I bought a Volvo XC90 from here in June 2021. The owners were very helpful, the process was easy and my title came in the mail about a month later. The reason for 3 stars is that the car had more issues than we initially thought. We did understand this car came from an auction and problems can arise with the purchase of any used car.

Ran over a nail while visiting family in the area, Larry got my tire plugged and back on the road in no time with very little notice. Friendly service and great prices, very professional-looking shop. I will be having them do a few more things on my F150 instead of the dealership before I leave.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Went in to get my camber bolts replaced, and although it took them longer to finish the work than I had originally expected, the job was finished with minimal issues. I also requested a coolant flush and oil change, and those were both completed with no problems for a reasonable price.

Larry listed a car as a private owner on Craigslist taking photos at a residence, indicating that he knew the maintenance history. He made me an appointment like I was going to a house. The gig was up when he gave me the address. I could have just run by the lot while I was in town, rather than driving an extra 1-1/2 hours. I asked if he had a Carfax and records of the maintenance he told me about. A 150K service on this Volvo can run $1000.00-$3000.00 so it seemed reasonable to ask if it had been done. Larry told me to get a Carfax myself ($20.00). Larry went into a diatribe even though I didnt say anything about him being a dealer, Id been on dealer websites all morning. This was his text: Look. This is a used Volvo. I am a dealer. If you like the vehicle great if not it will make some one else a nice vehicle. We repair and sell cars. We take really good care of our customers. It seems that you are less than excited because we are a dealer. Deception, refusal to answer questions and/or provide documentation, abuse of my time, and a rude text like this is not taking care of customers Larry.

The staff is very friendly and the prices are great! Cheapest oil change and brake/rotor job Ive ever paid for. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will be going back!

I stopped by here needing my tire plugged and the employees were able to get it done in a timely manner! They were very professional and friendly, I would return for any automotive need in the future!

I called yesterday and spoke with Larry at the shop and told him about some problems I was having with my sons air conditioner and his car and he told me what it would take to fix it and he was very professional about it. Later on after I let the car sit I thought that the air conditioner had started working and told Larry thank you but I wouldnt need to bring the car in because somehow it fixed itself LOL. Then when me and my son tried to start it today and go for a drive we realize the air conditioner is still not getting cold at all and therefore because of Larry being very professional and knowledgeable I will be bringing my car back to Larry when I get a little extra cash. This is a very good shop and I feel that Larry will take very good care of my sons car when we decide to take it in. Thank you Larry. We will see you as soon as possible to get the AC working again. AC didnt work, it now works, highly recommend. Brian and Larry are both great, know their stuff, and are very easy to work with to get what needs doing done.

Was having issues with my brakes took my car into them to see what was wrong he told me that I needed to have my master cylinder changed which turned into having my complete brake system redone due to 2006 Honda Pilots issues with their brake system.They were very meticulous in finding the problem and fixing it! I am very very happy with their service and would recommend you take your vehicle in for repairs.
