Very friendly very excellent customer service

Well stocked, great prices on household cleaners and sundry. Boosie, whos been there for years, is fantastic! Shes fast and is a nonstop worker, but shes always so friendly, and I love that she can multi-task. She can chat with me briefly while ringing me up, and never miss a beat, or hold up the line. I adore her!

More organized than usual just need clearer signs of where things are located.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I see that others have complained about the service. On 08-09-20, I attempted to purchase a bucket that was marked down to $1.75, it scanned at the register for $3.50. I informed the cashier of this and she stated I can just take it off. No, I want to purchase it for the $1.75 that it is marked. She stated well, I am new and I dont know how to do that, so I will just take it off. I asked if she could get someone to help her. She stated that the manager would be in the following evening and I could just come back then. I did not agree with this and she continued to state that she was the only one working and could not help me with this. She went on to say that she did not have any written instructions on how to do this. I did not like the interchange and told her to just refund me for the items I had just purchased. Of course, she stated that she did not know how to do this either and I would have to come back tomorrow. Well, I told her that, that was not going to work for me, you can take my money, but cant return it? She then proceeded to ask me to leave and threatened to call the police and have me removed if I did not leave. She then proceeded to tell me that she was closed and walked away from the register. I stated you have got to be kidding me and I must be getting pranked. You are the only one in the store and it is 1pm and you just haphazardly close. I then went to the back of the store to find the stock guy I had seen earlier. I explained to him the issue and he apologized on her behalf. He stated that a supervisor/manager would be in at 2pm. I went back to the store at 1:40pm to await the manager/supervisor; needless to say, at 2:10 noone had shown up. I will voice my complaints with the store manager and corporate. This whole situation was uncalled for, because the employee was inept at doing the job she was hired to do.

I was told that I had to return an item to the store I bought it from (which isnt the store policy at all). As I was trying to ask the manager if I bought the item in another city, would I just be out of luck, she walked away. I wasnt even being rude. Even her cashier was surprised that she just turned and left. This location is often much better than the one I bought my item from (and was more convenient that day), so maybe the manager was having an off day. Not sure, but she was both rude and wrong. Always a bad combo.

I wont be coming back here because today i walked in and saw a employees with a sign around their neck saying i cant take this off until i sell 20 Reeses and its mandatory that they upsell items to make the store money. Let me tell yall something, if you arent getting sales, its because no one wants that product. Instead of forcing employees to do things that are degrading and try to force customers to buy things they clearly dont want, have products people actually want to buy.

Love the Family Dollar . Only thing They didnt have was ricotta cheese.Seem like all the grocery stores around was out . I was praying they had it.But They had everything else I needed.

Family dollar is much better than dollar general. I really like the price on the shelf.

No bathroom access. Im disabled and cant held my urine. Very dissatisfied.

Good convienant place to shop

This location is very convenient for light shopping. The staff is friendly and actually know where everything is in the store.

There is lots more parking. The store is bigger and more selections of things

Its what you would expect from a store that sells discount products. Cheap. Usually only one person on a register available for any type of assistance.

They still closed down for RATS infestation its been almost a month and I miss F.D does anyone know when they go open
