They just dont have any coverage out in the country or even close.

Always have a good experience when I go in, and in some places, I have better signal and coverage than I had with Verizon. For the price you pay, its amazing, and customer service is always great. The phones they have available at the moment are fantastic as well, couldnt recommend enough.

Went 2 different times and 1 person working and a store full of people that needed help. My data is not working and was told only way to fix was to do a factory reset. What a joke 🙄

Great customer service. Went in around 5 on a Friday evening. Had to wait on employee to help but didnt take long at all. Both gentlemen were very helpful and knowlegable on the information I was needing in order to have my phone back up and running again. Nice clean store in great location to get to across town . Will be back soon to purchase a new cell phone! Keep up the great work Metro!!!

Very slow like always, service inside the store is a lot like the phone service... however Im still here dont really know why 😃

Ive been with metro TMobile for years now and Ill be honest,as far as prepaid phones and service goes i dont have any complaints.theyre slot better than when I was using any of the Walmart phones.for years the employees have been very friendly and helpful at the east Gadsden store until recently.my last visit I noticed the employees have been very unfriendly rude and unpleasant.when running any sort of business any and all personal feelings whether its politics religion race or whatever needs to stay at home not on the clock at work.nobody gets paid to rant rage rave fight fuss or argue people.that goes for any and all businesses.

Overall in the store wasnt completely terrible, but the lady that set up our account put some zip code on our billing information that is from God knows where, so when we went to pay our bill with the app it ended up locking our debit card and because we couldnt get to the store to pay it in time our account was suspended and we have to pay some sort of extra fees now. Over the phone these people are the most useless individuals on the planet. Im not sure what the hiring process is exactly for MetroPcs, but they should try hiring people that are actually competent and know how to do their jobs which includes properly entering information because this is not the first time this has happened and its getting pretty old. If the service wasnt so cheap then we would have already switched services because of this type of crap and still considering it anyway.

I love the place

Always a great experience in the East Gadsden store but not so much in the Canterbury Station location. The only concern I have is that my daughter is on my plan also and the service in her area in Hopes Blind/ Ball Play area is pretty crappy.

They were playing loud music with vulgar words and children do come in there! Im not against music being played but just not with profanity or vulgar words! The wait was very long and was told they had certain phones while standing there by one employee so we wait and then another employee comes to help and says they dont have the phones that we wanted. Just not ran well to me!

This experience at the East Gadsden store was great however I must say speaking from past experiences from the west meagian BLVD store I have never been treated worse. My past prison experiences was a cake walk compared to the customer service from the manager at the west meighan Blvd store in Gadsden Alabama. This manager at the west meighan store has been the manager there for many years, how she has lasted this long I do not know. And believe me I have a lot if friends that has had the same experience from that same manager at the west meighan Blvd store. I keep repeating excectly what store and what manager for a reason, reason being nothing has ever happened to this manager at the west meighan Blvd store in Gadsden Alabama no matter how many complaints that has been made and the reason for that is because all complaints go directly back to the west meighan Blvd store because it is a corporate store and there is no corporate office complaint department. However the person I delt with today 4_10_19 at the East Gadsden Alabama store went above the call if duty to make sure I was happy before I left his store.thank you sir for service today.

They are good phone service provider but the parking is a blank being nice not saying a cuss word!!

Called today to get help with customer service. When I told the girl who answered that I had tried the customer service number and could not get anyone on the line she said ok and hung up. Ever since this store hired new people they have been less than helpful and rude. I dont recommend going to this location at all.

Absolute WORSE people to deal with. Spent 70 dollars on a sim card and it did not work. They refused to refund it even after I talked to corporate. The manager told me calling corporate was a waste of time and gave me an email address instead of handling my complaint. Rude and unhelpful

Returned a phone and cancelled my Metro PCS plan at this location. They told me all refunds are paid via check within 10-14 days. 2 months later, still no check.
