I never write reviews, but I came into this store on 6/12 around 5 pm to look at white sneakers and had one of the best shopping experiences of my life. As someone who also works retail in the Oaks Mall, I appreciate good customer service. The two men (whose names I unfortunately can’t recall a day later :-/ ) on shift were incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. They offered me every option they had based on what I was looking for, and there were no hard feelings when I walked out empty handed. Although I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for at Journey’s yesterday, I can promise it will be my first stop when I need to replace my Converse. So to the two guys who were working when I came in, thank you for a chill, yet ridiculously great experience! :-)
