Great service and they really took care of me! The staff is better than kind; theyre truly good people. I would recommend it to anyone and they made my car just like new after my accident. I was hit in just the right way where both of my doors had to be replaced and the paint had to be redone from front to back. I honestly expected my repair to take twice as long as it did but I ended up getting it early. Im so happy Progressive referred me to this place and I recommend it for anyone just looking for a shop to get their car repaired. No funny business just good service.

Caliber made my car repair so easy. From the time I dropped off until I picked up I was met with professionalism. Nicole was so efficient and friendly. The process was seamless. The mechanics were knowledgeable and I was updated by text the whole time they had my car. My job was done in a timely manner and in sunshine or shade my paint is blended perfectly. We took our car to caliber because that was what progressive suggested. We had no idea what to expect, Nicole handled everything with our rental car pickup and after the vehicle was finished, which was 3 days earlier than anticipated, we dropped the rental there and she handled the return also. When we picked up our vehicle it was better than before and they even replaced a clip in the bumper that wasnt part of the repair. Harry and Nicole were so welcoming and friendly, I had mentioned that my father wasnt doing well and when Nicole called after we got our car back to check our satisfaction of the job, my father had just passed away. When I came home from his house down south I found a sympathy card in my mailbox that was signed by everyone in the shop and a personal condolence from Nicole that brought me to tears. They are not only a great body shop but they treated me like family and I am forever grateful for the experience with them.

Took my car to Caliber after I was backed into in a parking lot. They repaired and painted in the time promised. I had several calls keeping me updated on progress.Everyone was real friendly and upbeat. Harry and the lady behind desk were pleasant to talk to. Harry was the person who kept me updated.

After a hit and run accident I was very nervous about how things would work on getting my car fixed but caliber really helped not only my vehicle but made me feel much better after the accident and I know I was talking ears off. When I first called nichole answered and she was so sweet and helpful with setting me up to bring my poor Honda in the same week! After arrival I was updated step by step with my vehicles progression by Mr.Harry he was very thorough with what was happening and what the next steps were. I had the pleasure of meeting Vince as well I believe he was the manager and he went above and beyond with great customer service. The whole team up there did an amazing job I have no complaints and my car is even better than before the accident it feels brand new ! This was my first time getting this kind of service which was replace my bumper after a hit and run. Ms. Nicole made me feel very welcome and made the process very easy. Nicole was organized and made me feel at home. Charls the gentleman who was inspecting my car was very Detailed he went over my entire vehicle and the area that he was going to work on and he made sure he explained exactly what was going to be done to the car he even took photos to make shore that this the area were gonna be working on. During the time I did not have my car charles called with updates to my vehicle and he explained when I was going to get my car back in a timely fashion. I have not had a bad visit with them yet and I will be returning to them for some more work in the future, really love this place.

In the process of replacing a damaged trunk lid, Caliber had to return 7 damaged parts from multiple suppliers before finally receiving a good part directly from GMC. They managed a difficult situation professionally and kept us informed at every step of the process. The completed repair looks like new and was exactly as quoted.

Had a company truck that needed bodywork repair. They did a fantastic job, and even completed it for about $100 below the original estimate.We hope we dont have more bodywork in our future...but in a service fleet, its inevitable...if/when we do, Caliber will be our where we take it.

Had a mystery driver hit my car while parked at the mall to my Volvo that was way over my deductible and Allstate Insurance sent me to City. I even park as far from the crowd as I can so I get a workout and keep from getting dents. Well that did not work out. We had a great Allstate rep that wrote me a check on the spot! City Collision said they would call me when the parts were in and a few days later they said come in on Tuesday and the car would be done Friday. Well Friday comes around and they called and said there was a mistake and then Tuesday would be pick up. Its great when the business keeps in touch with you and I always knew what was going on. They even said to stop over and see the work. Jennifer in the front desk was a pleasure to work with. The shop is very busy but well organized and clean. The repair was flawless and I could not tell if from new. This shop is highly reccommended. There is a reason that Allstate uses this shop and you should too. No affiliation with City just a satisfied customer.

