Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks prior. I get to my scheduled appointment time 15 minutes early, 1:15pm. Was told immediately there were 5 cars ahead of mine, even though I had an appointment. I was already there so I sat down. Told them a light was popping up in my car, he stated he would get the battery checked. I sit down and wait over 2 hours before I get up. My dad is with me now so we approach the man who checked me in, Scott. He states he told me it was 45 mins to an hour just to check the battery (Not true, if that were mentioned on top of the 5 cars ahead of me- I would have left.) So we ask them to just stop what they are doing so I can leave. The mechanic comes in and throws my keys on the counter and slams the door. Over 2 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an oil change, let alone one at a professional dealership. I, of course, got talked into an air filter Im sure I didnt need. So over 2 hours and $157 later, I got an oil change. At the dealership of the brand of car I OWN. Will not be back. Not my first bad experience there.
I do not recommend this dealership, this service dept, or any jeep product. My brand new jeep wrangler started corroding underneath the paint around the door hinges before it was a year old. Then just after it turned 2, the bolts on the hood started to rust through. This service dept has put me through the wringer trying to get it fixed under warranty. I had a very bad experience with the service manager here; he was rude, dismissive, and straight up lied to me and FCA. I had to come back several times to get this fixed because he purposely made it difficult to get warranty work done.
Lets start with I am very happy with all of our Ram products (2020 1500 & 2500 Diesel), the sales department was fine, a bit arrogant but generally a good experience. The service department, well thats another story, where do I start?No loaners, really, when you bring a truck you spent over $70K on and its under warranty and no loaner, thats right no loaners. You make an appointment, not sure why, once you show up for you appointment you are informed they will have your vehicle for 2 to 3 days, again no loaner, no notice, these are warranty items, not the customers responsibility. The phones in the service department are rarely answered.We are in the market for another truck, we like the RAM product, but unless we can find a responsive service department in the area, we will not be able to purchase a RAM. We are checking with other dealers in our area to find a service department that has the appearance of caring. We have never been treated like this by a dealer, never, not Ford, not Chevy, not Honda, not Porsche, never.I cant say what the problem is, I think the service writers want to help, its just so poorly run that they cant. I have never talked with a single customer that had anything good to say about the service department at Gainesville Dodge, add me to the list.
They do not do appropriate maintenance!!!I was doing regular maintenance on my Chrysler Pacifica and they never open to check cabin air filter. Ever time after maintenance I asked for inspection report they have to do every maintenance they did not provide any and just were telling me that everything is good.After last maintenance I have noticed ac not performing well and decided to check cabin filter and it was full of dust collected in 3 years.And now how I can believe that they even changed oil? If they didn’t do very simple task to check cabin air filter?They charge money to do inspection but don’t do it at all.I can’t trust them anymore to do maintenance on my cars.Very poor service!!!!!
Daniel was awesome. He helped me out a lot when it came to choosing the vehicle that was best for me and my family. Also, the finance manager was a big help. He was able to get my payments lowered even after I drove my truck off the lot. I feel that they took my situation into consideration and did all that they could to help get me in the vehicle I needed. I have to give them credit for their work, because they’re in it for the sell and for the people!
This relates to the service department. If I could give them zero stars I would. If your vehicle needs service take it anywhere but here. I had some issues with my Jeep that I wanted checked out. I made an appointment two weeks ago with a full description of the problem I was having. So they should have known I was coming. They should have know what to look at. So I dropped my Jeep off at 7:30 am right when my appointment was scheduled. All through the day no word from them. So I had a coworker drop me off at the dealership around 4:00. When I finally got to speak to the service advisor he informed me that they had not even pulled my Jeep into a service bay. But it is next in line and we will see what we have to do. They had it for 8 hours and had not even pulled into the bay yet. SO much for making an appointment. Whoever does their scheduling should be fired immediately. And not even a sorry for the delay. I just help my temper and told them to bring me my Jeep. Now. So their inept handling of my service call has cost them a customer. I will never, ever venture onto their property again. And neither should you.
My mom and I went to Gainesville Dodge to originally look at a new car for me and Daniel and Brandon two amazing salesmen came out and educated us on the car we were planning on buying. Daniel and Brandon were very friendly, and funny but both overall amazing car salesmen and they put us in a WONDERFUL 2019 Chrysler 300! We love the car so so very much we named her Beth and cannot wait to go back to the dealership for an oil change and see our good friends Brandon and Daniel!
I’m giving them 5 stars because of the young man name Eric Jackson! If you’re looking to really get the vehicle you want talk to him. He’s really good at what he does, I just traded my 2019 charger and got a 2021 charger and I love it! He worked with me and told me things I needed to know! Thank you Eric for your awesomeness! ☺️

