I got my car back on the day he said it would be finished, and it looked like the crash had never even happened! The only tell is tht the new headlight is clearer. Otherwise, the paint and panels are spot on. If I or anyone else I know needs car repairs I will definitely be referring them here! I have a 1985 Ford Bronco that needed the hood and side pillars repainted, it was a very difficult project many other paint shops wouldn’t deal with. It’s complicated to match the paint and clear coat with the existing paint that is 35 years old. The first time I came into Lanier Collison German was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He kept me updated throughout the process and the result turned out amazing. I couldn’t be happier, they are all about value and quality. I have another Ford Bronco that needs a complete repaint and I’m using Lanier Collision again, they are the best!

Hello, My Name is James Warner. I recently visited this place by looking online to find a body shop that could repair a damaged door for my 2015 Acura MDX. I did not see a light post on Feburary 29 th at 6 pm. The parking lot is black, and this light post was black. 1.5 feet of the base is yellow, and I never saw this coming. This is awful. I did not see it. I turned to the right and smashed my RF Door Completely in. I was facing west the sun was in my eyes, and two seconds later, i had ruined my door. Well, after looking for a place close to home they took my car in and worked with the insurance company and fixed my door, detailed my car upon receiving it after work was completed, lookie here, like the car never was ruined. I have complete confidence that if I ever need body work again these people car about their customers and keep them informed, and they do work with insurance companies, are completely honest from the begining to the finised product. Car looks fabulous and in better shape than when I brought it new. Best work in Hall county. I have had a lot of repairs done at bad places this is the best place ever. 10 Stars out of five. Where do I even start?! My husband came across Lanier Collision Center in a Google search, and I am SO thankful he did! My son was gifted my dads 1986 Chevy Silverado, and the body was in need of drastic repairs. We dropped it off and had an estimate within days. LCC was not the first place we got an estimate from, but LCC was by far the most reasonable. Even before we had the estimate, we knew we wanted German to restore the truck. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. German kept us updated through every step, letting us know the progress on the truck. I cant express how blown away we were when we saw it for the first time after it was restored. It looked like it was brand new! Freak accident on I-75 north with an unsecured oven caused some heavy damage to my car. I am fanatical about my car and German was the same way! I had an excellent experience at Lanier Collision Center! The insurance that handled the claim (the other vehicle) were being jerks and German stayed on top of the situation until everything was resolved. My recent experience with Lanier Collision Center was great! They were able to call the rental car place for me while I was at work. That was really helpful. Even though my cars left bumper got hit, after they fixed my car it now looks like there was never a wreck!

Had my windshield replaced, great job and fair price, better than Safelite and family owned and operated.

The team here specializes in Jeeps; certainly not limited to that. Had then paint a hardtop to color-match, and they also did a textured, color-matched interior. They had to add the wiring harness for the wiper motor and defrost, plumbing for the rear washer, and had upgraded the radio to the touchscreen, but the steering wheel controls were missing since thats not how it came from the factory.You would never know that any of these things didnt come from the factory expect for the interior color. Great communication, great effort and fantastic result.

We called Lanier Collision on Tuesday. They did an estimate right then and kept our car, telling us it would be ready on Friday. We were pleasantly surprised to get a call that it was ready -Thursday - a full day early. We were even more delighted to find the beautiful job they had done on our bodywork. My six-year-old car honestly looks brand new. The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. My car was very clean when I picked it up, including a steering wheel cover and floor mats to keep the grease away. I would recommend these great folks to anyone who wants an impeccable job at a very good cost.
