Very fairly priced and highly professional work! Had a tree limb fall on my car’s rear window and destroy it. And in about a day or so, he found a replacement window, cleaned up all the old shattered glass, and made it look good as new with the new window!

Courteous, professional and service that went over and beyond what I expected in order to complete the job today instead of Thursday or Friday. It also started to rain so they moved it to a covered space where they could complete the job. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Shattered back window on honda odyssey 2006 exl...he found a prportionately decent used one and had it done swiftly, even got rid of the boxes n shattered glass in the back!! Saved me a couple hundred!!!!! Very sweet, very professional and told me a few super cute jokes upon check out!! You cant find let alone beat the service he provides these days. Do yourself a solid and dont even think about going anywhere else!

Mr.bon-will, have put two pieces of glasses in my dodge 1500 back window it was a slider window he put in a whole glass. Today 1/27/2021 he put in a side glass in my f-150. Hes very clean and neat also. His right hand man is on point as well.thank yall so much..

While I’m glad to see so many positive reviews, my experience wasn’t quite 5-stars. Jim is a very nice, respectful man and my intention here isn’t to attack his business. I stopped by early June before leaving town to have him repair my driver window that would only go about 1/3 of the way down. The repair went fine but about a day later after using the window maybe 3 times the problem returned. I stopped back by 2 months later when back in FL and he gladly took another look at the problem and called once it was good to go. Before I pulled off we checked the window and it wouldn’t go down at all, he said it was working just fine before and must be a faulty switch (not the original diagnoses). The switch was working fine all along and when I asked what he wanted to do he said he would try to source a switch but it wasn’t on him. I followed up a couple of hours later, this time he said it wasn’t the switch but the window was working again after he gave it a couple of taps. I’m disappointed in the overall uncertainty of this repair and how quick he was to pass the blame only to later have to retract his statement. I have no doubt that I will encounter the problem again and I unfortunately don’t live in Gainesville to pop in and out of his shop.The cost of the repair was about $170 and I’m sure cheaper than most places. His attitude and willingness to try to resolve the problem was great hence the 4-stars. Ultimately I drive away again with a working window, I just don’t know if it’s truly fixed.Also, the door now sounds like parts are loose on the inside whenever I close it. Botched job for sure.

These guys are great! My windshield was broken so badly I could not drive the car. They came to me and installed the windshield in no time at all. Their prices were better than anyone in town and they were super accommodating. I will be using them again in the future if I ever need a windshield.

He did a great job, He did not rush the job. He was professional and very courteous when he arrived. Same goes with his assistant. They were the best i would recommend them to do anything in regards to glass. They did our two piece windshield for a 94 Monaco Dynasty. Called and they were at my house within an hour and finished within another hour. Needed a full windshield replacement. Did a fantastic job and was $50 cheaper than safelite and other firms in the area. Nice guys as well. If youre looking for a place in Gainesville just use them.

I looked all over the internet, and was only receiving prices ranging from $300.00 to $400.00 for, with at least a week wait time for an appointment.
