I am always pleased with the quick, efficient and kind Enderby provides us. From the time I call the office, to the times when the delivery guys come out to the house, they are always thoughtful and personal. Somehow they manage to be efficient with their time, but still make their customers feel important. Such a great group of people!

Kyle Taylor is our service man. I could not ask for better service than he gives. He is always on top of keeping us filled,,, I have never had to call in to get fuel delivered. He is alway very professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever I have needed to talk to office staff, they have been very helpful and polite with my questions and to give answers as best they can.

I really appreciate how fast, thorough and friendly Tim is out here in the Princeton area. Its like we have come to know him, he takes care of us like a good friend and neighbor does! I wouldnt switch away from Enderby regardless of another companies promotions because I would feel we were switching away from Tim and friends dont do that! Thanks Tim for all you do everytime we need something!

Have been very pleased with Enderbys services for about 20 years. Their drivers and office staff are always courteous and professional, all the while treating customers as friends and neighbors. Very thankful that they keep my Sanger ranch operating.

Great service and very professional. Chris in the parts department really knows what hes talking about. So do yourself a favor and go to Enderby Gas first and folks be kind youll have a much better experience.

Signed up for service so that I would never be empty. Ran out a few months ago in breach of that service. Sitting on around 5 percent about to run out again. I’ve been in the red for 2 weeks; not using appliances and keeping heat to a bone-chill temp. With rolling power outages, frustrating. We are using a Coleman stove to cook in the garage. Great people but my route in Lake Kiowa seems to, no, gets neglected.I was very politely informed that the animal shelter would take my pets and that there is NOT a shortage of propane. I’ve never given a 1 star rating, but felt this amendment to my prior 2 star rating was necessary. Deceptive trade practices this company engages in should not be allowed.

These good folks in Gainesville promptly fill orders. Plus, they honored a special request that I had for a little extra propane this time.

Enderby Gas is a fantastic company! Our heat was out and they came to service the unit the next day, and filled our propane tank. Everyone we interacted with from Enderby was courteous, kind, and professional. They are truly an elevated experience from any other utility company I have ever worked with.

Well, I signed up for the auto plan where they check and fill as needed. I was told I didn’t need to worry about it. And now on New Year’s Day my tank went empty. After I was told this would not happen.Want to update this review. Okay so they came out to fill the tank on NEW YEARS DAY. Where can you find customer service like that. The error is owned by them and they took responsibility for it and then took action to correct. I updated to reflect who they are not a mistake that was made but a company who can admit an error and fix it is a 5 star business.

We were not home and really needed propane. The driver called us and with instructions was able to let himself in our gate and filled us up. You cant get any better than that!!! GREAT!!

Great company & employees. I recently purchased a new range, the service person came out in a timely fashion & checked the range. While here he verified my propane tank needed to be replaced..again done in a timely manner. I like the option of keep full. Prices seem reasonable

I stopped by to officially become a third generation customer and was completely taken aback from the level of professionalism a member of the office staff chose to conduct herself with. They made me feel that my questions were annoying, somehow not appropriate, and my entire interaction of becoming a new customer was bothering them. From what I know about the history of company and what Sam Enderby stood for, I was highly disappointed. Ultimately, I decided to just leave and pursue other options in the area and share my experience with others here and in person. I actually only stopped by in person, because I had not heard anything from the Become a Customer online form I had previously completed on their website. After making some inquiries and doing research it appears Texoma Propane is a small and friendly propane company located in Collinsville, TX.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Enderby Gas in Gainesville. I was in panic mode because both Walmart and Murphy USA were out of propane for the past six days. I went to Enderbys and couldnt believe how helpful and friendly everyone was to me. Everything went smoothly. An added bonus was when I learned I got the maximum refills for my tanks, which is not the case at these other distributors. Thank goodness for this establishment. Sincerely, Andi Lyons

Enderby Gas Inc. is a very professional run operation. They offer excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction is top priority for all customers.

They did a wonderful job. The price was great, the technicians were professional and courteous, they answered any questions we had.

Always courteous whether getting propane, or delivering propane. Love that you can sign up for them to check your propane when they are in the neighborhood! One less thing we have to remember.

Weve been with them 30 years but recently its horrible, they lost a cash payment, then knew our tank was leaking put gas in it anyway, now in less than a month its run out and they want to charge 150 to fix it and then we have to buy more gas.
