EXCELLENT customer service & pricing. I have a used ARE camper shell that needed the dome & 3rd brake lights hooked up (a brand they do not carry, btw). Victor quoted me a price I could not pass up & I even grabbed a new expandable load bar while I was there. I highly recommend these guys for your truck accessory needs.

Very friendly and fast service. Called in and had the topper i wanted, but i had to be special ordered because my topper was black(black truck). Victor assisted me with the purchase and offered to loan a white camper while waiting for the black camper to come in. Very good customer service by offering that deal. Ended up waiting 4 weeks for the part to come in. Estimated 1.5 hr install, got out within 1 hr. I appreciate their service and team. Would highly recommend and be coming back. 2nd purchased camper from them.

I received my camper shell and immediately noticed the amount of glue or whatever they use to put this thing together and it reminded me of me when I was in 1st grade because I use to use way to much glue because i though it was fun.Infact, the entire camper shell looks this way.One of the windows was installed upside down making it hard to slide back and forth, and the window closest to the cabin had a handle that was just stickered onto the window which fell off the 1st car was I drive it through!When I called and asked if they would fix the problems they stated I would have to bring it in and they will see.......ill take that as a no!

I bought a fiberglass tonneau cover, color matched for my truck here years ago. No problems. The sales staff here is good and they have a good selection of products available. I recently bought a new truck so I went back to Feagin and purchased a Leer camper shell for the bed of my truck. Its color matched and looks great. The next day I noticed the door on the back of the shell gapped a bit at the bottom on both sides. The glass door was not flush with the shell. The display model they have in the store does not have this problem. I called and told them I was returning to have them look at and adjust the door. When I got there I was met by the install technicians. I showed them my concern and one of them moved my truck into the shop. When I went inside the store I was not greeted by the Sales guy who I had spoke to about the door issue. I had to address him. After looking at the display model in the store I went and sat down in the waiting area. I then noticed whom I assume is the store Manager leave his desk and walk into the shop. He later came to me and said the door now is better. He did not introduce himself, and said lets go look at your truck. I asked him why its not flush like the display model. He said they all fit differently. We went out to my truck and it did appear that they did adjust the door abit but it is still not a flush fit. The Guy said the door will fit better after a while. He said, if not, bring it back and well adjust it again. The experience was awkward to say the least. They were not very professional with their customer service... I dont think Ill be going back.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating. He explained several options for a Topper that would fit my needs. Four stars for selection and customer service. A fifth star I imagine will come when Im ready to make a purchase. Im definitely going back when that time comes.

Great selection of camper shells. Someone as far away as New Mexico complemented me on a camper shell that I purchased here. The shell is still going strong. Mr Feagin is a nice, honest man.

After years of buying products from this company I am done spending my hard earned money there. After multiple trips back and forth it’s now obvious Victor is worse then a used car sales man... Guys you can get the same products else where with out all the bs these guys run you through. I left the product lying in the show room and didn’t even ask for a refund it’s that bad there - everyone just stands around and doesn’t even get involved to help when they see there is a problem. They have zero customer service and look at you like your crazy

I highly recommend Feagin Topper Sales if you would like to have one on your vehicle. I have a yellow 2002 Nissan and they were able to have the color matched so closely that it was incredible. I have bought a few toppers from Feagin Topper Sales over the years. I have had good service each time. The last camper shell I purchased had a window that leaked. They looked at it and replaced a seal, and it leaked again. I brought it back and they ordered a brand new window for it. I’m giving them five stars, not because my experience was without issue, but how they responded to the issues. They could have easily said it was under warranty and to contact the manufacturer, but they addressed the issues as they came up.

Victor was very helpful. No hard sell. Told him what I was looking for and he offered me some options. Looking forward to the install.

I purchased a deck storage for my F150, and when I arrived, it was completed. They were so polite, great pricing, and fast service. I am using them again and again and again and again!!!! Great company!!!

I got at topper from these guys a few months back and everything went well . Fast forward to now I cant find keys and not sure if they gave them to me or I lost them. Well I went on line to thule to get a key (2.50) not expensive but dont want to wait on shipping. so I called feagen topper. Guy was rude not friendly at all!! I didnt want a hand out, Im willing to pay . Customer service sucks!! Will never buy or refer anyone to feagan topper. I have a friend that also had a similar issue with customer service.

Bought a bed cover for my GMC Pick up on Wednesday June 6th,Victor was very helpful,However, a day later on June 7th I noticed a small dent,hump,from the inside of the cover, that you can see on the outside,I went back to Discuss with Victor on Friday June 8th,He agreed that it was a mfg.defect,I asked about replacing the defective topper,he stated he would contact the company and would let me know,he called me like he said he would,saying he had contacted the company and he was told to ask me if I would take $50.00 back from the $800.00 I paid for mine,I told Victor no, that I wanted a new topper,he then proceed it to tell me it would be a while before he could get another,funny thing is,when I bought mine he had it the next day,so this post is to be continued. Just protecting myself before I give them 5 stars.Update 7/6/18Well I decided to keep the temporary topper they gave me,Im ok with that no issues, it was my choice instead of waiting a month or so to get the one I originally bought,but at the time of my original purchase I also bought the bed rug for my truck,love the look and feel of this product, only thing is the back tail portion keeps coming off,Ive taken it twice already and it still comes off when opening the tail gate,They should be able to fix this,but going 3 times for the same issue is frustrating. 😬😬
