Great customer service here. After my order was received, I had to test out their service. I asked for 4 splenda, cream in a short cup, and a grande hot cup. The employee had no issues and delivered. Then I asked for 2 stoppers and 2 straws. Again the employee was glad to provide them. Finally asked for ice in a grande cup. Once again the employee was polite. Great attitude at this starbucks location. 👍☕🥤

Great people even with the crazy drink specialty drink orders. . Didnt get his name but he worked on wed 2/3 around 3 to 4 . Super nice made conversation while drink was being made.

No inside seating, walk up, and drive thru. Was disappointed, signage to articulate that could have helped so I could have driven on. They did have a couple of outside patio tables so it ended up kind of working...

Was very disappointed when I went thru the drive thru to get mainly a gift card. But was told they do not sell gift cards at this location. Not that they are out, but they do not sell them here? Since I was stuck in the drive thru I ordered a couple of drinks. I still have to go somewhere else for the gift card. What a waste of time.

Horrible customer service. They always seem to be out of ingredients. To make the drinks of your choice. They tell you that once your in the jammed drive thru. If I could give them a half star I would.

I went on Nov.12 at 6:30 pm and received the worst service ever at this Starbucks on Brookhurst in Garden Grove. I ordered four drinks and paid with my Starbucks app. and was suppose to get the Buy one Get one discount, but DID NOT. Even after I asked the cashier or so called barista to make sure if I am getting the discount and she said yes. Then three of my four drinks was made wrong. When she fix the drink again by dumping it into another cup and add something else, she put her fingers into the cup while looking at me and Im looking at her doing it. You would think common decency is still being hired at such pandemics time, but this Starbucks on Brookhurst is just plainly inconsiderate and careless. Not only did she get my order wrong, when I nicely let her know, she goes out of her way to make sure that while I am looking at her fixing it, I now will NOT be able to drink it. So from the start she straight out lied about me getting the discount even after I asked. Get my orders wrong and made sure I wont be able to drink my drink by putting her fingers in the cup. So I have to go back the next day and show my receipt about the discount but still, I had to throw away three out of four of my drinks. Oh, and they expect tip.

I left this place very unhappy .i visited this location today nov.15th at 1:55 pm, I asked the male named (bobdin) who took my order if there was any snowman cake pops and he told me there wasn’t any. After I received the cake pops that I had to order instead, which was a birthday cake and chocolate pop . I asked the girl at the window if there was any snow man pops. She proceeded to check and said there was in fact some. I had to pay again for the snow man cake pops. He should have checked when I asked him multiple times if he was sure there wasn’t any. And I shouldn’t have had to pay for it again. Then I get home to notice my drink didn’t have any crunch on my caramel ribbon crunch. I normally wouldn’t write a review but I run into problems every time I visit this location. And I honestly don’t know if she told me the correct name of the male who took my order.

Ive been to this location around 10 times and my order has been wrong 5 times. The last time I visited I asked for 2 extra scoops of turmeric powder on my venti golden ginger drink. When I received the drink I couldnt taste the turmeric, it was extremely weak. I asked for extra turmeric and they said they ran out. So supposedly they gave me whatever they had left but didnt put what I asked for. They could of at least said we dont have turmeric powder, would you like a different drink? Also, when I returned the drink the employee wasnt happy.

Andres was very patient, helpful, friendly and provided exceptional customer service. His personality shines through even via the drive-thru mic. My partner and I wanted to try something different so we asked what he recommended that would be refreshing but not too sweet. My partner ordered the strawberry acai and I ordered the white tea with guava and lemonade. We were both very happy with the drinks. They were so refreshing and they were not too sweet. When we picked up our drinks at the drive-thru window Andres asked me to try it to see if I liked it and I truly liked it. I asked for his name so I can write the review. He was very polite, bubbly, and personable. My partner and I had a great experience. Thank you Andres for going above and beyond to provide superb customer service.

Best coffee, but, I have a secret about Starbucks. Their coffee grounds are FREE, and there is no better soil additive. You can use it as a top dressing, or to mix into your compost for your carbon component. Smells great too.

The employee that took mine and my friends drink, REPEATED the order along with the modifications to be 100% sure the order is correct and that we know he got order the way we wanted it. Beautiful service!!! Loud and clear.

