This shop is the best Ive dealt with in a long time. They worked on my 2017 Mercedes SUV GLS which was badly damaged in the front and had twisted metals hanging beneath the vehicle. before going to this shop I had a couple of other shops look at the the damages but the quotes they gave me were out of this world. I found Just in time through a friend. The owner of Just in time was very courteous and very attentive to my needs on the vehicle. He gave me a quote that beat all other quotes and assured me that the work will be done to my satisfaction and that I will not recognize the vehicle when it is done. to cut a long story short, I was extremely IMPRESSED with the vehicle when it was done. It looks better, cleaner than when it was purchased new. My wife of 30 years told me when she saw the car that the decision to take the vehicle to Just in time was the BEST decision (beside marrying her) she has seen me make.LOL. Just in time did a great job on my MB CLS 400 which needed body work and paint. This was a special MB color and the final work was excellent. They finished the job on time and communicated the progress during the work. As I understand it, Mercedes dealers usually out source their body jobs to places like this based on excellent work.

Had some damage to the back of our car after my wife backed into a tree. Ali and his team did a fantastic job on repairing the vehicle and working with me on the price and timing of the repairs. We were referred to Ali by Norm Lipow of Dallas European Auto, our long time trusted mechanic. As usual, a referral from Norm is an excellent one. We are very happy with the customer service we received at Just In Time Auto, and the work done on our Honda Odyssey following a fender bender is excellent. Ali explained our various options and gave good reasoning for his recommendation to keep the existing manufacturers original bumper (much more sturdy and stable) over getting a new one (flimsy and lesser quality after market piece), even though insurance would be paying for the work. Thats integrity in my book. It wasnt about the money; it was about what would serve us best in the long run. He steered us toward the option that would offer the best safety features in the event of another collision. The repair work looks excellent, and we feel safer knowing we still have the engineered crumple zone bumper instead of the after market knock off piece available if we chose a new bumper. We appreciated Alis candor and honesty and highly recommend him to anyone needing paint and body services.
