Brought my gaming PC to them a little while ago. Needed help with what parts I needed and installation. These guys definitely know their stuff and are also very friendly. I brought a laptop that was 2 years old with a failed Hard Drive. We tried to get it recovered but was unsuccessful. They proceeded to install a New Hard Drive however this hard drive did not fail completely but started failing within a year. Since then we have bought a new computer and started to fix the old computer and replace the hard drive myself and discovered they put a Hard Drive with a date code of 2013 the original Hard drive had a date code of 2016.,.. although they seem to know what they are talking about be aware they also may take advantage of you..

No service at all and they had my labtop for 1 week and 3 days and nothing was fixed.

I took my laptop to these guys on a Friday about 530pm. I needed to get my laptop back fast as I run a small business. They fixed it in a few hours and I picked it up around 8pm the same night. The guy stayed later than normal hours to fix it and the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with the service and recommend this place to anyone!

They were quicker than any of the other locations contacted about a screen repair. Their pricing was fair and made sense, and the issue was resolved in only one day! Cannot recommend more!

Very helpful. I needed help with the viruses on my computer so i visited the store. The technicians was more than helpful, patient and listened to everything I had to say. The operate in a very clean environment and worked on my computer while I watched directv in their lounge. I had a nice experience with these guys and felt at home in the shop.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, Neil helped me through upgrading my desktop to be able to play some new video games and drafting software for work.

Ive gotten calls from people who claim they worked for microsoft. They led me to believe that my computer was broken, so I hang up and bought my pc into Gator Laptops, they worked with me and fixed windows. saved all my information and restored my kaspersky. I am so thankful to them for been patient and spending time with me explaining everything I asked as well as giving me tips on how to keep my computer protected. I recommend them to all especially senior citizens that have little knowledge about computers since they are economical when it comes to pricing..
