Teas were great, well balanced and delicious. We got the Thai green tea and a regular oolong milk tea. Both were better than expected. We also got two of the chicken platters. They give you a lot of food for the price, and easily could have shared one between the two of us. A little disappointed in the aluminum tumblers but still use them.

I had a 4 hour study session here. Music was a little loud, but I managed to focus. The boba was great, so I will come back next week for my studies God willing. I think I found a spot 🥰

I LOVE souffle pancakes so I had to try this place. I ordered the seasonal Mont Blanc chestnut souffle pancake, a green tea matcha, and grabbed a slice of their milk tea crepe cake. The pancakes were big and fluffy and so beautifully crafted, even in a to-go box - the sauce/cream came on the side. My drink had a delicious thick foam that complemented the flavors of the matcha - so yummy! The crepe cake was very light, not too much flavor. Im hoping to try other flavors in the future.I took a star off because of the service. We arrived about 10 minutes before they opened. A worker was setting up tables outside and told us that he will come get us when they were ready to start taking orders. There was another couple there already so we took a seat and waited but the worker never came back out. We continued to wait as instructed but a different customer walked right in and started ordering... apparently they were ready.

Decided to give this place a try since it is new. Its a cute place, nice ambiance and humor decoration. I order their Urban coffee consist sea creams. A side note: if you want strong coffee ask them to make it less sweet. If you want extra shot, this place charge you extra...not 7 Teas Leaf allowed up to 6 shots for free. I should have told them no sea cream and easy ice. The drink came in kind of slender cup. Very disappointed since they full up almost half wit sea cream and ice, not so much coffee. Ordered mango iced tea for my kid no sweet. However, its not an option since they need to add mango syrup. 😑Their popcorn chickens portions are smaller than other places.

The wait times for food and drinks are mostly long. The employees lack custom service. They are slow and are always talking at the back. Adding on, the manager is never there to supervise. I love their drinks, but the employees should improve.

Beautiful boba place with a lot of options but okay Thai tea boba. I came here with my friend late at night - this store actually opens while the rest of the boba places is closed. Anyway, it is a very nice place to hang out and talk. I love the designed of the place - it is very unique. However, the boba Thai tea is lacking. It is served in a nice cup but I wish the boba Thai tea is just as nice. Anyway, since it is probably one of the only boba shops that is opened at night it is hard to complain too much about it.

Walked in and waited 2 minutes alone at the counter before being greeted. Ordered the brown sugar milk with boba and crystal boba. They gave me jelly instead of crystal boba. Not even so much as a thank you when I picked up the drink. I dont think Ill be back here. At least I got .50 cents when they didnt have any coin to give change. Drink is tasty but poor service left a bad taste.

It has good prices. I cam tell is a popular place since everytime I order something specific they dont have it. The cashiers need to keep constant communication with the ones making the drinks. After a while of placing the order they say they ran out of that. So one has to change the order.

I am not one to write reviews very often. I ordered Drunken Noodles! Worse mistake ever!!! It’s currently 2 am and I have really bad abdomen pain with bad cramps. Honestly, all I had eaten for the day was the normal eggs and a coffee. I then had Urban Location. I believe this is the first time I have ever had food poisoning! And I am almost certain it was their bean sprouts or something about their noodles. Or whom knows it could’ve been the boba too. If this pain continues I will have to seek medical care but I did want to let it be known before anything happens. I really hope not!!! I hope it doesn’t get to that point, but I did want to bring it to attention. Peoples bodies react differently, so this is really serious!! Hope no one ever has to go thru that. This sucks and it’s scary! I will try and update if time allows. Just be careful people.

Good place to drink

Great creations. Their new brown sugar boba is delicious. Has a gentle sweetened that lingers on the best way. The milk teas are not overwhelmed by milk and you can taste the teas prominently which is something I dont get often without requesting specifically for less milk.

This place has recently became my top #1 place to go for both boba and food. Though, Sharetea is still the best boba place in my opinion. I haven’t tried lots of milk teas yet just because I had a bad first impression with Jasmine Milk Tea. It tasted exactly like powdered milk and it was yucky. I almost had to throw the whole cup away. Regular house milk tea was a lot better.Compared to other boba shops with their standard toppings, I like their crunchy and cheese balls here. Crunchy balls are not literally crunchy, it’s just a very chewy, jelly-like ball, about the size of a real cheese ball. And cheese balls are just tiny cups of jelly with cheese inserted inside.Honestly, I think boba and fries are always a good combination. I love their cheddar fries here. It’s so good, I always want to go back for another batch.I came here a couple times already and the service was good enough. Had a few acts of unprofessionalism here and there but they weren’t that bad. One time I asked for a cup of ice, and one of the workers showed an unpleasant face as if I came into their shop just to drink water or something. Another time, I heard 2 of the female workers talking about how I knew Vietnamese but ordered in English. Like WHY DOES IT MATTER?? Anyway, I’ll still come here.

