This is the worst place to take your vehicle. They will lie to your face. Its been 5 weeks now since they took my vehicle. Everything I call they say your car will be ready in two days which is a lie. One day I decided to go check how far they are with fixing, just to find out that they never even started to fix. On buying parts. They lie they bought new parts but they go to ju kyard and buy them. I found out when I saw they airbags they had for my vehicle. I cannot advice anyone to take their vehicle here. Just find somewhere else.

This place is extremely unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone when you call. The owner is a con artist. They will not be honest with you or your insurance company. This place should be shut down none of the management team is ever available and everyone acts as if they are clueless about your car.

They dont even deserve the 1 star I have to give them to get a review. Somehow they got our info from someone at the storage lot the insurance took our car to and they continuously harassed us to pick up our car and get us to release it to them until we finally told them to stop calling us and that they were not allowed to have our car. Very rude and pushy.

Worst service ever!!! very unprofessional and rude!! i would not recommend it even to my worst enemies (figuratively speaking) i had a very bad experience full of stress and discomfort.. if you call ramses (owner) he never answers nor returns the calls.. and the guy in thee front desk answers but gets mad when you ask about your car. and tells you he is going to call back but he never does.. you have to call back again and remind him.. very bad quality i bet the use the cheapest products they can find! DO NOT GO THERE go to thee professionals with BBB certificate... i regret the day i even call them.

Very bad experience, it took a year to repair the car and at the end of the day they took it to the agency there they left it, I had to pick it up, pay from my bag, and also the service they did very bad, do not waste your time in this workshop you will find something better