I will start with this was not my first car purchase, but I can tell you it was definitely the worst experience I have encountered. I started by doing my research and found a car I really liked. I talked with the sales representatives and ensured all the numbers made sense. I went over them with them multiple times since I was driving 2.5 hours to come pick the car up. I did everything in advance to ensure a quick trip in and out. Well, it was not quick. They wanted ot change the price they were going to offer for my vehicle after I drove the 2.5 hours. I asked for my keys and said I was going to leave. We finally agreed back on the deal. I say let’s do it and push forward with the paperwork. Well, I end up sitting 2 hours waiting for the finance manager to call me back. I assume he was trying to beat my interest rate and was having issues. Then they tried to tell me I had to finance through them to receive the incentives. I asked this question multiple times before heading down there and was told no. So finally, they were able to match my interest rate through changing some numbers around. I sign the deal and drive home. A week later I get a call that the dealership overlooked 6 thousand dollars and I could pay the extra 6 thousand dollars if I wanted to keep the car. I politely said no and said they can come and get the car. Well, I had to call them multiple times to get an answer and a week later still didn’t so I gave up calling. Multiple times I was told I would be called back never happened until this morning. They said they will help with 2 thousand dollars and I would be on the hook for the other 4k. I politely once again declined and said you can come get your car. So that is the experience I had with this dealership. My time was wasted, and I would not recommend them at all. Stay away. To add insult to injury the GM never even reached out. No one apologized for their mistake that they admitted to. So if your looking for a new charger from Gainesville CDJR don’t pay new car prices for VIN 2C3CDXCT9LH142500. I drove 1200 miles and that’s just when they picked it up from Tampa.Update when they brought my car back I was missing a key, I was missing my specialty license plate for the front and the registration wasn’t transferred back. I called about the key and license plate and was told they don’t have them and I can do what I want about it. I only found out about the registration because I went to purchase another vehicle. They did transfer that instantly but I feel should have been done when my vehicle was returned to me. But that was my fault I should have caught that when they returned my vehicle.

Made an appointment and took a vacation day to drop off our Jeep that was having a mechanical issue on a thursday. Asked them to let me know if they would not have the Jeep fixed by monday. No one contacted me. I called on monday and they said they would call me with an update by the end of the day. No one contacted me. Called on tuesday and they said they were about to look at the vehicle and they would text me within 30 minutes with an update. No one contacted me. Wife called wednesday and they said it was next up and they would contact us by the end of the day. No one contacted us. Wife called thursday and told them we would be picking up the vehicle whether it was fixed or not, as our family can not function with one car. Picked up the car on thursday, a week after dropping it off, and no one had ever looked at it.
Worst Dodge Jeep Ram dealership I have ever been to. It took 3 hours to change the oil in my 2500, they flaked on their free complimentary wash, and they charged me for work they never did.When I call to at least fix the charge, they always tell me the manager is out.3 hours to change the oil, even when calling ahead and scheduling an appointment. And charges for work not done.This want my first time going here either and its always the same horrible experience.Never going back. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dealership in the next town over.
My husband and I went in just looking and pricing cars...was looking for one..we couldnt decide which....and were debating...well...Jim Brandt and Katrina Salbedl are great people there...Jim is a great salesman...Katrina was my emotional support..when the loan was approved we left with not one but two cars!!! I was in tears from the time it was approved until a few days later...I am excited..happy and looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.The best thing I can say is go to them. It was a drive for us...and well worth the time spent.We couldnt be happier. Even got the payments.lower with trade ins....that was just us..it may be different with each individual.Happy trails!!!!!!
Wasnt going to do a review, but the salesman was great, finace however got me finaced I drove home 3 days later they call an say the bank wont t finace. They have another bank with whom I had a loan with already so I was good with that.i go to sign finace guy says only way bank will do loan is if I buy the extended warranty and extras to protect the investment o ok which was 5,000 two months later I call bank to ck on why I had to do that turns out dealership lied to me got the 5,000 back..They are crooked.

