Frank replaced our brakes and it was a quick, quality and professional service. Gas prices are also far below others in the area! Would recommend.

Worse place, costumer service no good, prices are ridiculous. I understand covid restrictions but I am vaccinated and I wear a mask and I should be able to use the restroom if Im spending money here. I spend 120$ a week here just in gas. Ridiculous....Mechanic shop so high, better buy another car...

Dont buy a used car here. Bought a car that they said ran fine and it wouldnt even start after a few days. They refused to fix it or take it back. The state lemon law didnt help. Go to carmax where you have a 30-day warranty that they honor.

Like that there are 2 exits. Also nice to see garage business. They must be doing something right.

We purchase gas here regularly. Caveat Emptor - if you believe detergents make a difference this is not your place. They have consistently lower gas prices than most other stations. Like most it DOES contain Ethanol. But the lower price is usually due to lack of detergents.

This place was a mile away from my work so when my car died I had it towed there not knowing what I would be getting myself into but Frank the shop manager got me squared away and out the door. Unfortunately the part that was replaced was defective. I called them back and talked to Frank he was extremely helpful and he was able to get my car back in and replace the part free of charge. He is an honest man and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Upsell like no other to take advantage of people. Act like its no big deal and you should get this done at the same time because it will be easier. Then, for the extra job that requires 5% of the work, they charge 100% of the price, as if it were done completely separate.

Purchase fuel here usually its the cheapest place in upper Montgomery county so I come here often Dont know much about the service end of the business but the fuel is cheap and it dont raise their prices as quick as some of the surrounding gas stations

Been taking my car there for 9 years for ALL services & products. ALWAYS been satisfied with their work. Dependable, honest, solid workmanship. Will let you know ahead of time what will need to be done soon. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I pulled in for gas one night, almost an hour past their shop closing, and noticed one of my tires was a little low, which is weird considering i had just had an oil change and tune up. Went into the shop to get quarters for the air pump. Elias, who i am guessing is one of the managers, came out of the back office and asked if I needed any help. He had me pull my car up to one of the bays, opened it up and checked all my tires. He filled them all and told me to come back the next morning and we can check the tires and see if any of them have deflated. Sure enough, came back the next morning on my way to work and I had a screw in one of them. They took my car right in and plugged it in a matter of 10 minutes and I was on my way, on time to work. And it only cost me $18! Absolutely will be taking my car to them for any future service I may need! It is hard to find great customer service like this anymore!

The service center at this gas station is unethical, shady and simply shameful. They took our car for a 45 minute drive before performing 10 minutes of work to align my car. When I questioned the manager as to where and why he went for a 45 minute drive with our car he threatened me by saying he is a marine and he knows where we live. I am a 76 years old and it is not only unethical but it is shameful for a mechanic from a service center to take a car for nearly an hour, do 10 minutes of work on it and then threaten a customer by saying he knows where I live. Nobody should support such an unethical and nasty business. A police report is being filed with montgomery county police for the threats of harm made towards us and our lawyer will be contacting the owner of this business.

The only reason Im even giving this place one star is because I have to. If I could give it none or even negative I would. I have never had such a poor experience DO NOT go here. After just passing the PA state inspecition, I moved to Maryland and went to them for my inspection. They failed my car and told me it would cost $1,000 to fix (odd after just having passed the PA inspection...)!! I took my car back to my mechanic at home and he looked at their write up and was appalled and noted several of the parts didnt even belong on my car. I recognize that mechanics can upcharge for parts (up to 100% for cheaper parts and 25-50% for things $30 more), but I was charged 500% on some parts. The best part is, I took my car to another mechanic across town and they passed my car without making a single repair! These men are criminals. Totally tried to take advantage of a young girl. Do not go here.

Stopped there because I needed to change a license plate and the old one was rusted on. They got the old one off and put the new one on and did not charge me anything. Seemed old-fashioned... in a great way.

Found a nail in my tire in the early morning hours. They took my car before their scheduled opening time and had me out of there in a matter of minutes. Guys were fast and professional. $18.50 to get a tire plugged might seem high, but not when youve got to be on the road for a job.

Poor Customer service.

No charge for an estimate of work, and the mechanic was honest that the car wasnt worth fixing. Came here on a recommendation from a friend and now am a forever customer. Just great to work with.

Dont even go there if you are trying to repair your car. My car had a problem (I didnt know what it was) while I was driving, it was like the engine was having a cough. So I stopped by there and they showed me what were the problems (according to them) and what was the most important. They said it would take half an hour, and it literally took 1h15mn. I paid for the most important stuff and it was $165 for spark plugs or something like that. They said the car shouldnt do the same thing anymore, but I still need to repair my oxygen sensor. The very next day, the car was still doing the same thing.

Convenience

Went in for an inspection, the man running the place wanted $1400 for a long list of repairs. The next two inspection places I went to did not mention any of the issues that this place did.

Twice I took it here in a 2 year period and my distributor was tampered with - a brand new distributor that recently failed after they forget to put oil in my car during an oil change. Who does that? They denied they forgot to put oil my car and blamed the distributor as being an electronic and they fail. Never have had problems at the dealership or service stations in Olney with my vehicle. For the sake of your vehicle, take it somewhere else- call the county consumer affairs division for a reliable mechanic!