Granted they fixed my car from a bad accident but they are not worth the problems they make your car have after you get it back. Lose bolts, didnt even hook the locking mechanism inside my passenger door up so for a week it had to be opened by the window rolled down and pulling the outside handle. If you have progressive insurance and they recommend this place DO NOT USE THEM.

Let me first say this isn’t my first rodeo. I want to give my man Mike and the entire Team Kudos. I do see there are some unpleasant reviews and I have read them. My review will contain some advice. My daughter who attends college there was in an accident. So, I went with our USAA preferred shop. I agree in some cases this could be a good thing or a bad thing. In my local area, many states away from GNV, the preferred body shop would file bankruptcy without the insurance companies. Their computer is an abacus..SERIOUSLY. So, I know what bad looks like. Because of this I decided to fly in and assist my daughter with the process. Prior to my flight, I made sure I communicated with my Mike at the Shop that although the initial estimate had included body damage only my daughter stated that she felt something might be wrong with her engine sensor. I immediately communicated this with Mike. I have found mechanics like doctors do the best they can and can’t read you mind and it helps “IF YOU KNOW” your ride or body. I made an appointment ahead of time and also had my insurance company direct pay the shop. Business don’t operate for free and need to order parts which I understand. My daughter dropped the car off on a Monday which was the same day I flew into GNV. I immediately went to the.shop to check the status. Unfortunately, Mike was with another customer BUT I was greeted immediately and a young man found a other person who personally checked to see if everything was on track. Unbeknownst to all parties I had already walked the outside of the body shop observing their procedures and work load. As I said before, with 3 kids and 7 vehicles this wasn’t my first Rodeo. The young lady who gave me an update assured me everything was good to go and I would receive an automated message when the vehicle was ready. The vehicle was ready 48 hours earlier than quoted. My daughter was able to pick the vehicle up and inspect it personally. What is very noteworthy is she looked shinny new after the detail process. In closing, I would like to highly recommend these guys for your body shop needs.

Horrible experience. Car is still in shop currently, was told earlier today by Lonnie that my car would be don’t by 5 maybe closer to 6, but all that had to be done was detailing and washing. He would sit with me as long as it took to get it done. Came to the shop at 5:20 and the girl at the front desk said that my car still hadn’t been reassembled and that he had left already. Nobody knew why he called and told me that, since there was no one there to reassemble it. Also the owner called him multiple times but would not answer. About ten minutes later a girl comes in and the same thing happens to her! Her car was still in paint, but Lonnie told her to come get it earlier in the day. The owner was very nice and offered to drive me personally home if I️ couldn’t find a ride home. Definitely don’t go through Caliber if you have Progressive.

Broke a clip in the door handle of my wifes Mazda, took it down there on a referral and they fixed the door in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service from friendly, professional people. Highly recommended and I will repeat business with them.

Recently my WRX was taken here because my fiance and I were in an accident. Our insurance told us to take it to Caliber. They stayed with our car for 2 weeks to get the damages fixed and parts replaced. We knew that when we brought it in there was some mechanical issues with the car due to the accident. The day we went to pick up, I paid my $500 deductible and got my car. I did notice that the paint job was ok, the color (pearl white) didnt match the rest of the car. You can tell there is a difference. There is a small part on the back bumper where you can tell that it was just painted over but not properly fixed. My insurance was charged for the wheel alignment as well. My fiance before dropping off the car made sure to reset the boost gauge as we usually do when we drop off the car. Seems like whoever drove the car indeed drove pretty quick getting to 20 on the boost gauge and when I drove it could still tell there was something wrong. We ended up having to take the car to Subaru to get another look. Turns out that the tires had a flat spot (the car went sideways during our accident). Something Caliber should have fixed. We had to leave the car with Subaru for another week to finally get the proper repairs and Subaru told us that no alignment was actually done even though Caliber charged my insurance for it. Its truly amazing how paying a $500 deductible for ok work and still having to take my car to another dealership to clean up their mess. Honestly, I wont recommend them. I wish I could get my money back. Never taking my car back even with the lifetime warranty on the paint job.

