Very unhappy with my experience at Carriage Mitsubishi. I brought my car to get serviced and decided to look at the cars they have in the lot. They only had like 5 new cars. The one that caught our eyes was the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL trim with a price of $37,080 inclusive of destination fee. Once taxes and other fees were added the car came out to $40,000. After Chandler shows us the car and gave us the pricing, i asked how much would we get for our trade-in. When he came back he offered a very low price for our trade-in and said that there are only 3 SEL within a 500 mile radius and therefore there would be an addendum if we wanted to purchase the price. He said the new price of the car would be $45k + taxes and fees. This made my experience a very bad and unhappy one. It seems very unfair that they would just decide to increase the price because of this reason-which doesnt seem like a valid reason.

Todays marks is a difficult one. Especially for used cars. However, the guys at Carriage seem to make it easy to not only find what youre looking for but also to go over the top with customer satisfaction. Went down day of and called the minute they opened. Not only did someone answer, but John was very accommodating and helpful with the entire process. I appreciate all that you guys did and will be sure to send others your way.

Ive been a service customer for over 8 years. No one else has ever serviced my Mitsubishi vehicles. The quality and knowledge of advisors has been declining, and now it is rock bottom.

Im always hesitant about taking my car into a dealership. Ive not had pleasant experiences over the years. Im pleased to say Carriage Mitsubishi is the exception. Theyre honest, dependable and a true asset to the industry. There are two (2) Mitsubishi Dealershps closer to my home, but I will drive the extra miles needed to take my vehicle to Carriage Mitsubishi. Theyre a breath of fresh air.

We had a 12pm appointment with Joe. We showed up a little early. As we were getting out of the car we were approached by an employee. Kind and courteous. Escorted us inside to a seat while we waited on Joe. He made my wife and I feel like a priority and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Joe came in and did an exceptional job asking what our wants were out of a vehicle. Very thorough and detailed in his approach in our needs and wants. Took the time to learn about us and was extremely accommodating. The finance team worked their magic to get us into a favorable loan for a vehicle we though we had no chance at given our budget limitations. Very happy with the entire experience. So I was in the market for a vehicle and happened to come across an ad for Carriage on Facebook. I’m so happy they came across my newsfeed! I went in, test drove a Nissan Altima, and in two hours I was driving away in my new Altima! My salesman Joe was absolutely a pleasure to do business with! In all honesty, everyone I encountered was a pleasure to do business with! I’ve already recommended at least 3 people to them in 2 weeks! I’m going to continue to recommend them because they definitely stand behind their vehicles with a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty! What are you waiting for? When we first visited Carriage Mitsubishi we met Randy Jarrett last year of 2020 around Thanksgiving. At that time we were just looking,but hadnt really made up our mind. Randy was awesome he was very welcoming and wore a friendly genuine smile. Randy handled all of our needs and answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with him each time. The store was up to par. Nice and clean facility. The day we purchased our new Mitsubishi was just a unexpected day filled with joy. We love our new car from Mitsubishi. My husband I drove on the lot Sunday thinking they were closed. I was looking for a specific car, but didnt see it. A young salesman, Chandler Bowen, came to our car and asked if he could help (what were our interests). I told him and he did a quick inventory search. Discovered they just received one. I took my Lancer there as I was hearing a loud scraping noise and my transmission was slipping. The dealership was kind, quick, and helpful in resolving what was causing these problems. Peggy (service center) was extremely helpful going so far as to call Mitsubishi personally and haggle with them on replacing my Transmission. My car is working perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. And I didn’t even purchase my vehicle from them! Could not recommend them enough.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership for the purchase of a used 2015 Ford Escape. I found it through Carfax for a great price! My sales person Brandon was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. They were very busy that day so the process took a little bit longer than normal but he kept me updated and made sure I was comfortable during the wait. I was unable to take car that day as I had driven there and lived over an hour away so he made arrangements for it to be delivered directly to my house! I had a few questions after receiving my car and called Brandon directly. He was very helpful and always got back to me very quickly.Did I mention the 10 year/100k warranty on my USED car?! I do not normally leave reviews or like to complain. However based on my negative experience, I felt like it was appropriate to share with others who might be considering visiting the dealership. I stopped by late in the evening to look at 2020 Outlander that was a demo. I then returned the next day for a test drive. The sales associate assured me that they would be able to heavily discount the price of the car because it is a demo. That is a quote. I expressed possible interest in a pre-owned 2020 Outlander with less miles. He told me that he more than likely would not be able to give a discount on that one because it was pre-owned. I sat down with a sales manager (I did not catch his name) and informed him I have already secured financing. When I received pricing on both vehicles, the demo had zero discount. In fact the price increased from the online advertised price. I was also misinformed on the features of the ES model. I received texts from another sales manager asking if I had any questions about my visit yesterday. I expressed a few frustrations with ZERO response. Extremely disappointed in the customer service aspect and I feel like I was misled by the sales representative. I will be purchasing a vehicle from a different dealer. If you bring your own financing I would not recommend doing business with them.

Overall, I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Put it like this—you have Ruths Chris and then you have Burger King. Which one would you rather have? . . .Exactly!

I called everyday inquiring about the car I wanted to purchase and was assured it was there. I called the morning I was coming and before I left the house for the 1hr 15 min drive during a storm no less and was told it was still there and available. Once I got there I was ignored until I asked someone where Kevin was, he was at his desk drinking coffee. I reintroduced myself to him and reminded him what car I wanted to purchase, he told me no problem and gave me an application. After I filled it out and he took it to the back to run my credit, his manager came to inform me that the car I wanted was actually sold earlier in the day but that he could put me in a newer car for more money. Needless to say I was very upset and disappointed.

Great dealership and their service department is awesome!!!!!! Their pricing for services rendered is very fair. Never found them to overcharge me on anything Ive had done there.

I went to this dealership because I saw a car advertised that was precisely the color, model, and year that I wanted, and a price I was willing to pay for it based on the advertised price. I was told it had been given a 100-plus point inspection and came with a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. I test drove it on Sunday afternoon, and I got an estimate (but did not choose to get an actual quote) on financing. I told them I wanted to talk to my bank about financing the car. I was asked to give [them] the opportunity to beat [my bank], but thats all they said about the dealer financing.I then took the morning off from work on Wednesday to have the car inspected by a local mechanic. The car had several issues, most seriously with with the wheels and tires one of which was a dented mag wheel (a potential safety issue). When I went back tot he dealership I was told the car was being sold as-is, that they would not do anything about the issues or negotiate on the price. In fact the sales manager then informed me that by financing through my own bank, the price would INCREASE by $1,195. I then walked out.This was dishonest all the way around and wasted a ton of my time. If the internet price is a special based on dealer financing, that should have been explained to me when I spoke to them about it on the Sunday. If the mechanical inspection doesnt lead to actual problems with the car getting fixed, then its pointless to even mention it except to give me a false sense of security.I know this kind of behavior is common in the used car industry, but these are dishonest practices that need to go away. No one should do business with any car dealership that isnt upfront and honest about their pricing, fee structure, their inspection practices, and the mechanical status of the vehicle.

This people are amazing! From the sales manager to the sales men, they will treat you like family, very respectful and really professional. I enjoyed my time there and I would recomend everyone to check them out if you are looking for a great vehicle!!
