I don’t really get the allure. Selection is small, staff is quiet, and the store just feels meh. Clothing is overpriced, until it hits the clearance rack. I would check this out in a pinch, but this definitely wouldn’t be my first choice for men’s clothes.

Not a huge selection of stuff. Staff is very quiet. Not very inviting personality

Just rude and argumentative. Sad since they charge for bags and give no services other than frustrated sales people. Never again!!

Fake sales and bad customer service. We tried to buy 2 items from a small rack with a sign clearly advertising “2 for $30”. The cashier said that one of the items (a jacket) wasn’t included in that sale. I pointed out that it was on the rack with the sign, and the associate argued (quite rudely) that the jacket was just for “display”. I pointed out that there were multiple jackets across that rack, not just 1 “display” jacket, and the associate argued that the other jackets were also under the sale sign “because of the display jacket”. We went to H&M instead.Great clothes, just wish they honored their own sales and didn’t fight customers about them. 🙃

Awesome customer service. All the employees there are ready and very will to assist you in what ever you may need. Very pleasant and polite staff

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with They have no return policy stated then refused to exchange a brand new item “because it’s her store and she can choose what they do.” Then refused to give her name.. never need anything like it

Walked in to store and staff was more concerned talking about (well one individual) about how everyone is quitting because of her and she didn’t necessarily have a pleasant face or attitude. Asked for something and got just a point in a general direction and continued to dramatize while folding shirts.

Not polite （even some sort of racism）to their customers even he/she purchased something in it.