Dealership had my car for a week for a key replacement and they were supposed to diagnose and existing issue. I picked my car up and my door had been damaged and painted over with nail polish, I spoke to the service manager and he says it’s impossible for anybody working there to have damaged the car. The reception I received from them was extremely rude, I approached the service desk to get help and the service employee asked me who are you. not hi can I help you or welcome to Gainesville dodge however they were very nice to the white customers. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone for anything.
Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever had buying a car! My husband picked his dream truck and went TO BUY IT!! Carlos told him he had to come back several days later (we went on a Friday afternoon and told to comeback on TUESDAY!), meanwhile, my husband called every day and was told theyd get back to him...even had someone named Vicoria texting MY phone saying she would ensure we had a great customer experience...then they finally called to say someone else bought the truck late after he (Carlos) left for the day on Monday. Unreal poor service!! Victoria doesnt even work at Gainesville Dodge. She called stating shed find what we needed... and nothing. Sooo, we drove to Lake City Dodge, worked with Angus who was the most fabulous salesman weve ever worked with and imagine this... we bought a truck from Lake City Dodge!! Thank you, Angus! We love our truck and your service was amazing!
We started the process online. They have no organization via web or phone. Too many people involved without communication during this distant process. Before we started our 3 &1/2 hour drive to complete the purchase, we were assured they will be ready for us. 2 & 1/2 hours later and after the cleaning crew left, we also took off for home arriving near midnight instead of 9:30. Three weeks later we discovered a open pack of melted gum between the seat & center console. Then a small open box of dryer sheets stuffed down if the seat pocket. So much for customer service and vehicle cleaning & detailing. Just to be clear, everyone was nice & sincere.
Wow, wow, wow! The team at Gainesville Dodge (Brandon, Daniel, Dan and Justin) were nothing short of stellar. They do not push for the sale and genuinely want the best for you. I would highly recommend visiting this team for your car/truck purchasing needs.
I am writing to give you all a heads up. The folks are friendly, but make sure to take the time to ask questions. I feel as though we were pressured and hurried from the get go. After the purchase was made, I was promised a return phone call, concerning some follow-up details, numerous times and NEVER received it. I had to be the one who called and then my salesman would say, oh, they never called back?. Duh, thats what I just said. Dont make excuses. Do what you promised after making a 50k sale. :-/ We still havent gotten what was promised. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is that the vehicle SEEMS to be in good shape however, Im now leery.
If I could give a negative star I would.My experience with them was insulting!Everything is bad: from sales to service to financing. They are rude, condescending, dont listen and lie to you to your face.Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect. After all, you are spending good money, you deserve good service!
Can you give -20 Stars? Completely incompetent Service Department. We had to wait a week for an appointment and they have had our car for 3 weeks now without giving us a single update on whats taking so long. Every time I call I get the same song and dance. The Technician is out and they cant give me any time frame. The car is there for some additional warranty work so they arent making any money on it, so they work on it when they can. Ive had a few recalls that needed to be fixed on my vehicle and this is why I havent taken it to them in years.Edit: Wrote this before I read all the other reviews. Seems like the Service Department just sucks. They know they have you over a barrel because they have your car torn apart. Im changing my rating to -200. Idiots.
Friendly staff! Pay close attention to the numbers...had to make a significant correction during contract discussions but they fixed it on the spot. The dealer failed to send out the paperwork (title, etc.) timely to my local Alabama county registration office so I had to pay a late penalty fee. I protested at the county office but was told I need to talk to the dealer...(yeah, right). The problem with buying a vehicle out of state. But I LOVE the Ram truck I bought and was exactly what I wanted and at an acceptable price.

