Airpark is one of the best shops around I can never I mean never say I would go anywhere else I always recommend them and have a few people I know sent them over there to get the work done Marcelo and Alex always looked out for me and kept in contact with me through this long process and make me feel comfortable and gave the best Feedback. On this crash storm incident I was stuck in the rain with nothing to do the towing truck came and couldn’t do nothing because the tree was still on it. Marcelo had his tree people come out and get it done for me that same second, which I’m truly grateful for they came out got the tree off and towed it to the shop and then the next day gave me a call and we’ll we’ve been locked in since that night. As you see in these photos they did an amazing job with the body of the car the paint everything. I loved how even the workers made me feel comfortable made me feel at home whenever I go visit the shop. Great people my incident was a big job and these are the people you want to handle your work. These guys are professional if you need a place to get your work done you know where to come.

I dont usually write reviews (this is my first one on Google), but Airpark, in particular, Danny, was so awesome that Im leaving a review!I used AirParks Towing service on 1/29/21 when my engine stalled in themiddle of the highway. They immediately picked up my call, and sent someone to pick up my car.I then contacted them today (9/16/21, almost 8 months later) to receive an invoice for my towing for a reimbursement. Although Danny had to do a bit of digging, he sent it over as soon as he got it, and I have to give kudos to him for his friendliness and going above and beyond in assisting me.Both times Ive use AirParks service, they have been prompt, friendly and professional. Had problems with my anti-theft system this evening - it wouldn’t turn off! Found Airpark on google and within 20 minutes a tow truck was here to help. The driver was great, tried everything to get the system re-set but ultimately wasn’t able to get it turned off. Instead he towed to the dealer so they can handle it. Airpark was a lifesaver for me. On top of being quick to respond to my call, the driver was very helpful, and the towing cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this company!

It’s true that Airpark provides towing and auto repair services but what may not be obvious is they can do both! I call it end to end or door to door auto repair services.Over the last few months we’ve needed repairs, body work, and cleaning done to ours cars. Each time, Airpark has come and towed our cars to and front their shop.They even dealt with the insurance company on my behalf when they short changed the work required to fix my car.They’re trustworthy, knowledgeable, and provide great service.The touchless, end to end service has come in handy with COVID.This picture is from this afternoon. I had four rims repaired and refinished, tires balanced, an alignment, and some scratches buffed out. Meanwhile, I worked full time while watching the kids.Thanks, Airpark!

The best auto body shop in town, I took my car here after I had been in other shops who told me they couldnt do it due to the advanced technology on the vehicle, thought the car was a gonner. It is my first time using this company and I am glad I found them. My car stopped working a few months ago and it had been stranded outside my house because I could not afford to get it fixed right away. Once I was ready I called them and they quickly towed my car to their shop. The next day Tigran called me and explained what the problem was and the things he recommended I get fixed. He was very kind and not once did I feel pressured into anything. Over the course of 3 days he kept calling me with updates once things were completed. I finally have my car back and it works great. These guys were great! Inevitably right before leaving for Thanksgiving, our SUV breaks down. Within an hour, Airpark was at the house towing the car to wherever wed request. Marcello mentioned they had an in-house repair shop so we sent it there. They were able to fix everything within a few days, and Alex at the service center consistently called / texted to let me know what they were finding (and what it would cost me).Candidly, I did ask friends, the Internet, and other mechanics if the prices were appropriate, but they were so These guys couldnt have been more professional, friendly, and helpful, and they cleaned the car afterward too so everything was as COVID-19 safe as could be.

First time customer and great experience with the shop and Tigran - great services, very responsive, and straightforward when it comes to prices without surprises. I first had my bus checked out at the shop. Titan called back with a list of issues that need to be fixed and told me the priorities. I had them change oil, brake pads, and brake rotors. I thought one of my calipers was stuck after I picked up my bus. So I went back the next day and they took another look - turned out just normal wearing in. Tigran was very communicative and responsive thru out the process. Because I was very happy with the process, I decided to have the oil changed and brake fluid changed on my BMW there as well. During the process of the oil change, they noticed that the oil pan is cracked so that had to replaced. They were able to get it done within hours and I picked up the car as planned. As much as I wish I will never visit a mechanic ever again, I know I will, and I will definitely go back there.

I was impressed that even though they were really busy (I happened to call when they had several other people on the line), they listened to me and said theyd get back to me as soon as possible. I have always had good service here. Had my tires replaced, brakes replaced, and some body work done on different occasions. Ive also had my car towed several times for engine and battery problems. They have always been on time, courteous and professional. Would recommend without any hesitation.

My tire went flat while driving on I-270. As you can imagine, that was not so great, especially with a toddler in the vehicle! I was able to make it off the exit, barely. Geico explained that someone would be there within 45 minutes. Luckily, Nelson arrived in about 20 minutes. He was super nice and efficient! He also inspected the tire in an effort to locate the puncture culprit. After he got the spare on, he talked to me about the length of time I could safely ride on the spare, the right speed I should drive, and also pumped it up to an appropriate level. Top notch service!

I called Geico for a tow due to a busted tire & no spare. Nelson Diaz from Airpark Towing called me in less than 10 minutes and arrived on the scene within minutes, conscientious and with a mask. When he arrived, the 3 men from my family had just arrived. Initially, Nelson figured I didn’t need help & communicated if that was the case he could head out. I asked him to stay just in case but understood if he could not. Upon seeing my father’s hands bleeding from helping, and my brothers and father try various means. Nelson decided to jump in, brought his tools and proceeded to help finish the job. He did not have to linger 40 minutes, he did not have to help (especially because I didn’t end up needing towing) but took the courtesy and time to deliver excellent customer service, tools and help. He also provided accurate info. on the damaged tire and spares. If you want the short answer: Great service, very good at what they do and I highly recommend them.My kid slid his car into a curb and damaged the front left wheel. Another towing company came to pick up the car. They somehow damaged the front wheel even more and then just left the car. The insurance company then contacted Airpark Towing who showed up an hour later. (Which is really fast because its snowy and there were a lot of accidents.)Jose was very friendly, professional and efficient. It was impressive to see how easily he was able to (in the dark) load a car with only 3 rolling wheels onto a flatbed truck. After he dropped off the car at the repair shop, Jose followed up with a phone call to let me know the car had been delivered and to thank me for my business.I rarely write reviews but just want to help spread the word. After a mechanical failure, I was connected to Airpark Towing & Auto Repair by my roadside assistance provider. Nelson provided me with excellent service. He showed up promptly (about 15 minutes, as against the quoted time of 1 hour) and within 10 more minutes we were on our way. He clearly knew what he was doing.
