Being broke down with two little ones, and not much money is not a pleasant feeling! Im so thankful to the guys at Integrity Lube and Auto! The guys went above and beyond to help us out on a Saturday! While they were fixing my car, my kids made them thank you notes and paper airplanes! Khris talked to my kids like they were his own, telling them about things in the shop, and thanking my daughter for that note she made him. They were, honest, fast, and friendly! Integrity! The name fits! They were honest and upfront about the cost of the parts to fix our daughters first car being more than the car was worth. Some mechanics would just take her hard earned money, do a poor job, and take advantage of a young teenage girl. Not so here! We would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I have always driven older cars that I was able to pay cash for, so when the head gasket failed on our Excursion, I decided to fix it instead of trying to find another one. Khris quoted me a very reasonable price, and had the repair completed in the time expected. Unfortunately, during testing, another component failed in the part of the engine we had not worked on. I was pretty much at the end of my budget and even offered to let them have the vehicle for repair and resale to help cover what I owed them. The owner overheard the conversation, and intervened. He told me hed call me back in a bit after he figured out what the options were. He found a low mileage used motor with warranty to replace the one that had failed, and worked out a price we could both live with. Having worked in dealerships before, I know that he made little or no profit on my repair, yet he felt strongly enough about ensuring we had a running vehicle that he went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. THAT is integrity!