If never had a bad a experience here until this past tuesday 1/12/21. I had two pairs of sunglasses and two phone chargers stolen from my car. Luckily nothing was too expensive but the cost all together adds up. I feel violated.

I contacted the internet sales department looking to lease a $51,690 car. I asked for their best price... They came back with $54,549 with a $3839 discount and $1457 is fees! They marked it up only to mark it down then mark it back it back up. To make things worse this was a left over 2020 model. I specifically said it was going to be a lease and they can back with a quote for a purchase. They seem very disorganized. I have the sheet with the numbers if anyone wants to see it.....
I have bought from them before on many times but this last experience was not a good one. Tried to do a deal and I guess their way of doing business is if they cant make the deal work they just ignore you and never contact you to tell you. But if everything is easy and no issues they are all about talking ands helping you. Not sure that would be a very good way to do business at some point everyone has good times and bad and for them to just flat out ignore you is a horrible way of doing business. Will not go back.
Carlos was the MOST professional salesperson weve ever dealt with. He listened to what we needed and helped us find the perfect truck. From start to finish his service was outstanding. The General Manager Marvin was a true and honest person to deal with. I would highly recommend dealing directly with Carlos and Marvin for a great buying experience.
At the worst place to go to. they said they could fix my door in a day so I dropped it off. I call everyday and they keep saying that the guy thats supposed to fix it doesnt come into work so i cant pick it up . i told them i have a dying grandfather i have to see and i need it by tomarrow and they said they would get it done . Ive called every car rental and they have no cars for days .my grandpa ended up dying and I couldnt go see him before hand because they are taking over a week to put a door back on a car !!!

Just horrible! If I could rate zero stars I would. My sister bought a car from here and in less than a month the car was having problems! She tried to take it back but they told her she did not have a warranty and they would not take it back! They are a SCAM do not go here!

I called the service department on January 22nd to make an appointment for my Dodge Dart, to see why the odometer was blinking and to check a failure code that was picked up on a reading from a previous service that I received from my mechanic.One of the service office staff, Gene, informed me the shop was booked up for two weeks. Seeing how this was not an urgent fix I happily made the appointment for February 4th, not knowing that it was not going to be looked at that day or the day after that or the day after that, etc.I never received a call from the service department on the status and the several times that I called, I was on hold for a very long time only to be told that my car is “making its way up the stack.”9 days later...I was at work, which I had to find a ride to everyday, when I finally get a phone call saying my car is ready.What upsets me is that there was no communication from Gene for 9 days Also, when I dropped my car off to Gene he never told me that it wouldn’t be looked at that day or that there was a “stack” of vehicles in front of mine. He never offered a ride there when I told him I was stuck at work nor a discount.This is poor service and bad business. No one deserves this. I have never been treated like this and will never return.I hope something get me done to better the service for the next customer that drops off there only means of transportation.
Terrible! They ignored me from the moment they got my keys. I was there for an appointment, and they kept pushing me back until I was never actually seen at all, and I ended up being there for FOUR HOURS. The technician forgot my name and why I was there four times. Totally HORRIBLE!Update- just called today 12/23/2020 @ 9:00am to have my vehicle serviced again, I spoke to Lee, and he said he would call me back in a little bit with an appointment time and date. Well, after 4 hours, HE NEVER DID! (shocker). I went up there instead and Lee at the desk knew who I was all of a sudden and said he was about to call me (BS!) He hadnt even schedule me an appointment until I got there and it was not even on the day I wanted and it was in the afternoon. I couldnt get my car seen with a morning (9:00am) appt, so now it going to get fixed with an afternoon (12:25pm) appointment?I am not going to bring my vehicle there again and I will never recommend anyone take their vehicle to this (dis)service department unless there is a drastic change in the staff or customer service policies. Worst service department EVER!
We just bought a Jeep from another dealership in Tampa and the battery died already! We thought there may be an alternator issue so took it to the Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership to get checked out. Harold took care of us and was very helpful. The service department checked out our battery and alternator and thankfully, we just needed to replace the battery. They did it relatively quickly and at a fair price. We will definitely go here for our service needs in the future.
Very poor customer service. Extreme lack of communication (I had to contact them 4 times to get the items promised scheduled) and concern after the initial sale by the sales management staff (Salesman was OK). No attention to detail. Over the last 10 years we have purchased 8 new vehicles, this is the only dealership that each time the new vehicle was brought in to have the agreed items installed it was returned not washed, no paper floor coverings and again very poor communication with no genuine concern for the end user. After the sale you understand how car salesmen get their reputations. I do not feel the need to go over every discrepancy or issue with the deal as this is a review and or recommendation and not a critics report. I will say that the product itself (so far) is a quality vehicle.

