This is the best auto repair shop in the city!!! I was soo impressed with how Omar and the shop fixed my car that I brought it back again after another wreck!! You won’t find a better more professional shop and I REALLY appreciate that they do what’s best for the customer and take pride in making sure the job gets done right!!!

Amazing service, professionalism and speed. Don’t go anywhere else! Frank, the owner will treat you like family and Omar provided friendly service with a smile. The communication throughout the process was great and they made it smooth and easy for me. I hope to not need any body work done to my vehicle but if I do, I know where I’m going.

The people at Car Star Color build are great...previously, they had fixed some dings/dents in my 20 Pacifica Limited thru Dallas Dodge when I bought it...I was impressed enough so that when my poor van was riddled by a hailstorm (80+ dents, windshield smashed, etc) I decided to contact them about the 10k repair it needed, even though it is an hour ride from me....well, it was worth it, because they did an A+ job, cant tell it was ever damaged....I had alot of communication with the manager Omar, who treated me 100% great, also met the owner, very nice guy....bottom line, theres a TON of shops out there, EVERYWHERE...you can take a chance on one if youd like...for me, these guys will get my business, hands down, anytime I need vehicle repair

We took our vehicle here for repairs after an accident. Everyone was extremely friendly, and Omar was great. He kept us updated on the status of our vehicle, and they got it back to us when promised. Highly recommend this shop.

The service was very professional, they even finished work on my fender an bumper ahead of time. Elias, one of the employees there that managed the details of the work I needed done, was extremely nice and professional.

Carstars repaired my car and exceeded my expectations and my car looks new again. I worked with Elias and he made sure everything was on point. He kept me updated throughout the repairs and did the back and forth with Allstate (who gave me a headache and fought me at every turn) to make sure the repairs were done properly. Paint and bodywork looks good. I’m very particular about that car too. The bumper and rocker molding was replaced and painted, along with the fenders and spoiler. There were a couple minor inconsistencies (little debris under the paint) on the bumper that they’re standing by and covering under their warranty. Nothing to fret over as it’s not visible by the naked eye.Overall 5/5. Great customer service. I hope I don’t have to go back there but I’d definitely use them again.

If there was ever a business that deserves MORE than 5 stars, it is Color Build. The owner Frank is a kind,generous man(which the world seems to be running short on)who goes WAY out of his way to make sure everything is 100% perfect. Long story short,I had a accident I was ripped off by another shop who just stole the insurance money & never fixed my car. Frank heard about it on the news and offered to fix my car at NO COST to me. I could not believe it. My particular vehicle(2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum Edition) parts are very expensive for and he fixed it out of his own pocket. Frank saved my financial life & that is no joke. On top of that, the work his shop performed is truly top-notch. My car looks and feels like it is brand new and I could not be happier. Thank you again Color Build.

Highway robbery. That charged $840 for a tow that cost them $739. They charged a $500 “admin fee”. $1,700 for a tow and 2 days of storage is insane. Do not trust these people with your car.

This Body shop was awesome, kept me up to date on the status of repairs to my vehicle. Also, repaired my prior damage at an affordable price. Highly recommend this body shop to family and friends. Very helpful, professional and Omar was great.

This is by far the best repair service I have received. They explained in detail what was wrong and how they would fix it. They were very thorough and I had nothing at all to worry about! They even detailed my car afterwards! It was an unexpected detail that they took great care to provide!

Carstar Color build is an unusual name but great customer service. People here courteous and professional. Brought in my truck after a young driver hit me. My Sierra had new GM equipment in the rear. First time in a very long time that I needed a body shop. Dallas Dodge recommended this place and Ill have to say Im happy they did. I walked in, handed my keys to the owner, and he and his staff took full responsibility of all the leg work and insurance issues. My jeep wrangler looks as good as new and the unsolicited detail job was a nice touch. Its wonderful to deal with a company that knows how to show their appreciation for your business.

We took our car to Carstar Color Build due to their great reviews and we were not disappointed. They did excellent work and had amazing customer service.Our Highlander was a victim of a hit and run on the highway last November. I first took it to a different shop, which was closer to our home and worked with our insurance. We were worried the car would be totaled due to what they told us. I decided not to take our car there and looked for another place. It took awhile to find a shop that not only worked with our insurance, but also had great reviews. I’m so thankful we found Carstar Color Build! I worked with Omar as he was the contact at this shop for my insurance company. He was very professional, respectful, and kind, as was the receptionist, and the owner. This shop is very nice looking, clean and well organized. Not only was I able to keep our Highlander, but it now looks even better than it did before the accident.

Great service! My jeep was rear-ended and severely damaged. Now its good as new. Great customer service, communication, and attention to detail. They went to bat for me against the insurance company as well, ensuring they covered all necessary repairs. My car was returned squeaky clean after being detailed.
