Friendly staff at the Gardendale location. I just have a problem with paying every month for insurance only to have give them $75.00 because I cracked my screen and they cant repair it for some reason so they just have to order me a new phone. Why am I paying $40.00 every month just to have to give them $75.00 when I need the insurance?

The store hours are posted... however,the Employee...evidently were not aware of them...in the week, morning I sat there from8:15...to 9:15.. no one showed up...went back same day at 5:30 P.M.sooo many people were there..& the guy, was going soooooo slow...that by 7:00P.M.no way he could have taken care of all of us...after standing on hard floor...waiting 1 & a half hours....

Some how it showed I rated you 1 star a year ago. Ive never rated you because Ive never used your service. I honestly have no idea how it happened!! Im so sorry! My son used your service and loves you so based on that Ill give you a 5 star ❤ .

These folks will think of anything to turn a basic $100 phone into a $200 bill. The manager acted as if she was giving us a bargain and doing us a favor. Avoid this place. Ill go to the Pinson location next time I have a problem.

This is the best Cricket wireless store to go to. The staff be all smiles when you enter the store. They wait on me and treat me as if Im their only priority and as people come in. They greet everyone as if they been knowing tou forever. My store always.

I have only visited twice and the first time my experience was wonderful but the second time, not so great. The girl did not want to help me at all. She had some friends in the store sitting around and was more worried about talking and entertaining them than helping a customer out. I cracked my screen and went in to see about another phone. Although I have insurance, I wanted to see about getting another phone. I inquired about a couple of phones and just so happens they were all sold out that same day. The last one I asked about, her comment was what about it? I left and went to the ATT store to see about getting my service switched over. Once my plan runs out next month I will be taking my service elsewhere. This isnt how you treat a customer just because you dont want to be bothered and are more worried about socializing with your friends. Im sure Im not the only customer you have lost due to this rude employee.

Its really nice to find a place to shop at and really get the help that you want and need.

Worst services ever came into this establishment at 11:45am still here as we speak I totally understand that crickets are ran by one person. But it’s unacceptable when you have ppl waiting and the person is taking forever and a day.. it seems to me that you guys only care about making money. Being a former customer services worker it’s only certain time ur supposed spend each customer. I know we aim to please. But seriously I shouldn’t have spent hours in my this morning establishment

Staff familiar with the product and gave us good service

They are out stock on everything. Was told 4 different times the phone case and screen protector would be there after 4. A long drive to get there and they say oh they still having got here. Will be here in 2 days come back then. Over and over they keep saying that. Come on if you dont know say we dont know.

Worst service ever, I came just to pay a bill and the girl who attended me was on her phone snap chatting instead of processing my payment . She gave me the worst look and began rolling her eyes as I asked her anything about account . The other person who was there was helping someone else meanwhile her co worker was texting and snapping away .I don’t know who the manager is but they need to do a much better job of training there employees and show them how to ATLEAST deciently treat people .

This place is a joke none of their people care about you they just want to make a sale you.. you are out of luck if something happens to it