I told them what I wanted and though they didn’t have it in my price range on their lot, they found one at the Jacksonville location and had it driven to Gainesville for me to test drive. They were very up front and honest about everything which I really appreciated. Eric got us through the paperwork quickly while still explaining everything very well.
All I have to say if I could give 7+ stars I would I jus recently bought a Pickup truck from our salesman Daniel, and all I have to say is he is one hell of a person, best salesman I’ve encountered in the past years. I’ve bought a couple cars and the salesman all been rude or in a rush to try and sell cars. Daniel had the best attitude and so professional on his work I can see he loves what he does. I had such a good buying experience with this dealership and Daniel. Will most definitely come back again.
Well my adventure with this dealer started on their web site. I looked through the inventory online for new Jeep Cherokees and I was pleasantly surprised at the great pricing. I started an inquiry online to see if I could get any solid numbers before going but of course that was not possible. However they did reach out and touched base with me. Paige answered most of my questions and helped me setup an appointment.Once I got to the dealer I was immediately approached by a sales rep. His name was Brandon and he was truly amazing. He was personable and knowledgeable, helped us on the test drive to really see what makes a Jeep stand out. He was patient and was not pushy at all. I was ready to buy that Cherokee right then and there.Unfortunately I soon found out that the pricing online was very misleading. See online they have the msrp minus the Gainesville Discount and then something labeled as Your Price. Oh but apparently it is not that cut and dry. Brandon did a great job explaining the discrepancy but I still felt like the advertising was misleading. So he introduced me to a man who I believe was the sales floor manager. The sheer audacity that this man had was astounding. I have never felt so absolutely disrespected. He not only admitted that the website was lying but he went one step further and explained, and I quote, it did its job. So according to him it is the prerogative of the advertising to lie to customers just to get them into the store.Needless to say I was unhappy so I left and took my business else where. Thankfully there are other dealers that also sell Jeep Cherokees and I am happy to report that I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited later that same day. That I made sure to get from a dealer that does not belong to the same chain of dealers.
I am only giving this dealership 3 stars mainly because Lenny Thomas in service is a doll, John Rollins a sales person was professional and knowledgeable.This dealership however looses stars on the following, Michael Quinn was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Jeep and I found that quite impressive he explained why certain decals were on the vehicle itself and the history behind it. I loved that! However when it came to the numbers I got the run around on what my trade would be valued at and what the vehicle would cost me. The sales manager Cruz- Rodriguez came off extremely arrogant, I think he was under the impression because he was a good looking young man he could coarse me into buying a mini van or a dodge which is not what I went there for, he continued with telling me it seemed it was an ego thing with me. I was shocked at how far he would go. I explained to him I would need to speak with my husband, and my mother also told him my husband is the man of the house and the final decision maker. He still wanted me to forget that. Very disrespectful. We already do own a Jeep which is why we truly wanted to get into another Jeep, and the Jeep we already have needs to be serviced but I don’t feel that confident on the shady way they conduct business here. The last time I visited this dealership before this week was 3 years ago when we were looking to purchase a Jeep, you know it’s bad when you have to go to another dealership down the block to purchase a Jeep instead of dealing with the Jeep dealership directly. Get it together! Stop the shady business!

