Rent 1st is absolutely Amazing 💯As long as you are making your payments on time consistently, they will bend over backwards for you! Their customer service is 2nd to none. If you aint Rent 1st your last!!

After having fallen behind and sending the stuff back. Tim and the guys worked with me to get the items back and set up. I think the guys are awsome with how friendly and fast they are.

Great place to pick up roaches or bed bugs. The dumpster is always full of contaminated furniture.

I sometimes think reviews are harsh, but in this case, they are spot on. The manager here is awful. The staff is awful and inept. I am surprised they are still open. It wasnt always this way, but they keep these hiring these awful employees. Probably TSA rejects. . .if you go here, you are making a huge and costly mistake.

Do NOT do business with these people. Towards the end of my lease, I got a payment behind. They then, without any prior authorization, charged my credit card 3 times, back to back, within minutes of each other. Im having to go through filing criminal charges against the store manage, Joe, now. I would sue the company, but I just dont have the time... But beware... They prey on people with low income, and minorities.

The manager Joe is SUPER RUDE, likes to scam people, and simply a fast talker to try to sell you into their products. Their furniture is raggedy and the delivery guy came and built our cocktail table and chipped the table. My couches were sooo damaged and the cushions are barely hanging on. OMG heaven forbid your one day late, they will call EVERYONE that knows you to find you. The are such a rude company. NEVER again will I deal with them. I would rather have a contract with Aarons then to deal with their nonsense. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! DO NOT!!!

This place is the rudest and most hateful buisness iv ever dealt with . I rented a refrigerator from them . Miscommunication lead to the thought that I got paid weekly . I get paid biweekly . They called said I was 2 days late and needed 26 dollars today . I informed them that I get paid friday and will be in to catch up on payment and late fees . They proceeded to tell me no they would be here today at one . Come to find out they were engaged route 20 minutes later . Didnt have time to clean my fridge out . They couldnt wait 4 days for my money . My food is now in an ice chest till I get paid and will go to aarons . Do not do buisness with these people !!!

The new manager Chris is rude,and a lier went in the store to get a bed set and was told if we got it that day he would give us a free week for the manager special called us the week of the free week saying he never did say that and that we needed to pay anywho I dont recommend this place at all
