wont be coming back.Ill stick to AutoZone to where I get treated right.

Tremendous staff of employees here, always willing to help and do anything they can to make sure you get the correct parts. Theyre all very knowledgeable, which helps. This is the only place in town that I go for parts unless I cant find it quick enough through them. Their prices are awesome and if you place the order online you get 20% discount off your order and pick it up at the store in 30 minutes!store. Again cant say enough great things about the place.

Great spot to find harder to find, older parts that arent always in stock at other places.

CSR could use a little more personal skills in dealing with customers. But over all the older Latina woman at the front counter was helpful.

Not always fun having to do car repairs but the people that work at this location are always fair and try to help any way they can.

Went in looking for an 02 sensor for my truck specifically denso 234-4744 they looked it up on the system and told me there wasnt any in stock anywhere. Called 30 minutes later to tell me that they had 3 in store. They need to rehire their employees because I heard that same excuse used on other customers even one that had put an an online order to pick up.This is ridiculous especially it being a hub store.

Rudest and most condescendingly hateful member of staff there. Do not visit here if you have questions, and especially not if you are female, because apparently hes a misogynist who doesnt want to let you question his answers at all. Try the one at Walnut & Plano Rd, very nice staff willing to talk to you and answer your questions.

When it open it was a great place..now its a place like the rest..

Ordered a part and when it arrived was incorrect. Was sent to 2 more locations and finally realized with the help of 3rd location assistant manager that their computer data base had the wrong years attached to the part and it wasnt possible to change and get correct part. When I asked for a refund was told it was near closing time so go back to original location tomorrow. Called manager of original location who had to threaten assistant manager of 3rd and final location with termination to get him to process the refund. To say the whole ordeal was unpleasant would be very generous. I no longer shop with them.

What a joke seriously waked in last night at about 8:30 PM to get my battery checked and if bad to buy a new one. Once I walked into the store it was very clear they did not care to help me at all or care to make a sale. I asked the guy at the counter after being ignored if they would do a battery test on my vehicle his reply was is it raining so I answered and said no then Im left standing there for a minute and I ask can you do a battery test again to the guy his reply was we are not supposed to go outside after dark um ok could have said that at the beginning then he left me just standing there again mind you the whole time he is just sitting counting the money as if they were all ready closed I felt! Needless to say they they didnt care about me or my business and now they have lost a customer! I will take my business to O Reillys for now on!

Went in to buy wiper blades, big sign out front informs about free installation with the wipers.... The cashier flat out told me no hes not doing it..... Ive been doing business with them a few years... Not anymore!

I wouldnt refer this place to anyone. I first went here to get a starter and some brake pads for 2 of our cars, they gave me a used starter and the wrong brake pads. So I ended up have to go to another store to get the starter, but I went ahead and took my used starter back, well they still charged me for the core. So I called them again to see about getting a refund on my core well I had to make another trip up there which is a 20 minute distance from my house so imagine how much gas Im using throughout this whole process..... Im so over this place. I called a young man thats suppose to be over the stores or whatever and all he said was ok when your about to go back to the store to return the stuff call him first so that he could let them know to get there stuff together and to make sure all the equipment is checked from this point forward. Which you would think they would do that stuff first. Bad customer service at its best.

Went to this store at 1 pm today to purchase an o2 sensor. No customers except for myself. One worker in a car in the parking lot with a tester. (assuming his or a friends) Saw approximately 4 others in the back. One looked like he might have been turning brakes. The 3 or so others were pulling parts(?), inventorying(?), back around the parts shelves. Two looked directly at me as I waited at the counter. I waited about 5 minutes and then left and bought the sensor from Autozone. No acknowledgement whatsoever while I waited. Just a heads up people. The employees at Autozone were attentive, courteous and above all, helpful.

Went here looking for a bosch item bc it was the same brand on the part I knew worked and needed to replace. The sales guy told me it the ntk had a 1 year warranty, incase it didnt work.Turns out, cant get my money back to buy a bosch. I guess he earned his commission that day.