I went in on a whim as my truck was aging and I was curious about the newer models. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the manager, Josh, who introduced me to my sales associate, Carlos. I wasnt determined to trade my truck in, so my demands/expectations were absurdly high. I dont know what magic those guys worked but they managed to get me in a brand new truck for an AMAZING deal. Carlos was so friendly and professional the whole time. Josh even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. This is the second truck Ive purchased for Gainesville CDJR and in a few years Ill probably be back for another. Cant beat the customer service.
Daniel was very attentive and listened to what I wanted in my car. We had misinformation on the first car I was going to buy and had signed most of the paperwork for but as soon as I mentioned the mistake they offered to look for another option. I absolutely LOVE the new option and purchased it yesterday. Joe was a great help when Daniel was off and everyone was kind and not overbearing.

I have never had so much fun buying my new 2019 dodge Challenger!! They made sure I got Exactly what I wanted down to the Color ! What a amazing time buying our car !!! I also want to say that they worked so hard to get the payment were we wanted it . I could go on forever! The worst experience ever. I contacting the dealership to confirm the availability of a very specific vehicle, in advance of our two hour drive to the dealership, which they confirmed “yes, we have the vehicle.” Upon arrival they had a 2021 Ram, not the 2020 I requested which they confirmed was available. Not to mention a vehicle was more than $5k over the sticker of the other vehicle...classic bait and switch.The salesperson said they weren’t sure if one of their team had taken the vehicle, if it was sold or was “on their lot in Chiefland.” But they could get it by tomorrow. I said no thank you and I don’t appreciate driving two hours for a vehicle which you said was on the lot but really wasn’t. If they had sold it that day, I would totally understand but they didn’t. And you trying to up sell me is why people still don’t trust car dealers.As I was driving off the sales manager flagged me down and said “you know, our truck is the only one within 150 miles.” Actually not true because the ramtrucks.com website shares current inventories and helps buyers like me avoid sellers like you.Ironically, the salesperson says that their sales are tanking because of everything going on, going from selling over 100 cars per month to barely 40. Maybe focus on improving customer service instead of antiquated sales tactics and you won’t have to worry about how many cars you are selling, the customers will come to you.

I wrote this review on an old account so I had to delete there and add it to my new account. Something fishy going on here. I found a used vehicle on their website and called about it. It took the salesman a few minutes to figure out which one it was. Really why dont the salespeople have an inventory sheet? It isnt that hard. I set up an appointment for the next day. The next morning I called and said since it was a long drive for me give me the best price and I will buy it today. I found another one for $1000 less so I knew they could do better. He calls back and now the price is higher?? I rechecked online and now that vehicle is gone but he still wants me to come in and look at it. So who is lying? Do you have the vehicle or not? Why did you change the price? I cancelled the appointment and will take my business and money elsewhere. These people are not to be trusted.
Bad Customer service. I advisor was mad at myself Or using the application online to schedule the service. The service was a scheduled 11 AM and the car was still parked at the same place two hours later. I decided to take my car on my business somewhere else where I have good customer support rather than this place
Morgan Hickson in the office is absolutely one of the nicest, most customer-friendly individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Not only is she great at her job, but she truly made me feel like she was personally vested in bringing me the greatest outcome possible. Her empathy and care in going above and beyond to assist me, is far from what you’d expect from even the most highly rated customer service representative. Wow great service department especially Len Thomas and Aaron over the years i have had my truck in for service and they have been incredibly helpful and nice even helped me get a radio replaced that had died 10 miles outside the warranty they facilitated the calls to corporate and got things moving for me and even recently they had picked up my truck from my house during the covid 19 outbreak the tech hit a tree in y yard they immediately offered to have it fixed and did it without question even tho they were a bit hesitant on the headlight that had started leaking as i had no way to prove it was from the crash they offered to replace it anyways and even replaced a burnt bulb at no cost and to top it all off washed the truck. i bought the truck from another dealer but i wish i had been to this one from the start the dealer i got it from argued with me over floor mats that were in the listing and they said did not come with my NEW $30k truck! and next year when im looking for my diesel trust that they will be on my short list!
Recently, and spontaneously, purchased a vehicle through Jim Bradt. It was a great experience. Everyone stayed late to finish the transaction. Jim is a straight shooter and follows through on his promises. To me, that is just as important as the price and I appreciate it. If you are in the market, and do not want empty promises, go see Jim.