Its definitely the happening place to be at when all other boba tea shops are closed around the same time, which is around 10pm. Although they carry and can make a variety of many different types of drinks, I was disappointed that they had ran out of Boba and the size of the drinks were dinky (tall & thin). It was so loud in the shop that the cashier did not correctly take my order. I was even more shocked to see the large group gatherings of people at each table outside were not wearing any masks at all. Also doesnt seem as if they enforce the mask is a requirement for indoor diners as well. Dont think I will be going back to this popular hang out anymore.

This is one of the best places ever to get tea and food. Imagine your multiple favorite teas and drinks across different Boba shops all found within one shop. This is the place for all the fancy famous teas. Also they have really great customer service and Ive never had a bad experience here. They do get busy and there are a lot of people there to study at times but there is seating outside that is usually never crowded. I would definitely recommend the Hokkaido milk tea. Its a matcha style type of tea which is delicious.

Spent an hour in the place waiting for my waffles, only to get told they forgot and that it would be an additional 10 minutes more. Waste of time.

Comfortable and roomy store for bubble tea. Pretty interior design, the store has a theme. Suitable to hang out or to work on homework. Milk tea is regular but the bulbs to put milk tea in is exceptional cute.

Such a cute place to come to. everything was delicious from the smoothies to the teas and the sweet potato fries were delicious! I had the Taro smoothie with boba and it was perfect i tried my girl friends green tea which she also got with boba it was great also. Cute spot will definitely be going back!

Urban Location has a great room set-up. There are many outlets for people to charge their devices and the ambiance is very nice - bit loud on weekend nights though. Definitely a great place to stop by to get some work done, take a break from the heat, or to hang out with friends.Ive only had the teas here, and for the price, they are great. Boba was very nice and consistent as well.One thing to note is that the bathrooms are located outside of the actual tea house but in the same plaza a few steps away. Not too big of a deal, but something to know.

I wish I could give them a 10 stars for their above and beyond service today. The owner tried to made the drink that I order which is they dont have it in the menu. They tried to made it the way I wanted to made me happy. They let me taste my drink first if I like it without paying them up front. I was very impress for what they did for me and will go back for sure. By the way, the drink was very good exactly the way I like it. Thank you

Cool place to study, read, hang out but I was blatantly ripped off here. I ordered a hot tea from their menu which was priced $3-3.50, when they told me the total was $4.32 I thought that was a little high but I paid anyway still thinking that tax shouldnt be that much even if it was priced at the highest.After I got my tea it wasnt even hot, closer to warm, no steam, not even stirred well (green tea). I was going to let it go but couldnt drink the tea. At least they were willing to replace my drink but when I did the calculations, even with sales tax it shouldnt have been more than $4.00. A hot tea from Starbucks is $2.95 or so and their frappuccinos are closer to the $4-$5 range! I could have made a better hot tea at home. Ive tried their other drinks here but I think they make them really diluted (another way to stretch your profit margin). Ambience cool but drinks are alright sorry!

Great place! here is some short story for you!One time in my chemistry class, while the teacher was talking, this guy asked loudly, “Does anyone have any lotion?” The teacher stopped talking as some girl gave him some hand lotion.The guy proceeds to slowly rub the lotion on his face as the whole class watches him in confusion.The teacher asks him what he’s doing, and he responds with “I forgot to moisturize this morning” and puts even more on his face.The teacher asks him to go to the hall to finish his moisturizing because he’s being a distraction, and after about 10 minutes he still hasn’t come back in, so someone opens the door to check and he’s still smearing lotion all over his face. He finally comes back in and hands the girl her lotion, and he’s used up half of it. Now people call him lotion boy.

Boba drink are flavorful. Ive tried the mango slushie, mango tea and the strawberry tornado and I have not been disappointed. The boba is always fresh and the the food hits the spot. Bacon nacho fries are my favorite and you can never go wrong with the popcorn chicken. Staff is friendly and the decoration on the inside is unique. I came to Urban Tea on Saturday at 9:45 and they were closed. I came the next day, Sunday, at 10:04 and they were closed! They had the sale buy 1 get 1 free, but not worth it.

I came around 11PM and it was really packed and loud moreso to the equivalent of a Vietnamese coffee shop during the day. Im used to more quiet boba shops. That being said, the decor was cute and the drinks were all right. Ordered the Thai Green Milk Tea with Oreo Créme Brulee. So far, if youre in the mood for boba late at night and are looking for a shop that is open late, theyre apparently open until 1AM.

Great place to get green thai tea and urban coffee, light snacks and some full meals. Theres also good seating and free wifi. Restroom is a bit inconvenient though because it is outside of the shop.

Had Boba here, the Brown Sugar Milk tea, no boba but grass jelly instead. It was good. When it had first opened the drinks here where just meh to be honest. But now the drinks seem to be on point and they have a good selection of food/munchies. Im looking forward to trying some of their food.