This is the first complaint I ever made online but I got to say this specific Starbucks is a great waste of time I spent over two hours just to get my order. I been lied to by the cashier multiple times and at one point I been ignored. And as soon as I received my order they had the audacity to tell me that they ran out of a ingredient. And they didn’t allowed me to have a refund. Also I order through the app and yet has to still wait two hours for a disgusting drink.

The Barista Art gave me a sample of their Nitro Cold Brew, talk about not only simply delicious and amazingly smooth but also has a very nice kick to it! If you need a wake up order a glass of this. Its so strong they dont sell it in anything larger than a grande!

Small Starbucks small drive thru but service is super quick and efficient! One of my favorite Starbucks, I know. I will be in n out with no issues.

Only drive up or sit outside. They have a nice functional plastic plug that fits into the slot, to drink out of, that keeps the drink hot, clean of debris and helps prevent spills.

One of the employees got are order wrong we told her it was the wrong order and she gave me a bad attitude and slammed the window door they dont have the mobile orders ready when they say it is ready we waited close to a hour just for our drinks.

Every single time I order a custom drink from this particular Starbucks they get it wrong. Today they put normal milk instead of half n half. The other days its either missing sugar, missing cream, missing an extra shot or missing the syrup. Its just this one Starbucks too. Maybe their drive through speaker is broken or theres too much noise from the busy street thats 8 feet away. Next time I visit Im tasting the drink before I drive off. I suggest you do so also.

The Asian girl who wears glasses has terrible service. This is 2nd time I met her at this location and I cannot accept her treat way to customer. She rude, spend 2s to get my order and more 1s to give me the coffee cup, then I just asked for a cup of water but she speak in 2s that I have to go back to the line and order a cup of water. Specially, she was spend 5 min to serve another White girl. Seriously? Last time I met her on the Monday morning and her face ruined my first day of week but I didnt act like this with her even once time. I will rate to every app and social page for this store because I cant let she do a favor service anymore

The last 2 times we have been to this location we have ordered the new specialty drinks (salted Carmel mocha and maple pecan). Both were absolutely horrible. Tasted like burnt coffee. The only thing they have seemed to get right is the pumpkin spice lattes. Really sad cause the staff doesnt seem to care. New location and it wont last long if they keep this up.

It makes for a better experience when employees/baristas are friendly. The barista (i dont know his name) at the drive thru this morning actually went the extra step to ask how I was and how my day was going. Thank you!! I ordered the chai tea latte. It was a little weak for my taste, but acceptable.

The location is great but the way that they created this Starbucks is ridiculous theres only one way in and only one way out and the drive-thru is so narrow that you can see cars that have already hit the divider. Very small parking lot not worth your trip.

I was stunned at the slow service, general lack of empathy, and average tasting coffee.Firstly, this is a horribly designed location. Theres only one entry/exit, limiting how you can approach the cafe efficiently -- basically, you can only enter while driving south on Euclid Street.Secondly, its a drive-thru location. Theres no indoor cafe, though there is a walk-up window. There was a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to park and walk up. That was my first mistake. Even though there were only two people in line ahead of me, it took at least 20 minutes to get my two drinks. TWENTY minutes. (Could have been longer, but I didnt keep track of time right when I arrived.) Ive never waiting that long at any cafe -- even the fancy handcrafted hipster cafes -- let alone a fast-coffee franchise like Starbucks. I watched as about 12 cars drove up, got their coffees, and drive off ... while I stood there waiting and waiting. It took 15 minutes for my first drink, a good old iced caramel macchiato, to come out. No special order or modifications. Why it took 15 minutes, I dont know. The woman ahead of me had ordered a coffee and a grande water. But after getting her coffee then waiting 5 minutes for the water, she left without it.Thirdly, the barista didnt seem to care too much when, at the 19-minute mark, I asked where my second drink was. He just looked around, and then eventually found and grabbed my strawberry Frappuccino and handed it to me. Apparently, it was made and no one ever announced that it was done. No apology or empathy. Clearly, more training or a better system needs to be in place.And the kicker is that the iced caramel macchiato was rather bland tasting. Like they only put in one shot of espresso. A huge nail in the coffin for me, leaving not a bitter taste but rather a bland taste in my mouth.I will NOT be returning to this location and will be telling my friends and family to avoid it.