Seemed like there was a deal made with the insurance adjuster. My truck was taken to the Gainesville location, I specified an Ocala location, it unexpectedly went from fixable to totalled. Before handing over the title, I went to Caliber collision to retrieve things from my truck. It was stripped. My new tires and rims were replaced with older ones from another vehicle and other parts, tailgate, lights, etc., were just gone. I would call this fraudulent and disgraceful.

I chose this body shop from a list of those approved by my insurance company, State Farm of Alabama. I am so glad I did. They took fantastic care of us during an otherwise difficult time. This truly feels like youre walking into your own familys shop (as long as you have a good family!).My 2008 BMW 328i was damaged by a semi tire on the road in the middle of nowhere on I-10 in the middle of the night while heading to Dallas, Texas. We had it towed to the nearest BMW dealership in Gainesville, FL, in hopes they could do the repairs. The next day, the dealership would not even talk to me, would not return my phone calls (6 of them), would not give me the courtesy of speaking with a service tech for advice on my car, would not even accommodate me while I was on their lot, making a bad situation far worse than it had to be for us. We are a 2 BMW family and were appalled at their service department and their mishaps, including sending the wrong car to my body shop. So after all of these issues at BMW of Gainesville, I arrive at the City Collision of Gainesville with a great story and into the hands of incredibly friendly and capable people. WHEW!So what you really want to know is what about the car?! My car looks BRAND NEW! The front fender, radiator, the undercarriage, and several hoses needed replacing. The paint job was superb, which was a huge concern for me. The job made the front end of my car look brand new. No more dings and no more paint chips missing from rocks on the roadway. We immediately drove the car more than 1,200 miles to Texas without any issues at all. Frankly, I think they increased its resell value.In conclusion, I highly recommend City Collision for mechanical and body work. They did an excellent job on my BMW, and they did a fantastic job of making me feel calmer about the entire situation of being stranded far from where we needed to be.

If i could give no stars i would. First of all the ladys in the office were rude and short. Rushed me out and could not draw up an invoice for the work to be done. All they supply is an estimate. Extremely rude phone service. Not happy. I will be finding another body shop in town i reccomend you do the same.

Horrible experience, would not reccomend this place to anyone !I went there to get an estimate for my rear end bumper. The women who took a look at my car gave me a copy of the estimate and then informed me she would fax these papers over to my insurance company. Four days had passed and I did not hear from either of them. I finally contacted my insurance company to see if they had received the estimate, she had no recollection of it. She called city collision inquiring about the estimate, but city collision stated they would not be able to release my estimates until my appointment which was schedule 1 month away. Even my insurance agent was shocked by this.I would appreciate it if you tell your customers the truth, and do what you say you will do. After the conversation with Kim, she was my city collision representative I decided to take my business elsewhere! Fix it !Horrible experience, would not reccomend this place to anyone !

I dropped the car off in the afternoon and they ordered the parts that day. The repair was made in less than a week and done very well. Their service was worth driving from Lake City.

I would recommend going ANYWHERE else because they will lose your paperwork, ignore you as you stand at the front desk, and charge the incorrect amount due to their disorganization and lack of care towards customers, particularly to those who have suffered the tragedy of a car accident.

The reverse sensor of our vehicle is not working after they fix some pump. They pulled over the car and I didnt saw the alarm until I reuse it several days later. I called them and they refuse to do anything. Who knows what did they do to your car?

They did such a bad job on the paint the first time around and I was surprised that they were going to let a car go back to the customer looking the way it did. There was debris in the paint, orange peel still on the finish and too much over spray. After 2 weeks I finally got my car back.

Had a wreck front end...took them for ever said they replaced all ball joints a frame bushing here I am at the dealer having everything replaced again...said there is 1 year warranty but scared to take it back to them also radio got smashed nothing done just over all bad trip never going back hope fully I won t have to.