So I am always skeptical 🤨 about car salesmen, so I went with my mom to pick out a new Van for her to be on the safe side. She have spoken previously to the onlinensays rep Vanessa I believe was her name, and she was so pleasant mom pick here first!Upon arrival there was no salesman beating you to the door, me and mom peaked around a little before entering so it was already a plus! Vanessa introduced us to Thomas, his desk is right next to the front door.Long story short, Thomas TOOK CARE OF MY MAMA, and she drove home in the van she wanted at the price she asked for. And some nice souvenirs, like a new Chrysler key chain and a couple hats. He was super super easy to work with, wasn’t pushy and completely works with your individual needs. I would recommend anyone to go there and to also get with Thomas, his desk is right in the front when you walk through! If he can deal with me with ease, he’s the man for the job! Great customer care team, great prices, and excellent cars which is the most important!
While buying the car everyone is nice, but once you need something done/repaired, to a Certified Used Car, their friendliness and concern goes down the tubes! Their service department Sucks! They think that just because you are a WOMAN you have no clue what you are talking about when you tell them what is going on with your car. I drive the dang thing every day and know when something is WRONG! I would rather travel three states and pay a fee for my car to be licensed in Florida than to ever buy from then again!
Went in with my friend during her car deal and enjoyed the service the first time we went. Originally that got me to think maybe Id be interested in a jeep. Never did I think it would be actually attainable. I didnt feel pressured to buy by anyone there. Kenny and Thomas ended up getting us both AWESOME deals on the cars we wanted. The service was fast and they worked with us on what we wanted. Kenny and Thomas were both patient and kind and helped us with all our questions and sealing the deals. Bill Bowers walked me through all of the ins and outs, addressed my concerns, found a solution to everything that would hinder me getting the perfect car for me. The entire staff showed me courtesy and executed what can only be described as perfect customer service. It has been a couple weeks with several follow ups to make sure everything was perfect. We went to this dealership to get our Dodge repaired. Gary in the shop is wonderful! Very friendly! Work was done on time and correctly. We were so happy with the service dept and we went back to purchase a vehicle. Warren was awesome! Very knowledgeable. The entire experience was smooth and you know how stressful purchasing a vehicle can be. I have left out a couple of names and I am sorry! Finance guy was so sweet! Also, Warren was tied up with something as I was getting ready to leave and Rolin took the time to go through my vehicle with me to make sure I saw all the bells and whistles. He was very helpful even though it wasnt his sale. We live in Lake City and absolutely recommend this dealer. It is worth the drive.
I received the best service last night buying a new (used) vehicle. John Rolin (and Eric) made the process very easy. We were in a hurry, and John stayed late with support staff to get it done. I didn’t feel like I was imposing one bit. They even gave me a full tank of gas. Great people!
I contacted this dealership via FB because Im stationed overseas and needed parts for my vehicle. I was assured that someone in the parts department would get in touch with me by email. Over a week later, Ive yet to hear from anyone. Ill never do business here again and I certainly wont refer anyone here.Responding to your reply: I was suppose to be contacted and given prices. I provided the online chat with all the part numbers and was told the parts dept would contact me via email with pricing. Ive ordered my parts elsewhere.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. The experience was very good. I wasnt subjected to any of the usual car sales tricks or tactics designed to wear you down. They didnt have the vehicle I was looking for so they had to source it from another dealership. They made it happen quickly and without hassle. I feel the negotiation for the vehicle and my trade was fair and honest. Had to have my Jeep towed in - wouldnt start. Len Thomas in Service was very helpful. He looked at it as soon as we arrived and had a rental waiting for me. Had my Jeep back the next day. They replaced a bad battery under warranty - they even washed it!

