This place was a Godsend!! Our tire popped on a way to a wedding 8 hours away. We would have missed the wedding if we went somewhere else. I sent my girlfriend here while I was out of town because she got a flat and another tire shop told her it was impossible to repair and she needed to buy a new tire. I called in advance and spoke to Karen who was more than kind and helpful in setting up a time for her to arrive to take care of the issue. When she arrived the owner immediately started taking care of her and diagnosed the issue with the tire and found that not only was it able to be repaired, he was able to do it for her in less than an hour and checked out the rest of the tires for her and made sure she was 100% safe to drive. If there is one tire shop in all of Gainesville that you should stop into, it’s this one.

I had a wonderful experience today. Despite being warned that they were running behind schedule and slightly backed up, I was still on my way in less than 30 minutes from arrival. All of the staff (manager, assistant manager, technician) were incredibly considerate, and walked me through my options. They did not try to upsell me on a more expensive option, I am thrilled to have found a reasonably priced replacement tire! Highly recommend.

This is the place for new tires or repairs. Make sure to include Tire Outlet when you are checking prices. Bobby will quote you the lowest price on new tires and they will be the quickest too. They usually have what you need in stock. We have been going here for years - many cars later. They even beat the buy 3 get 1 free deals. They are good tires that look good too. Bonus: you get free rotations for life if you buy all four tires at the same time. Better safe than sorry, get new tires, dont risk your safety buying used.

I had the most amazing experience and service I’ve ever had at an auto shop. I had a flat tire, with a ring ring, that everyone told me was un fixable (probably to get more money out of me). But the team at Tire Outlet was able to fix it for me and mounted it back up, at no expense. I am so grateful; everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Hopefully, I don’t run into any more problems but if I do I know that I’m going right back to Tire Outlet - Gainesville. I 10/10 recommend this place to any college kids fearful of getting work done because they may be not knowledgeable about cars, everyone gave me clear details from beginning to end.

Absolutely horrible! I just left there. I ordered my tires and scheduled my service Tuesday. This is Thursday. I schedule it on lunch time and bring my lunch and walk a block to eat so I can work while I eat versus waiting at the mechanic. They call me 15 min later to tell me my tires aren’t in yet and offer another tire. She says my tires will be in the next day. She says she meant to call me. As I’m attempting to look up the tires she offers as a back up she also tells me their alignment machine has been down which I also ordered this service online. When I walk back intending to come back if the alignment machine will be ready the next day when my tires are in they have no idea when it will be repaired. They both apologize and say they meant to call. I was literally standing in front of them 20 mins earlier and they didn’t tell me on person either prior to me leaving my keys and walking away to eat my lunch and work while I wait. Literally this was a wasted 1.5 hours with drive time, orders the tires, and leaving and coming back and still I have to go online tonight when done with work and plan this all again tomorrow with another tires place. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!

I cannot speak more highly about Bobby and the team at Tire Outlet. They are all so personable and helpful. It certainly shows is the work ethic they display - team players for sure. I HIGHLY recommend giving Tire Outlet a call before you call anywhere else for your tire needs. They where AMAZING!!!!! I knew nobody in Gainesville and was stranded by myself in the middle of no where and called tire outlet 15 minutes before they closed and Bobby helped me out by staying 2 hours late to help me out with a flat tire. He was a perfect professional gentleman, he offered me a gatorade while he look at my tire. The valve stem was leaking so a quick and easy fix. Came here due to a potential leak in my tire, and fortunately there was no puncture or anything. They were able to clean it up and fix the leak for me within 30 mins. All the workers are friendly. I am happy that it was done quickly and efficiently. Being a woman, I constantly worry about getting scammed by car places but they were very reasonably priced and did a great job. If you go there and have any issues definitely ask for Bobby.

After bouncing around many shops for a couple of years we eventually found a great mechanic shop called Holton’s Automotive, and they actually recommended we get our tire stuff done at Tire Outlet. We have now been coming to Tire Outlet for a little over a year now and we are always pleased with their work, patience, and customer service. Best tire shop in Gainesville!! This past weekend, I had a terrible experience at Firestone (also in Gainesville). Long story short, they broke my stud (that they wanted me to pay $300 to replace) on one of my rear tires because I had locking lugs that they said took 3 hours to take off (turns out, they didn’t have the right tool). They then refused to touch my other rear wheel unless I agreed to pay for the 3 hours of labor used on the other wheel as well as the amount of labor needed on the 4th. I refused their service and went right away to pick up my car, still needing the 4th tire installed. I was a walk in to Tire Outlet today just to even see if they had the right tool to take my tire off and they were OUTSTANDING!! They not only took off and installed my 4th tire in about 5 minutes, they were also able to convert one of my old ones to the spare and put it in the spare compartment on the undercarriage (which Firestone also refused to do since they said there was “too much rust”). I was in and out within 45 minutes. Firestone wanted $600+ to mount my last tire and I only paid $46 in total at Tire Outlet. They are now my go-to place for any tire needs and I will definitely be recommending everybody I know to do the same!!
