In traveling from Kansas to Austin TX area, we needed to replace a tire on our trailer. After calling several places that a) couldnt be bothered to answer the phone or b) couldnt hardly speak English, we found Barthold Tires. They had what we needed in stock and were quick efficient, and pleasant to deal with and our final bill was very reasonable and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes with 3 new Tires. I would recommend Barthold Tires any day.

While driving up the interstate we had a trailer tire blow out on our semi truck. I called them and they had a tire in stock and got it on the truck within the hour and at an amazing price! You will not get that service from a Loves or TA! If in the area will definitely return and recommend to all our trucking friends! Thank you all so very much! And they also accept T Check!

The service was great! I would definitely go back. The front end alignment guy was super nice and done an excellent job.

I came out to my truck Friday mid morning to find a flat tire on my driver side rear. I had an urgent appointment and took my other car but came back home around 2:30 that day. I was able to fill it up with air and quickly called around to see if I could just get it replaced with new tires for the rear (both have had issues from day 1). Barthold told me he didnt have the ones in stock to match the fronts but could get them in by Monday. He told me to come in and he would fix the flat and order the tires. I drove up and with in a short time it was fixed. Very fast.On Monday morning I called and the tires were in as promised. My wife drove the truck up and again with in a short time tires were on and she was ready to go. It was so fast she called my to tell me how efficient and on the ball they were. She was so thrilled with the service. You have won a customer and we will be bringing all our other work to you. Thanks.

This company saved our vacation! We own a nice SUV and our tires were fairly new, but while traveling to our destination, we had a blow out! What a start to a week long vacation. Sigh. We had to get a tow truck to the tire shop but the tow truck could only hold 2 people. 3 of my family members had to stay behind on the road to wait. When I got to the shop, the owners graciously offered to go pick up my family without any hesitation! Good people are still out there! This place is awesome!!! While traveling from OK to Austin to spend Thanksgiving with my kids my youngest son and I hit a patch on the interstate where someone had lost a LOT of construction debris. Immediately had a chipped windshield and flat tire. Rather a mutilated tire. Once AAA had my tire changed I couldnt travel on a donut and Berthold Tire happened to be the closest. I pulled in and the owner Immediately took care of me. They had a new tire on and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Definitely suggest you use them. Super nice folks, very personable and didnt feel I was being taken advantage of.

Best shop in town!!! Honest and reliable. I just moved to the area, took a shot and couldnt be happier, they have been wonderful to work with on any car repair. Cant find one better if you need something fixed from tires to engines, they got you!!

They are the best tire shop in town and will go the extra mile to get what you need.

Told me I would have to replace the screws and lugnuts and would take an hour just for the repair. Went to Askew took them 10 minutes. 2 new lug nuts and tire fixed for $18 . They have my business for future tire problems.

I had a flat tire and came in to get it fixed. On top of fixing it for a great price I was able to stay in my car and they showed me what made my tire flat. Would recommend.

I was in town for business, and on my way out, ran over the biggest screw Ive ever seen, so I stopped at the closest shop, Barthold Tire Company. I told Steve (I heard another customer refer to him) my situation, and that I had a 6 hour drive home that night, and he immediately took my keys and pulled my car into his shop. His crew fixed it within 20 minutes, and I was very relieved about the more than fair price. I couldnt be more grateful for the quick, quality work and the consideration of my timely situation. This is an older building but, dont judge a book by its cover! This place has fast friendly service, home town feel with a lobby area to sit a spell. Fresh coffee and clean restrooms. In the lobby youll have a variety of magazines to read or just flip through the pages, a flat screen TV with local favorites or just people watch. The service is what keeps me going back! Try them or just ask for a quote and judge for yourself!

These guys are great. I dont understand any of the bad reviews. Ive done business with them for years and will be headed there in the morning to get work done. Theyve helped me out on the side of the road, always are prompt and friendly, and the quality of their work is superb.

Service was exceptional and reasonably priced. Our tire popped we called several tire shops and they were charging us $65- $100 just to put on our spare. We called Barthold tire and they only charged us $30 and got to us in 20 min. After waiting for about two hours they not only helped us fast but were also very friendly. We definitely recommend them.

Very customer-oriented, stellar service, good pricing and they always stand by their work. If they dont have your specific tire in stock, they will search for the best pricing possible and have it there normally within 24 hours. Great tire warranties, as well, and have never failed to honor it. We drive 40 minutes for all our tire needs to use Bartholds, when other tire centers are much closer, due to such great service, pricing and turn-around time. They even get your bent rims repaired much less expensive than other shops we have quoted. A+!!!

I only gave one star because I had to in order to give a review. I walked in this morning to get an alignment and the man at the counter was a total smartass! I told him Id take my business to one of the other 15 tire places in Gainesville. I usually do business at CBJ Tire on Hwy 82 and thats where I decided to go to after he was rude and as always they treated me great!!! I wouldnt go to this place again if the service was free. Ladies dont even attempt it!
