I bought a 2005 Honda Element off of eBay from this dealership and was very specific about wanting a non smokers vehicle.I was completely misled and did not find out the truth until the vehicle arrived in California and smelled​ like it had been smoked in every day of its life.There is no gray area in this transaction just another dishonest used car dealer.When made aware of the situation it was denial denial denial.Caveat Emptor
