Wonderful people to do business with, they delivered our dryer out the same day and even cleaned our duct out, Sam was the guy that delivered it and he was very friendly I would definitely recommend this business.

I want to give a shout out to Cooke County Appliance in Gainesville. We needed a refrigerator for a rent house. Everything at Home Depot, Lowes, every other Appliance stores in Cooke or Grayson County were out of reg freezer on top fridge. In fact they were on backorder till end of month. Cooke County App, had one of what I needed. They set up delivery with my tenant. Delivered new one, hooked it up removed the old one. On top of that they called me to tell me there was a small dent when they uncrated it and gave me a $75 refund. I havent had that kind of customer service in a while. Highly recommend Cooke County Appliance in Gainesville.

Loved this place because they had the posts no one else had. Repairing a new to me washing machine and all I had to do was adj at the desk for a set of dogs and the girl knew exactly what I needed. Not super cheap but they didnt take me for a ride either. My new favorite store for home self repairs when it comes to appliances. Yaay!

Went there for a washing machine and got a great one for an awesome price. These guys deliver and provide service too. Also, in and out in 15 minutes...no muss no fuss service. I like that.