Don’t return phone calls about the progress of you’re car Or car parts . I have to call and call and there still isn’t movement. I don’t recommend. They don’t seem to value anyone’s time or the fact that we don’t want our car to sit up there all day or for multiple days. They didn’t even tell me my car was ready I just became fed up and drove up there and saw that it had another problem. I would give Zero stars if I could!
Warren greeted us with a smile and promptly took care of us. No b.s. and no up sells. They financed me with a 580 credit score and gave me more than the value on my trade in. Leaving 2 hours later with a 60k mile car and a smart watch for my daughter!
Very unreliable service department, they told us our truck would be fixed in a week, but in reality it took over 3 weeks making us loose money. Truck still isnt fixed. I was going to have our truck taken to another dodge dealership in the beginning but they assured me it would only be a week, yet here we are 3 weeks later. I dont recommended anyone do any kind of business with the gainesville dealership! All they do is put you off and miss lead you. Everyone needing their vehicle fixed or tune up go somewhere else. Please read all their reviews all the way back 6 months, not good reviews, wish I would have read them before I had our truck towed to their dealership. To top it all off we get told yesterday that their mechanic busted our bolts and we have to pay for them. This is not right all the way around, now we have to pay even more money to get our truck. The only person in that whole dealership who has been remotely helpful is the GM Marvin. Hes great. Everyone else is rude and dishonest. Be careful where you take your vehicle.

Both the sales representative and sales manager called me and my husband multiple times to apologize for how things went down yesterday. I was happy to hear they figured out a much better monthly price. However, they didn’t tell us they had increased the amount of months the payment was for so technically the discount was not as much as we expected. We decided to still purchase the truck because it was what we wanted all along. I am still disappointed over the fact that the guy in the finance department never really apologized to us and instead of saying “I’m sorry” he said “look who’s back”. I guess he is proud and arrogant that way but my husband and I still got the truck we liked at a price we could afford.Original Post:Extremely disappointed and upset. After almost 6 hours at the dealership I was about to sign the contract and I had to walk out of the finance office. Firs of all, the sales person asked us what our prince range was and we specifically told him how much we wanted to pay a month. He showed us different options and he offered to bring a truck from a different city to fit our needs. We waited until 9:30pm to finally see what our credit looked like and of course the person in charge of finance totally dismissed what the sales representative had told us and gave us a monthly payment completely out of our range. We understood it was late, but the way he was treating us was completely ridiculous. As we were talking and asking questions he stood up and was cleaning his office and packing his back as if we were the ones holding him back. We waited so long and I felt so insulted it brought me to tears. Finally my husband and I had to walk away from there right before we were about to sign because it was humiliating how low he made us feel. Truth is, buying a car is never a fun activity but today was definitely the most awful experience.

Buying a car can be a stressful time and I would to thank Bill and the staff at Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep for their great service! My wife initially contacted Bill about a car she saw online and when she arrived on the lot, the car was pulled up front, waiting on her. Bill did a great job explaining in detail, all the features on the car and really put my wife at ease. Likewise when I arrived to view the car, Bill did the same, explained and demonstrated in great detail all the features. After the sale was complete, Bill again went over all the features on our new car and made sure we left with no questions. Thank you!
Service department was amazing. Jessie was on point. Very professional she even offered me a complimentary carwash with my service. Allot of places dont offer even if it is free. The department ran very smooth. And I was very surprised how fast they was done with my car. I have no trust in this establishment. I needed service for a recall notice on my Dodge Durango. While scheduling I was told that my 60K mile service required a host of actions including front/rear differential and transmission fluid changes, bringing the total to to >$700. I tried to to confirm that these are “recommended” services from Dodge. NOPE! Regarding front/rear differential the manual says change fluid if vehicle used for “”police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing.” Mine is not. The manual doesn’t even mention regular transmission fluid replacement. It seems that the primary service that Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram provides in lightening your wallet. BEWARE!!!

Was trying to look at a vehicle at 9 PM to avoid salesman tactics, and compare Jeep Compass model stickers. While driving through the lot, I got ran off by a guy in a white car. People, I have been around the world, and have NEVER been ran off a car lot because I wanted to look at window stickers. That is a first for me; I mean...you have security cameras, police patrolling, etc.. YOU LOST A SALE FROM ME...I will go elsewhere.
Absolue terrible customer service. My jeep has been there for months and they informed me that its not a PRIORITY.. how long does it have to be there for it to be a priority? They literally told me it keeps being pushed to the side for other things so the mechanic can make more money. Im very disappointed and i will tell everyone i know about this experience.
