I needed a part for my washer machine. I called over the phone and while they didnt have the part I needed in stock, they identified they could acquire it, quoted me a reasonable price, charged me over the phone, and the part arrived in 2 business days. Everything went smoothly and they were easy to work with. I will absolutely go to them again anytime I need an appliance part.

Bill helped me with my issue and took his time helping me trouble shoot my broken dryer and 30 dollars later my dryer works. Thanks guys you saved me lots of money.

My house AC stopped working. I took the dual capacitor to the store thinking that it was bad. Instead of selling me a new one they checked it and found that it was good. I went back home and took a fan motor out. Upon closer inspection I found that it had burned wires. Went back to the store and got a replacement motor for about 140 dollars which was cheaper than buying it from Johnston Supplies store few years back. Great service and prices!!! Thank you!!

This is a well stocked store for what it is. Staff is friendly. I would be pretty friendly too if I were charging three times market value on parts under twenty dollars. Ive bought odds and ends from them for years when in a pinch. Today was the last time. I was charged $19.00 for a $7.95part. I needed to get the job done so I paid it. I am a Florida licensed contractor so I know what is going on. I really have a bad feeling about this business.

If they dont have the appliance part you need, no one does! Very helpful staff who will answer almost any question you have. Not a terribly convenient location if you live on the west side, but its the only place you need. Prices are higher than the big box stores like Lowes, but they have the hard to find parts.

Very friendly and helpful - love that they keep track of what part number when you call so you dont have to go through it all again. Wish there were Saturday hours, but worth juggling my schedule around to get there during the date. Great price - beat every online one I saw.

I purchased a refrigerator defroster element. It seemed to be working ok, but then the glass elements shattered after a day. The store replaced it without question. I highly recommend this store for their excellent inventory, fair prices, and superb customer service.

Checked all the A/C and Heating supply companies in Gainesville and some in Ocala and was unable to location a LF (Littlefuse) LMF 3.2A 300V fuse for my Trane air handler. Then, I checked Appliance Parts of Gainesville, and they had 2 in stock (Buss 3.2A 300V alternative). I bought them both. When I initially called, they were very helpful, checked to ensure they had it in stock, and held them at the counter for me. Great Service!! Also, the price was half the cost of a couple of local companies that could order it for me. The price was in-line with a majority of the online suppliers before shipping costs. Thanks for being a local company that stocks specialized parts!!
