I went to this store to get a new phone and I just renewed my i.d so I have a temporary paper i.d until I get my hard copy in the mail. Which is valid by law and they refused to help me. Not very good way to encourage someone to switch to at&t

Not a friendly environment. Requesting masks be worn inside the store is fine, even though no one is doing that anymore and the protocol seems a little extreme but that’s another subject for another time. You are asking customers sign in and go back to their car and wait, however, I was not able to go back to my car to wait on someone to call me inside when my turn came. No one communicated to me that I could sit on the hidden bench to the left of the entrance. There were only two employees assisting the customers but several in the back doing who knows what. An employee, I had not seen since I entered the store, appears on the main floor from the back and asks me to wait in my car. I explain to the employee why I am unable to. She then states I may sit on the bench instead of waiting at the door where everyone has to pass me coming in and out. Well, good to know now that I’d been waiting 20 minutes. The person checking me in, who I didn’t see again after check in, or the other employees could have informed me of that but they just let me stand there. Very unimpressed with the customer service and lack of friendliness overall. Im not sure I saw a happy employee in the building. Not to mention, the temperature inside felt like 80 degrees! If you’re looking to run customers off, you’re doing a good job. The employee that did assist me did a good job and I was able to accomplish what I came to do, however, I will not be returning to this location for future assistance.Update 7/14/21: my AT&T bill went up more than 100.00 than quoted in the store and I had to call and have a customer service representative “fix” what the rep did in the store and could not figure out why one price was quoted that did not show on the actual bill. Seriously considering switching to Verizon. Don’t waste your time going in to the store.

Zoe was extremely helpful and we actually lowered our monthly bill by a few dollars as well as upgrading our unlimited plan and getting a hotspot phone. She did a great job and we would recommend her to everyone.

Although I had a complicated situation with activating my phone the staff were very supportive. The manager called the call center and they told him there was nothing that they could do and I would have to travel out of the city to fix the problem. He did not take no for an answer so he called And got the results he needed. And by the time I turned around he brought me my phone and it was working with service. I was so thankful to be able to meet such a helpful and considerate Team at AT&T. The whole atmosphere of this store was so comforting that even though customers were stressed the mood will change just by entering in. From the music that was being played to the outstanding customer service they deserve the highest rating.
