In my experience I got to say they are very good and honest. Good customer service. Good diagnose and very fair price compared to others. Not like Alexs repair shop, arrogant problematic dude. I recommend Las Vegas repair shop much better.

Took my car to get fixed, three days later paid $180 and they said it was good. That same day I went grocery shopping and my car wouldn’t start at the store. Had to leave it there overnight and the next day I was able to take it back. A MONTH LATER, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car and that was that. No communication, you have to constantly call them to checkup on your car. I finally called because I desperately needed my car back and they just said to pick it up because they couldn’t figure it out. $180 and a month wasted. Most of the guys are super nice but it’s just not worth it. They take way too long and don’t communicate and I gave them $180 for nothing. Oh AND, the first time they gave me the car back, it had no oil. My car read 0% so I checked it when I got home and it was dryyyyyy so not only did they steal my money but I’m sure that messed my engine up more!

Gus is the absolute best! If he quotes you a price, that is what he charges - no unexpected added fees! He does top quality work with a limited guarantee. I know of no other independent mechanic that does this. He has done many repairs on our old truck and now my truck, which I took to him for wheel bearings on both rear wheels. His quote was half what it would have been at the dealership. I will take my vehicles to him as long as I am in Dallas county! His staff is also well trained and experienced.

We had a great experience at Las Vegas Auto! Gus has amazing service for a competitive price; timely turnaround and knowledgeable staff. They will be getting all of my mechanical business from here on out.

Never ever take your vehicle to this repair shop. They can never be honest about the price to fix your car or Truck just to Put a Fuel pump on my old School 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 should not take $750, they are a Rip off Service. I went next door to there Competition and they told me $350 to $600. They were desperate also and Arab People like the other Sand People. I went to a Repair shop on Kingsley in Garland Texas about a Mile down the street from them and I hit the Lotto Ladies and Gentlemen. I found a shop that only Charge $150.00 The shop is at the corner of S.Shilo Rd. & Kingsley behind the Valero Gas Station mission Complete. Now can someone pay me Gas money for all of my dam driving and searching for a honest Mechanic.

Every time I do business with this company they do excellent work for a good price.

Ive did business with this shop for 3yrs. Nothing could prepare me for how things would end. First ill start by saying, im the warranty type. Yes i like warranties on most parts, the guy that runs the place doesnt like to give guarantee or real warranty. He does repairs with cheap parts he purchase and gives like a 30 day warranty. But has the nerve to up charge as if its quality parts. Then will get upset if you go and purchase life time warranty parts, he will say he wont give a warranty on parts you go and purchase. Regardless of the quality of the part. Customer service not good, if the owner isnt there youre out of luck no one else speaks english. Lastly the guy turned out to be more about quantity than quality, after my car was serviced last visit. I come to pick up my car and the check engine light is on when it wasnt before, and my over drive light is flashing as we test i asked what can we do about it, he replies I DONT KNOW 😕. We pull up to the shop, get out and he says come on and pay me😕. I ask to use his diagnostic machine he replies, it not working so i suggested that we ride up to autozone he says i dont have time. I tell him im going to autozone before i make another payment, he threaten me that he didnt want to do something crazy and end up doing 10yrs i ask really is that a threat he say no how about we call the police im taken back by this, after 3yrs. So i go to autozone, they put their scanner on it . Got back in the car to go and get the problem checked, my car wouldnt start. I called the shop, no one ever came out i ended up being there for 1hr 20min. To sum it up, im never doing business with this shop again.

Sometimes its hard for me to get my car there but they work very well. I trust them.

This business will change you $220 for a repair that only takes less than five minutes to do if you looking for a honest mechanic dont go here
