Tryin to get service with boost is like pullin teeth..there are 4 location in my area and all of them have shut down...😞😞😞😞

I just wanted to give them the credit they truly deserve unlike the lady under me.

Worst customer service ever! I went 30 minutes out of my way to the store, not once but twice to try and get 2 new lines of service. The girl working was completely lazy, didnt care to help with anything, obviously doesnt comprehend that she wouldnt have a job if boost didnt have customers. Shes lucky it wasnt a secret shopper situation. The first time was partially my fault I didnt get a phone. I had let my time run out on my straight talk phone because I didnt realize it still had to be on and able to call to Port my number. So I was going to just Port one line . Since I need 2 lines she told me the phone I wanted would be on BOGO Tuesday. Ok fine. Ill wait! So Tuesday after working a 10 hour shift we drove back down there. We arrived just after 6. I thought that would be plenty of time since online it says they close at 7. Well apparently they have changed their hours on their own and didnt update corporate because they close at 6:30. .. she said she needed at least 2 HOURS just to Port one line and activate another!!! I asked could we not go ahead and do it and I just come pick them up the next day after work. Well that didnt work for her either. Well sorry Im not sitting in your store for AT LEAST 2 HOURS with a 2 year old! Hell no!!! Cricket wireless it is! I tried to be a boost customer but the next closest store to me is over an hour away and theres no way Im wasting my time again!
