Staff does not seem very helpful about products or policies. I ordered one pair of boots shipped to the store and had to return them for a different size. It seem like getting the products that I paid for or knowing where it is on shipping is not a priority. Only the most flashy and expensive boots are available in store, but the reasonable and durable boots are not on time when shipped to the store.

My first visit to the new store far exceeded my expectations. The store was well stocked, I found what I needed with no problem, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The sales associate helping me, Jacob, was very chill, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you to the folks at the Boot Barn location in Gainesville! I’ll definitely be back!

Great employees who helped me with a whole wardrobe on short notice on a Friday afternoon.Its not their fault the size 13-14 boots were slim picking, its management.Same with 42-44 jeans. Plenty of smaller sizes in all styles, but if you are middle age with a dad bod, its hit and miss.Its not the sales staff fault I didnt rate the store a 5.

I have purchased 3 pairs of Corral boots. 2 online. I had to return because it was too big. Had no problems with return at all. Corral boots tend to run large, 1/2 size smaller. Best in comfort!

No stars I will not ever go there again. They didnt have the hat or boots i wanted . I was told i had to order it online or go to there bigger store in Ocala. Not all things on the web site are in store. I would call and check before you drive there.

Ive spent alot of money at Boot barn and my last purchase wasnt happy with boots took em back and got a really hard time from manager about my refund, but I still shop there!

Went in to look at boots, we were Followed around the whole time like we were stealing, they were pretending like they were shopping. Was going to buy my son a pair of boots but was very uncomfortable and ended up buying them online for half the price.

Only place I buy my boots ! The employees are always helpful and if they dont have your size they will order them for you. They can also stretch them out just in case the pair you find is a little too snug.

This place has incredible customer service and high quality boots. Don’t come here trying to find boots at a competitive price to Walmart or Bass Pro...you cant compare prices on low quality products to high quality products. Bought a pair of boots and wore them for a week...didn’t like them...took them back and let me get a different pair no questions asked. Couldn’t be happier and they now have a life long customer. I’ve been buying my boots and shirts here for a long time now. Walked in the store at 10:35 on a SUNDAY (8/04/19) not even thinking about what time they open (11:00 A.M.). Started doing my shopping for a shirt and was completely unaware they weren’t open yet (I guess you can call me an idiot for not reading the dagbleem sign at the door). The cashier (assuming she was the manager as well) came up and said “hi can we help you find anything?” And I said no I think I’m alright. And she said the reason she was asking was because they weren’t quite open yet. She apologized they weren’t more attentive and asking if I was finding everything alright. I said I was completely sorry and felt bad for having NO IDEA whatsoever they weren’t open yet. Needless to say she was very polite and extremely friendly and helpful when I got my shirt and checked out. Coming from a retail background I know how irksome it can be to have someone in the store before and/or after hours. So and EXTREME thank you to the whole boot barn team at the Williston Road location for being very professional, kind, and understanding. Depending on which one you go to. The one in Orange Park FL is big and has a great selection of stuff and the people let you shop in piece. But the one in Gainesville FL is small. Not much to choose from and the employees follow you all over the store. Not a peaceful shopping experience there. And the Gainesville one is easy getting into the parking lot but coming out is a pain sometimes. It is half a block from interstate ramp and the folks coming down that road arent always nice enough to let you out of the lot.

Good selections, friendly and helpful staff. Things can get a bit pricey, but good quality. Far from being just a boot store.

Had a very small selection in store. Do not have a variety of sizes to try on. You have to guess at size you want for them to order. When ordered from texas. Two weeks later and still waiting on jeans.

Staff followed me around like I was trying to steal something. Womens stock greatly outweighed the mens. Practical footwear selection was in very short supply, mostly frilly cowboy style, could easily leave the store looking like the Cisco Kid.
