These people that had negative reviews are nuts sometimes parts are delayed and on the computer can be false but the customer service is absolutely great!!!!

Got the part I needed and it was able to install it. Saved me from buying a new dryer. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Ironically they mentioned they had to let a lady go because she was rude to all the customers, probably the person that has all the complaints in older reviews, and thats why the wait was a little long. Id rather have the longer wait and nice helpful people. Great decision and keep up the great service guys, Ill make sure to refer people that need appliance repair parts to you and youll have my business in the future as well.

Called for GE washer capacitor. They transferred it from Atlanta to Gainesville store the next day for me (Sudden Service). Got it from Greg @ counter sales. He was very friendly in greeting me, and very helpful and most knowledgeable. Gregs customer service skills are GREAT. No long wait time on the 2 phone calls I made. Good prices. Needed furnace parts that had little to no information on them. Diane was able to take the time to make some calls and do the research needed to get exactly what I needed to get my furnace parts. Diane was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. Her customer service is great and I will definitely be bringing my business back to Fox!!

Fox is the place to go for fix - it - yourselfer. If the part isnt on the shelf,they can get quickly. It really pays to have been in business for as long as they have.The right part from some great people!

The guy at the front was extremely helpful. Found the dryer thermostat part and got me taken care of very quickly. A little more expensive than online but I needed it THAT day.

Way over priced. I’ll gladly pay more to get the parts I need quickly, but I can’t make my self pay 5 times the online price for the same part. Especially when they are unwilling to even match another store fronts prices.

Only downside is the location (I live in Cumming). Guy at the parts counter was personable, knew what I was looking for (starter capacitor for AC), and even went so far as to test it in my presence. Kudos for that since this was a 30 minute drive for me.

I spoke with someone on Friday about a dishwasher part. They told me that they had it in the forest park location and would have it sent to the Gainesville location, close to us, on monday. I was told it would be there by 2PM. It was not there at 3:30 and the guy at the store was very rude to my wife when she went to pick it up. When i called to find out where the part was, i was told it had been back ordered! I just ordered it online like i should have done in the first place, same price with 2 day delivery.

Staff is always helpful. I DO all my ordering online but sometimes I have to drive to pick up parts for my techs and I enjoy comimg here.

The woman was pretty rude, couldnt find the part I needed on a brand new dryer, she suggested I go elsewhere with no resolution.

I have a appliance store that I use but now I have a new place for all my HVAC parts as the man that was there new what I needed and had the part on the counter in less that one minute as this is a busy place as the counter person talking on the phone and waiting on customers in the order in which came or called in.So in closing this is my new home for all my HVAC parts.

I will never buy anything or recommend this place. They may have the part you need but if for any reason you have to return it then dont even try. They are rude and dont even follow their own posted signs. They guaranteed a part would work for me then wouldnt accept it back with package and receipt when it didnt work. I only had it two days. I will NEVER buy from them again.
