One of a few boba places that are still standing while the new, trendy places are popping up like mushroom with their creative menus. Lollicup has a great variety of drinks and snacks. My favorite are always popcorn chicken and chicken gizzards. Their spice level is to the Asian standard so be aware. I cam eat very spicy but I always order medium, it hurts just enough and you still taste the flavor on the chicken. I tried higher level once just to see how it is, did not like it, you dont taste the chicken, just the chili powder.Their drink toppings are very interesting as well. Always go for ooling tea, boba, aloe vera and sometimes egg pudding, another favorite that not a lot of places have - honey lemon green tea. If you want low sugar, ask for low, dont ask for 50% because mine came out a little lighter than I thought. Still good since the toppings are sweet and balance it out, but thought you should be aware.Prices have gone up, understandable, like everywhere else. Drink quality is still good.

Havent been to a lollicup in a long time. Lots of things have changed. In particular, in regards to the menu, which has expanded. This location is decently sized with good service. The drinks themselves taste the same as theyve always had been and the food is decent. The meal set is okay for what it is worth - the portion size is quite large. Rice is a little hard, and the greens that came with my meal set seem like the frozen veggies you can get at the freezer section at the local grocers, but it is overall still edible. I got the Japanese Chicken Curry Rice. Pretty okay experience overall.

The food is pretty great as well as all the drinks. However, I get different amounts of food every time. When I ordered a single fried calimari, the bowl was pretty filled. However, today I ordered 3 and not a single one was even half filled 🙄 Im not sure how they measure it out, but the 3 should have been priced at 1.

1st time visit, this place hit the spot!! I bought a small cup filled with just Boba🥤 & Honey Milk Tea w/boba....needles to say it was pretty good & I will be returning. The BBQ flavored fries were also very tasty😊☺️!

Best popcorn chicken and fish with roe (eggs inside) these are must get items. Im more of a tea gal, so their passion fruit black tea is delish and I love how they make it less sweet when asked. Also their milk teas are popular here!

The fried bananas are yummy. Service here is pretty quick. Note: they do not take credit card for purchases under $5. Overall to terrific drinks and amazing Boba!

I have put in a lot of time into thinking prior to finally making this review, because Lollicup (this location in particular) used to be my #1 go-to for so many years (2 to 3 years, to be exact), and I am not one to usually put in bad words for businesses, but because they have betrayed my loyalty so much I cannot let this one go.There are more than one reasons why I stopped going because the staff they hired gave a lot of mean looks and put on very bad attitude in general. For instance, squinting eyes at you when you have inquiries about your order and/or looking annoyed OR even ignoring you when you ask them why your order is taking so long. One particular realistic example that happened to me was when I ordered fish balls with roes and had to wait 30 minutes for a single small bag to be ready for me to take. One shouldnt have to have waited that long for an appetizer, let alone a real meal. And even when I was getting really irritated and made a complaint as to why people who came way after me got their order made first, they simply brushed it off and did not answer the question. I may also add that it was NOT busy at all at the time.Another reason is the ridiculous raise of price per item for a seemingly (unchanged) and rather small portion. Not worth the money, and after how bad the staff values customer service there, totally not worth coming back, perhaps ever again. I am done with Lollicup.

I love their matcha green tea snow here! Their popcorn chicken and calamari are also super good (flavor and crispiness). Aside from my usual matcha green tea, they offer a variety of milk teas, flavored teas, and special drinks such as cheese foam and tiramisu foam. Service is also pretty good most of the time, and wait time is never an issue.

Location: in a crowded plaza next to 85.Inside: spacy, organized, and cleaned. No AC though. Can be hot, sometimes sweating hot unless close to the mini fan.Foods: pricey and depends on cookers, sometimes plain, sometimes popcorn chicken are spicy, sometimes just mediocre.Wings are okay better than at Delights Ice Cream & Drinks. But overall, the flavors are all the same. Could be better. The drums are sometimes fried or stuck with a chunk of flour . It became so huge ... and So it looks nasty to eat. Quality isnt that good. Dont come on Tuesday or Thursday and dont come too late cause foods will be cooked nasty.The fries are okay, garlic isnt that garlicky and not that crispy. Its hard to chew.Drinks: oh, thanks God, they are still good. Or else I dont know what is really keepig me coming here for?

Dissapointed. Horrible. I have been a regular customer here. I regret giving so many chances to this place. Whenever I ordered one portion of appetizers, it came out really good, but each time, for the 6th time now that Im keeping track of, I ordered three or more portions of the appetizers, it came out bland, no taste and basically, not the flavor I was hoping for. Spicy Lemon— no whatsoever lemon in it. Basically, Spicy Wings are same as Spicy Lemon wings. And... How can fish ball roes came out cold on the inside?! And the spicy popcorn chicken? Its totally not consistent flavoring. I always ended up recooking it or enhance the flavoring at home. One day it tastes so good, another day is like wheres the juiciness of the meat or the spice?! The one cooking either lazy or just tight on hands at the moment with so many orders.or just simply have no heart for cooking to satisfy the customers worth of money. The appetizers are not cheap for heaven sake owners and yet, I couldnt have a good meal?! Its toally a place mainly for kids who is either scared of to make complains or not knowing what good flavors are really.... But.... The drinks are great! The girls do a fantastic job! Even though I’m tempted so many times to come and ask for refunds due to the poor mamagement, I just know theres no point to come to try to change when I can be somewhere with better services. I seriously could make better wings and meat than that. Tea zone is so much better and I’m surprised to know Lollicups and Tea Zones owner is the same. After 9 years of going to Tea Zone and a few years with Lollicup, I just feel disappointed, but good luck with the business.

Prices recently went up and their portions are over priced. Their popcorn chicken is one size at $4.30.. their royal milk tea value size is $1.75 without boba.They no longer have their rewards program.