It was pretty cool that they had a BOGO the entire month of May. $4.5 for 2 drinks!! Although I must say it seemed like they burnt my tea. The leaves were definitely over steeped as the bitter taste was very prominent. I would give it another star if they made my tea properly. I ordered Jasmine Green Tea.

Changing my review.Its hard to go wrong with Thai tea and yet... I dont know if it was an overuse of milk or the tea itself but it did NOT taste right. I ended up draining my drink at home and just eating the boba, because at least those were good.I dont know if I can call this place hit or miss either because the last time I came here, I didnt know how to feel about my drink either. My friends who live closer to this place also say its drinks are a little off the mark.It might be worth another shot, but Im not really interested in coming back.

This is one of the best place to get snacks. The place does get packed because it offers free WiFi and free WiFi printing. Check in on yelp and get 25%off your order. Their drinks is comparable to any other place, so I am really basing this review on their snacks. They dont have popcorn chicken, but they have popcorn chicken style skewers and those are fantastic. They have between 3-4 different styles of fries, and they are all delicious. I also got a chance to try out their fish balls and it is one of the best ones I have ever eaten. Definitely should give this place a try whenever you have the munchies.

If you want good Boba Tea, you go to this place. And their cups are cute too that you would not want to throw them away (that heart airhole stopper).

I called and ordered @11 pm got boba milk​tea, fries, Calamari rings and chicken sticks. The guy who took my order asked me how long is it gonna take me to get there? I was thinking shouldnt you tell me when itll be ready??? Anyways he said itll be ready in 10 min, I got there by 11:15 and they didnt give me my food till 3 min hitting 12 am. Its ridiculously!!!! No one came to tell me it gonna be long time . The girl who was working was very nice I give her 5 stars. But you shouldnt tell your customers that food will be ready in 10 min if its not. Foods ok. I liked my tea. I was gonna see if they do a big catering of 500 people but Ive changed my mind. I will take my business else where. Its a nice little place to hang with friends and study but the overpriced drinks were a bit outrageous for my liking. More specifically, the drinks were filled with half ice and the other half with the drink you ordered. Essentially, you paid half of that drink in ice. Food is not bad and the chairs are dirty.

Grass jelly didnt seem to be cut into cubes. Its just one giant piece. Ran out of boba at 4pm on a Sunday. Prices are good and the cups are nice. Recommend shaking your drink before puncturing hole.

Giving a 2 because it was late and only 30min before they closed which i honestly feel is no excuse but it was in fact the last of their boba. The service was good. I will say I ordered a drink with cheese foam, checked my receipt to confirm I paid for cheese foam because guess what? My drink didnt have cheese foam... whats worse, is when I brought it up to the associate he flat out told me, and I quote, cheese foam will not taste good with that jasmine tea so we didnt put it. Okay so youre reaction is likely similar to mine in that I initially want to explode and the naive and disrespectful thought. After some thought I feel there may just be a language barrier or something to that effect... I mean why wouldnt they then just refund me or tell me they dont recommend it... they took my money and tried to keep it. So weird. This place is one of the better Milk Tea experience in the Garden Grove Area with large selection and the drink are quite good (no powdery taste like other run-off-the-mill boba). Parking suck -1 🌟

I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba, VERY disappointed. I’ve always wanted to try this place out and that one drink ruined it for me. Never again will I come back here.

The drink is decent, in a good way of course and an okay price. There are plenty of parking lots after 7 pm, since they located near by a supermarket. Howerver, If you dont like to wait, call in to order ur drinks that would save you the trouble.

May 2019 update:They have new seasonal flavors like strawberry/mango tornado (these have cheese foam). Some points: the foam is a different temperature (hot) than the rest of the tea and hot cheese with an ice cold slush feels kinda weird. So if youre iffy about textures and temperatures, these are some points to consider.Original:Loved it! Tried strawberry fruit tea and hokkaido milk tea with cream brulee and aloe ❤️. The fruit tea had a nice light flavor and crunch feomthe chia seeds and the milk tea was delicious, it was a whole meal in itself! Teas are not too sweet which is perfect!We also tried the garlic fries (had a ton of garlic!)The place looks very chic and neat. Service is fairly quick.

I tried the creme brulee, and it was good but probably not good enough for me to get again, Ill probably just stick to boba.

Food is nice, though coming out a bit slow. Drink is exceptionally good. Free wifi and printing, along with some boardgame like chess, checkers, jenga, cards, etc... makes this a perfect place for hanging out, and group studying. There are seats outside if youre not an indoor person.

So I enter this cute little place and the girl working there explains their menu to me. Both girls behind the counter were really nice and fun to talk to. I ended up getting a small chocolate and chocomint. The chocomint was chocolate ice cream with mx of Andes mint candy. It was excellent. A great place to go especially if you want a small dessert after a meal.

Bring your laptop. Everybody else will so dont get FOMO.The drinks are good. The food is alright. Its kinda hard to screw up boba at this point so basically this place a plus cause its chill inside.
