Best gas station in Potomac. Alao a nice service center. Highly recommend turning around d to go there instead of paying 70 cents more a gallon for the guys across the street.

The mechanics are honest, competent, and reliable. In fact, Aldo, the owner, goes above and beyond. I would and do recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic at an affordable price, they certainly saved me a lot of money that they didnt have to. I wish I had known about it sooner, tbh, since I grew up around them and always just thought it was a just a gas station with a maybe questionable mechanic. Definitely not the case.

They inspected my car in 1.5 hrs on the same day within calling them on a whim. Store closed by the time I got there at 1745, but no worries, since the gas station attendant had my keys and cashed me out.

I always get my gas here. The prices are the best in the area and it is convenient. My neighbors also use this place for oil changes and various maintenance activities.

I have brought my cars here for various auto services, mainly related to wheel and tire issues. I cannot speak highly enough of Steven and Aldo. They are timely, responsive, friendly, and provide a high level of service for a reasonable price.I would recommend them 100%

AVOID this place!I brought my vehicle here for MD state inspection. My vehicle passed the MD inspection before and had no changes since. They called me only to let me know that I need to pay the full fee plus an additional window tint check fee and the inspection failed because the window tinting in the rear windows was over the limit. The vehicle PASSED the inspection previously and had no issues. So, I am being asked to pay +$110 for a failed service. Could have called me earlier to warn me about it or even do a very quick walk-thru before accepting to work on it. I find the service NOT HONEST and therefore Id recommend FINDING ANOTHER PLACE!

Best Station for gas and repairs

I bring my truck here for all its mechanical service. The crew at Darnestown Liberty has consistently delivered good, fast and competent service for many years now.

I needed a state inspection done on my car. They were able to fit me in day off and performed the service quickly. They found an issue with my front rotors. The manager did an excellent job explaining why they needed to be replaced. I was given a quote for the repair over the phone. I felt the price was very reasonable. They were able to get the parts delivered the next morning for me and had the repairs done by 9:30. I am a travel nurse that needed to be driving to Florida the following day so I really appreciated how quickly everything was done. They were very kind and patient with me. I would recommend anyone to go her for a state inspection or basic repairs.

I read the reviews on this place and decided to call. Every one was pleasant, however most times you call a repair shop they can give you quotes on the service you requested. The service Mgr. told he could not give a quote, because he had not seen vehicle. I find that odd, if Im telling to give a quote on a very specific repair you should be able to do that no problem. Lost my business for not even trying.

I have taken my car here twice for minor repairs. The staff is very nice and the work was done quickly and effectively. Prices are also very fair! Glad to have found a place near my house that does reliable work.

Darnestown Liberty is the best auto repair station I have ever used over my 70plus years of owning and driving cars. I highly recommend them for any and all repairs your vehicle may need. Along with professional automotive knowledge, their attention to customer concerns is top of the line.

Aldo has never disappointed me! He has been making sure that my cars get the needed repairs - gets them back to me in a timely fashion and always at a fair price for 13 years.I have also relied on him and his crew to check out used cars that I am looking to purchase and he has saved me a lot of wasted time and money on cars that werent worth it.

I brought a vehicle in that I thought had a problem. They inspected the vehicle and told me there was no problem. The noise I was hearing was likely due to the severe cold weather. If I had gone to the dealership, I would have likely been out a couple thousand dollars for senseless work. They didnt even charge me to inspect the car. Excellent service.

I cant write enough good things about this shop. They are honest. Prices are more than fair. They will compete and beat the dealerships. Take your car there with no hesitation or reservation.

This shop has a great crew who are very honest and professional. The price is more than fair.

This gas station is cheaper than the Shell across the street. Google says that the differential is only four cents but I saw that it was more, closer maybe to ten cents. People should go to this gas station and not the other one.

Make sure that you get a second estimate from a competitor before agreeing to work to be performed. The service station will take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Be wary.

For some reason, this part of town has expensive gas, even at Liberty.

Took a 2003 Chevy in there for the State Inspection - after we bought it. They took care of things as promised, and found NOTHING that needed fixing. Some places use this as a chance to make an extra buck - there is usually something on a 10 year old car that you can find to fix or adjust. But no, no extras, just the inspection as asked.
