The professional called with a time and was there when he said. He had the broken glass out and the new one installed in no time at all. As fast as he was, he did a very professional job, he didnt leave a mess in the car and everything was neat and tidy. Definitely would recommend and if needed I will call them again.

STAY AWAY! (Edit: Claim process indicates this company did over $5000+ damage to ther vehicle. C aveat emptor) These people sent a technician to replace my windshield and destroyed the dash, scratched fenders hood and door, swept glass debris into the A/C vents, dinged a door and left trash all over the place; they never used a vacuum in the car even after breaking out the old windshield! Best part is the manager watched the security video of the install and said the glass was done wrong as well and needs to be redone as well. Videos going to Instagram and Youtube. STAY AWAY!

Called a week prior to schedule glass installation. While on phone I wrote it down. Stated theyd call between 830-930am day of to schedule. Day of they never called. When I called them they said it was going to be next week. Blandly lied to me. Never will use them nor recommend them to anyone.

My experience with North Ga Auto Glass was fantastic. I had called several companies to get pricing. Not only did they have the best pricing, they were upfront and honest with me. I was informed that my windshield may require re-calibration of my anti collision system. And that if needed, it would cost an additional $200.00. I understood and agreed. Then the tech called to let me know his schedule and showed up when he said he would. He also called 30 minutes before showing up. He communicated with me and let me know how long it would take (only 45 minutes). Once he completed the windshield installation he asked me to crank the vehicle and check and see if any warning lights came on and if it actually needed the re-calibration. It did not. They did not try to hit me for unnecessary charges and removed the $200 from my bill since it wasnt needed. I was very pleased with the entire interaction and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs windshield replacement.

The first appointment had to be rescheduled due to vehicle failure on the way to the appointment. The reschedule appointment a week later went as scheduled. The technician arrived on time and completed the windshield replacement in less than an hour. He was professional and courteous. He was not wearing a mask when he arrived. Perhaps because he works out of doors he did not feel the need to wear one. I feel that when a technical arrives at ones home, he/she should at least wear a mask initially. Once the owner has left and the work is out of doors and done independently, no mask should be required.

On July 11 2020, the technician Robert came to replace the rear glass on our truck. When the job was completed, there was broken glass all over the back of the truck and all over my driveway. When i called the office to complain, they told me that i could bring the vehicle in to be vacuumed but it would be six days until they could come clean up the glass on my driveway. It was very unprofessional. The installation was fine, but the follow through and follow up was very poor. I do not recommend and i will not use again. I offered to send the office cctv footage and photos, but they were not interested in a satisfied customer. I hope the $530 was worth it.

The windshield they ordered was broke so the technician drove to Atlanta to get another one and when he installed it it took no timeat all. A national company wanted $385.00 plus fees for disposal of the old windshield and was going to charge me for installation at home. North Georgia cost $235.00 including disposal and home installation! I highly recommend North Georgia Auto Glass!

I really wanted to like this business, but I will never do business with them again.I called 7/29/2020 to report a rock chip on our Navigator windshield. Guy who answered the phone was pleasant and walked me through the claim with insurance (needed to replace bc the chip was in driver line of sight). Scheduled appt for them to come to me on Aug. 4th. On Aug. 4th, I get a call from the Office Manager that they were not able to locate the glass and needed to order and will call when they have it.On Aug. 11th, I receive a call in the morning from Dispatch that they will be out later that afternoon - I was caught off guard because they did not tell me they scheduled me for that day. I went along with it, but as 1:30p rolled around and still no call they were on their way, I rescheduled because of a conflict. Rescheduled appt was for Aug. 14th.On Aug. 14th I get a call that I am on the schedule for the afternoon, but weather is looking bad. I said my patience is running thin, please schedule me for a day I can be the first appt. We agreed Aug. 19th would be ideal and I would be first thing.Today, Aug. 19 and by 9:20am I have not received a call. I call the office, after explaining my situation and on hold for 5 min, the receptionist said that the office manager said this afternoons weather will be bad..... I stopped her there and asked politely to speak with the Office Manager. She said ok and I was transferred, no one picked up and got VM. I called FOUR MORE TIMES in a row, 2 went to VM, 1 was picked up and placed on immediate hold (no one talked) and the 4th call was picked up by the Office Manager. I asked if she was told about my situation and she said no. I reviewed all of the above info and asked why I was not first on the schedule today. She said she didnt know and possibly someone forgot to put me on. She said they can come out tomorrow afternoon - I asked what the weather looked like and she said not good, weather doesnt look good until Tuesday, and even then I could not get an appt until the afternoon. I politely said no thank you and that I do not wish to do business with you at this time.During these times, I have supported many local businesses and have been patient and understanding as things are out of stock, or service is slower because of limited staff/help. What I dont appreciate about this business is they did not provide adequate communication and they did not honor what they said they would do for me after I had already showed patience, neither of which are related to the virus.

I tried for weeks to find someone to repair my windshield and could only find companies with bad reviews, that wouldnt return my call, or that wanted almost $500 to replace the windshield. My insurance agent recommended North Georgia Auto Glass and they came to my home in Savannah, GA and fixed it for less than half of what Safelite wanted. This place does not have their stuff together. Made an appointment, showed up, and they had ordered the wrong windshield. Was told that they would call me back, and never heard a thing. Came in the next day, and they had the windshield. They said they could do it immediately, and that it would take an hour or so. Two and a half hours later, they finished, and were nonchalant and rude about wasting my time. Other customers that they helped were also having problems. This place is a madhouse.

Had a rock chip that was a dime in size. They asked for a picture of it so I sent them one. They replied back and stated the chip is too deep and the windshield needed to replaced at $250! How can they tell how deep it is from a picture? I sure cant. I cancelled them and went to Safelite. They fixed it with no problems and I didnt need a new windshield. Do not go here, all they want is your money. Fixing a chip is to belittling to them. Not enough profit for them. Go to Safelite or The Glass Doctor I used them both and they are great.

A rock hit my windshield and caused a chip that was too large to repair. So I had to get a quote to replace it. My insurance sent me to Safelite. The guy at the Buford location quoted me $1900.00! That is not a typo! These people are trying to scam people out of their money! I went to my local auto glass dealer, North Georgia Auto Glass, here in Gainesville and they quoted me a fraction of the price! I showed them the invoice that “Safelite” gave me and they started laughing! North Georgia auto glass replaced it like new for $230.00 covered under warranty for as long as I own my car! They ordered the same exact model of the windshield that “safelite” quoted me for! They are very friendly and professional!

Never did a glass for Brandon Conley. Not sure why he would write this. We dont have a albino employee. I dont think even a novice installer would put in a glass upside-down. We are dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Thats why we are #1 in North Georgia. Google should have a way for businesses to defend themselves against this kind of false reviews.
