Service on my phone was great but I went to the hours on the website and the actual hours of this location do not match.

The dude with the long hair and beard and the dude with slightly shorter black hair were awesome, incredibly polite and responsible, I went in to get a stripped screw taken out of my switch, and ended up having a new battery put in as well, they handles everything speedy, gave me respectable time estimates on how long it would take, and ended up handling it way faster, these guys earned my business and if I ever need something worked on they will be the first I come to, every good review they have on this page is well earned, thank you so much !!!

My initial experience with this location was not altogether good. I submitted an honest review that was not particularly complementary. The local store contacted and asked me to bring in my phone to see what they might be able to resolve my issues. I was close by and I drove immediately to the store. They inspected my problem and resolved it completely within five minutes. I was pleased enough that I purchased a new phone cover before I left. Their persistence and genuine interest in getting my issues resolved were exceptional. I’ve change my opinion 180 degrees and will now definitely refer my friends and acquaintances to UBrakeIFix in Gardendale and anticipate using myself when need arises.

Currently writing this from a MacBook because my phone is being held hostage at the Gardendale location. I was visiting a friend from out of state yesterday when my phone cracked. I just wanted a one day repair. I walk in this store at 1 in the afternoon. Guy tells me it will be done in a couple hours. I give him my friends phone number to call me once it is done. I come back at 4 with still no call. He says its not ready and will be around 5 before it is done. That was fine. I could wait- Google says they dont close until 7 anyways. I come back at 5:10 and the door is LOCKED and lights out. With no notice, phone call or warning. Anddd they are closed on Sunday and Monday. So, I am now without a phone, back in my state 3 hours away, without a phone for 4 days until Tuesday. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.UPDATE: Since my last review.. I sent my sister who works in Bham to pick up my phone expecting it to be fixed. Apparently they dropped my phone WHILE REPAIRING IT and damaged it even further. Facial recognition was messed up so they required Apple ID which could not be provided because I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE. Mind you, they do have my email and not once have I received an update via email. Still the worst experience ever and would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Going on day 5 without a phone.

The crew here was the most pleasant Ive dealt with at a uBreakiFix store. They were very knowledgeable, and were able to diagnose and repair my issue with speed and accuracy. Icing on the cake was when they told me Google covered everything under warranty on my Pixel device!

I went there again after my battery swelled up and the guy there was very nice and he tried his hardest to figure my phone out and he did I’m so thankful it was a successful fix

BUYER BEWARE!!! Got my wifes phone fixed here less than 2 weeks ago. Great service. Very nice people. I had to get my phone fixed today. I was given a verbal quote, same as my wifes and price was also sent via email. When checking out, was given a price $30 higher. Was told prices were set by Samsung and couldnt be changed. Explained price I was quoted and price for same repair for same model phone less than 2 weeks ago and price was changed but still $11 higher than quoted and paid a little less than 2 weeks ago. Excuse was numbers were transposed in the system. If you cant change pricing you cant change pricing. Again, buyer beware! Only reason for 2 stars is the repair was done correctly and people were friendly. I guess you have to smile when youre charging more than what you quoted.

Shattered my phone screen yesterday, made an appointment with these guy today and they had me like new by C.O.B. They put a guarantee on it when theyre done. Quality work!

He did a much better job than the other company in gardendale that just went out of business.

I cracked my screen (tiny crack, I didnt even realize I had done it) and my screen wasnt working because of it. With the warranty on my phone, I had the option of paying $30 for a screen replacement or replacing the whole phone for $200. Obviously I wanted to replace the screen first. Ubreakifix was super nice and professional with helping me get the screen repaired. It was very fast service too, he told me hed have it done in about 2.5 hours and it was not quite 2 hours before it was finished! Im very pleased with my whole experience!

I brought an iPhone 8 Plus to have the screen replaced. The screen looked fine, but the touch capability did not work, and this was because of prior work done by the iPhone Clinic located on green springs (original review left on their page). Since my friend was in need of a new phone, I once again had the screen replaced by UbreakiFix. I cannot express how happy I was with the services that they provided. They were affordable, hospitable, and worked quickly. My friend and I grabbed a bite to eat at Newks and by the time we came back the phone was like new again. She also purchased some of the phone accessories since they were also affordable. Its been at least a month and the screen still looks and works great despite her clumsiness!

Great and friendly service. Went in with Mac Mini missing the screw that holds the SSD in my Mac Mini and had Drew help me. Drew was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to open up and fix the Mac Mini. Overall a great place to get electronic, both phone and computer, repairs.
